I ordered some glasses and they were ok. I recommended it to a friend because she wanted cheap glasses. When you recommend a friend, you are supposed to receive a 10$ gift card for Amazon. I received it but it didn't work. After a lot of back and forth (and $#*!ty service), I finally received a new one and it is not working either. I would not recommend it to anyone else!

PROBLEM AFTER PROBLEM
(1) I had a sales representative help me when I was order my glasses. He assured my that my coupon code was active on the order (lenses70). I was doing the home try on, so I asked if I could change the coupon code after my order depending on which classes I decided to keep- HE SAID YES. So... after my order was placed, I received a receipt days later- WITHOUT THE COUPON ON IT (everything was full price!). Well no worries, I thought. The rep had said I could change it anyways. NOPE. Now, I am being told that they cannot add a coupon code since my order was already placed. I was lied to and deceived in order to get my business. I have the chat transcripts. They do not care. They want me to pay full price for their mistakes!
(2) The order took forever to arrive. After some time, it finally shipped, but I could not get a tracking number. The website gave me an error whenever I tried to check the status of my order. And when I talked to a sales representative, they wouldn't give me a tracking number. After a week of trying to get my tracking number, they sent it to me the same day my package was delivered!
I AM SO DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM OR PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN. TOO BAD.

Ordered glasses on the 5th of February and paid for express shipping ($10). Then slowly began to find out they put sunglasses through quality assurance testing that takes up to 6 business days not including weekends. When I went to cancel my order with them due to the extremely long time I had to wait for the glasses, the customer service rep told me they could not cancel the order because the glasses had "already begun assurance testing" (they hadn't even shipped yet!!). Then I requested a refund for the $10 shipping fee I paid which was essentially pointless and they refused that refund because it is in their terms and conditions that shipping is exclusive of "testing time." I have never been so shocked at utter lack of transparency within a company. I will never order from this brand again.

Answer: I got the same B. S. handed to me. After more than double the stated time and lack of response, I cancelled my order and notified my credit card company.

In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Our customer service is available by phone, email, chat and social media around the clock, 24\7. We can be easily reached at any time, including weekends and holidays at all times to answer any questions and concerns. Our dedicated customer service team works around the clock to make sure any and all issues are taken care of. We are always working on improving all of the above, whether by opening new facilities, working and negotiating our agreements with carriers or expanding our customer service team and making them more efficient. The results are there and the vast majority of our customers are very satisfied with our services. We heartily suggest trying our services and seeing for yourselves.

Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
