I made my first purchase from Glambot late last month and my package came with a missing item! That's not a great experience to start with but when I reached out to their customer support, they were very helpful and found the item. They immediately shipped it to me, at no additional cost.
Customer care made the great difference
I first called and was surprised to get someone on the phone easily with minimal wait times. From then on, my experience was with their support team over email.
Expectations on output are set up and expressed to everyone. Leads and managers quickly notice talent and reward a strong work ethic.
Call, they are very helpful and will lead you on the right path. Tell them you want to price a trip.
