Extremely Dissatisfied

Received glasses with a mark that wouldn't wipe off. Called customer service, and their only suggestion was to return the item and reorder. I asked if the price of my original order (discount applied) could be honored for the new order considering the mark wasn't my fault and was told no. So I simply returned the entire order and won't be ordering from GlassesUSA again.

Inexpensive but not cheap.

I bought 2 pairs of glasses on a sale and really like them! I got a super good deal and was able to "try them on" to make sure they would look good. The lenses are not thick and heavy, plus, both pair came with a really nice hard case and cleaning cloth! I'm so impressed! It was very easy to track progress also because I got emails every step of the way. I will definitely order again in the future.

Took my money and did not receive product. Holiday Shipment was delayed several weeks and customer service when dealing with the delay was completely incompetent and most of the representatives were not helpful in finding solutions for the delays. Never received my order, the absolute worst!

Extremely unhappy
March 7, 2019

Ordered a pair of glasses at the end of Oct and they were damaged so I exchange them. I received the second pair a month later they also arrived damaged. Once again I return them. Then I get an email stating that the frames that I ordered are now out of stock. I was absolutely furious because over a course of 2 months I wasn't surprised that happened so I asked for a refund and I was told that I'm only eligible for an exchange or store credit because I'm only allowed to exchange them twice although they are the ones who sent me two pairs of damaged frames. So how is that my fault? When it's their fault, but yet they don't want to give me a refund. Do yourself a favor and chose a different online company because they SUCK...

Slow, bad customer service

I returned one pair of glasses after taking advantage of their Buy One Get One Free offer. We paid $230 for the 2 pairs, which seemed reasonable - each pair costing approximately $115 each. They credited me the difference between the full cost of the pair we kept and the total payment of $230. I received $38 with the offer of increasing it to $57 if I ordered another pair instead of a refund. This is just an FYI
