I mailed them 29 items of all high end cosmetics. Most all were new. They offered $23! Then they make like 2000%. Its a rip off and not worth your while.
I made my first purchase from Glambot late last month and my package came with a missing item! That's not a great experience to start with but when I reached out to their customer support, they were very helpful and found the item. They immediately shipped it to me, at no additional cost.

I sent in a large quantity of items to sell a month ago and while the tracking number says it's been delivered, it hasn't been "signed for". They responded two weeks ago and said there was a delay but I haven't heard anything since then. Essentially they've stolen everything I sent them, I will never sell to this company again.

I like their makeups. Fabulous offers-selection of quality brands but less expensive. I understand that some products from this store are a bit used but mine came new and in the original package. My first order and will try them again.

I was at first very concerned after I placed an order. I didn't do any research before hand and then I wanted to look up reviews since it was used makeup. I will say everything seemed fine but I did go through and sprints everything with alcohol just to make sure. It is better if you wait for sales because personally I don't find it worth the money to pay 38 dollars for a used foundation that's regularly 40 dollars. Unlike others I got my products very quickly, like within three days but I do live in California and very close to their distribution center. So I would say if you wanna wait for a good sale and get a makeup product, purchase it and see if the product is expired and return it if it is for store credit. There are a lot of websites for finding out how old makeup products are. I order a lot of Mac makeup products that were fifty percent off and only two products were "expired" but barely. So buy carefully!

I sent a huge box of high end makeup and they never sent me an offer. I sent them numerous emails and they never got back to me. They literally stole my makeup. I will never do business with them. Stay away from this company!
These guys have wonderful offers but they've been so poor in the business. I check out some latest brand recently on their site and was tempted to make another order after a bad experience of a wrong item delivery. I was prepared to never ever try them again but they came through with my order. I think they are styling up.

I sent them 22 items - at least half were new and high end products such as MAC. They offered $12. If I refused I had to pay for return shipping. Read all reviews - this is common practice you will get pennies on the dollar even for unused high end items. Sell your makeup to your friends or donate it to a woman shelter for domestic violence.
Waited 2 weeks. Got no email on tracking. It was 70$ worth of stuff. I emailed them and got no reply. So I filed a paypal case. Glambot refunded my money without an explanation. Will never order from them.
I was pleased with my first order. It took around 2-3 weeks to receive the products (I'm living overseas). Most of the product were more than 80% full, and some were even new in the original package.
They had this big sale so I enjoyed myself ordering a lot of stuff... I placed 4 different, 3 had to be shipped in the same country, and one in another one. I've made 3 orders to avoid customs fees...
I received an email saying that all my products were shipped, and all 4 orders are under the same tracking information... I tried to contact them through email, twitter, facebook and even Linkedin. Big Silence.
Sent in 16 items, brands like YSL, Too Faced, Marc Jacobs, Urban Decay, and NARS, which were all in like new condition, in original box. I didn't want to part with them but I needed some extra cash and I used their calculator to expect an average of what I would receive. They offered me chum change. Their calculator is bull$#*!, it's not accurate at all. If I wanted my items back, I would have to pay for return shipping. They offered me $1 to $1.40 per item. Ridiculous.
DO NOT send your makeup to these scammers! I sent them over 20 products and they gave me a BS offer (I accepted it because I needed to get rid of the makeup). Almost 2 months later and they NEVER sent the money into my Paypal account. They are thieves! No response to emails, no customer service phone number. Please don't give them your money. They'll rip you off.
Very glad I looked at these reviews before I sent hundreds of dollars worth of makeup to this site. I will go the E-Bay route like suggested. It's very obvious when this many people have had issues, you are gonna get screwed! Thank you all for the warnings!:-)
I bought this cream from Glambot, but since I have used it barely a month, I can't tell if it is improving my skin. It goes on smoothly and feels good on my face plus it 's long lasting throughout the day.

I sold 19 full size items. Gently used and some brand new with a bag of over 50 samples and was offered $34.00. If i would have know that was such low valued. I would sell it on eBay myself. Items I sold ranged from brand new Urban Decay Naked pallet to Bobbi Brown brick highlighter.
They are the worst, I bought the makeup that cost me 51 dollars and they never deliver.
They don't even willing to cancel my order.
They are the worst service ever.
I'm rather buying the official products in a lot expensive price than buying on their websites ever again.
I'm trying to call my credit card company to ask them to reverse my payment.

First of all, I ordered one of there dollar store makeup bags that are on "sale" for $4, originally $25 dollars ( what a joke), and it came empty! I contact customer service ( another worthless interaction with this company and the only thing Doug said was sorry for the confusion, you only get products if you're lucky enough to get a bag with product in it, you need to buy more to increase your chances! REALLY! I will NEVER order from this place again. I would rather shop for and wait for sales on these luxury items!
You do not get great return for your make up from this vendor. They do not provide you itemized invoices nor proof for items (broken in shipment). I have sold 3 times. The first two times it took them over 2 weeks after delivery to provide an offer. This most recent sell was better but then they did not pay me within the 24-48 hours they state- it took them over 2 weeks to pay.
