This item was not widely available for our fridge- it was a second ice maker that was an option by Fiigidaire but not stocked by the local store. Pricing was very good. Unit arrived on time and was easy to install,

The sales rep was pushy and shipped my order ahead of requested. Half the order was lost. No response to emails or voicemails. Hours and hours on hold for customer service, no answer; however calls to the sales department are answered immediately. This company is operated criminals and, as far as I can tell, is effectively a scam.

It took 1 month for the lamps to be delivered and only after I called and asked to have the order cancelled did the order magically appear with over night delivery. Strange that they could be delivered then and I never get any notification that they were even shipped.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
September 24, 2020

I ordered a bed in July and nearly 3 months later it has not arrived yet. When I ordered they gave delivery date in early August. I called in August and was told early September. I called in September and was told it was in warehouse in NJ and being loaded on truck and would receive in 10 - 14 days. Still no bed! I have never received courtesy call or email to say there was delay yet they took my payment when I placed the order. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed!

While ordering online through Goedeker's was a good experience, the product we purchased (a metal frame queen-sized bed headboard) arrived damaged and dinged. The product was heavy and was packaged very well with strapping tape and foam insulation. Unfortunately, after unpacking and removing all the protective foam layers, we found the product underneath to be heavily dinged in two areas. It's hard to imagine how this escaped the notice of anyone at the shipping facility. Returning the item would have been a significant inconvenience so we decided to keep it and position the frame so that the dings are less noticeable. We are sorry to say that we will likely not buy from Goedeker's again.

If there are problems with your order, you are stuck. They will not address concerns. They don't care about the customer. Once they send it and have your money, they are done. Their return policy is a lie. Order with a reputable online company... NOT Goedeker's.

I purchased a refrigerator through Goedeker's. They were very professional and they kept in contact with me regarding the status of my order. The were very clear in their description of what to expect with my refrigerator, as well as the time and expected shipping date. The product arrived as expected and their prices were very competitive (ie the cheapest for the same product compared to other big name companies.)

As we were remodeling our kitchen we decided to change a few appliances out. When our local store Pirch provides horrible customer service and said our appliances wont arrive till for 2 months because no one in USA has it we went searching. Found Goedeker's by accident but were so pleasantly surprised. Their customer service called the manufacturer and assured us that our product was in stock. We placed an order on a Wednesday and the item was delivered on following Tuesday. Once again when we decided we needed a Bevfridge Goedeker's delivered. Again customer service was superb and delivery swift. Would recommend them to anyone who is seeking great price, customer service and fast delivery. Thank you Goedeker's!

I purchased an appliance in April. I selected an item that was in stock - but it actually was not. 3 months later I still don't have the product, and all I hear from Goedker's is "due to circumstances beyond our control"... They have not been able to provide any information that would provide me with any insights on when I might expect the product.

No problems with my order. Shipping can be a little slow, but for something going via freight that is to be expected. If the item isn't fragile or gets dented easily this is a great place to buy. I wouldn't take my changes with easily damaged items as the shipping process can be rough and if there is a problem with damage I would rather deal with a local company.

I was attracted by price ONLY. But now I know it's because they can't compete on anything else (site content, navigation, copy, images, customer service, response time, follow-up, tracking).

Poor customer service. An antiquated order tracking system. No link. I have to call or email them to request the order status.

Then they email the tracking number with no link to the carrier. You need to cut and paste into the carrier's site/portal. They charged my card and THEN say it's not in stock. So I was just scammed.

That's a scam to prevent you from going to Amazon or Houzz or Hayneedle or Jet or Home Depot or Lowe's or Wayfair. You've been warned.

The Internet shopping experience with other online resellers is much better. Goedekers is in the dark ages.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Customer service.

I love my couch but I was not happy with the tracking from AMH shipping company or rather the lack of tracking. The driver called me a 1/2 hour prior to delivery, when I was told that they would be calling me to arrange a time and day for delivery to ensure that someone would be home. I happened to take that day off for other reasons thankfully or my couch would have been sitting in my driveway on a rainy day. The driver and helper were helpful and nice, they can not be held accountable for their company's lack of communication. I would hesitate to order again because of that.

Just. AWFUL.

I ordered a desk that came to me completely destroyed. Their solution, which they slated as a favor to me, was to have UPS come pick the item up. They require the desk be visible by UPS at the front door for pick up. I live in a 4th floor walk up. I explained to them that I would therefore have to hire someone to help get said item to a place that is visible and asked that they refund me the cost of that. Again, this issue is a result of negligent packaging on their end. They offered an apology. Just that. "Sorry, but other companies would not pay for the return shipping." No. Other companies would reimburse on the spot and offer a discount on the next order.

In this day and age when everything is available online, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS KING. Never again.

I ordered a Broan EQLD133SS range hood in mid-July. Good price. It took a month and a half for the range hood to be delivered, finally arriving the first week of September. Unfortunately the hood was damaged (dented) either in transit or at the factory. I contacted customer service the day it was delivered and forwarded photos as requested. They would not send a replacement unit until the damaged one had been picked up and returned by the manufacturer. A dozen or more emails, multiple calls and 3 weeks later and still the unit sat waiting for pick up. Finally cancelled the replacement and opted for a refund. The unit was finally picked up the first week of October and received by Goedeker 10/12. I am still waiting for the refund on my credit card.

I am happy to report that I have cancelled my order with Goedekers
They have provided the worst possible customer service and despite willing to wait for my dishwasher for 2 months, they have still not followed through.
Funny, the hardest part is to get the order. Which they did. And yet, after repeated calls that were never answered, emails with no replies, they still did not deliver or followed up on complaints for non delivery.
I would never use their service- absolutely not reliable.
I am heading to Home depot or Loew's. It least there, the customer service person exist

They had the Samsung microwave I was looking for in stock at the best price I found on the internet. I received it a few days after ordering it online. It was packaged in the original Samsung box inside a very sturdy outside box and had no damage. I was very happy with my purchase.

My oven was damaged during shipment and was not accepted. Goedeker was very responsive and refunded my money in a flash.

The delivery personnel were polite and understanding.

The dishwasher that was in the same order was fine and accepted.

I would recommend Goedeker to anyone and will shop there again in the future.

Bad service
September 23, 2020

I placed an order for a table Aug 7 was told to allow 4 weeks. 4 weeks went by I called they told me because of covid they would ship it out Sept 21. Today I called now it's on back order Till Oct 25. I requested a refund back 400.00. Overstock does price match which I wasn't a where of. I placed an order for same table. They guaranteed it would be shipped out tomorrow. To allow 5-7 days. I felt like I was getting the run around here.
