Hey EmmaJane! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Items bought on sale can be returned only for store credit. Unused items are final sale. No returns on international orders. Bundle and Dollar Store items are final sale. To request a return label message us at help@glambot.com!

Hi Kim! Great question. Unused is if it's an item we only sell as unused (ie. Has a reusable applicator such as mascara, liquid lipstick, lip gloss). 100% fill means it's an item we sell used but this item was never used.
