After reading an article about Glambot, I mailed them a package of 50+ beauty items. Despite that they promised free shipping, I still had to pay more than $20 to ship it. USPS delivered the item in early May. After contacting them at least 8 times and nearly never hearing back, they let me know today that they don't have it - that USPS must have lost it. USPS has submitted proof of delivery. In all reality, I suspect they have just stolen my makeup.
I sent them a box of carefully bubble-wrapped high-end makeup -- e/s palettes & foundations from Dior, Chanel, etc, NO drug-store or very used items. Totaled 57 items in all. USPS tracking said box was delivered on Feb. 21, I waited another five days and emailed them. They claimed they were having issues with USPS delivery -- BS! Finally, they sent me an offer: $120(!) or $2.48 average apiece for a box containing roughly $2,000 of barely touched and some new cosmetics! They then list the Chanel & Dior items for $30-$45 EACH! What a Rip off! Never again... I'll go to Poshmark or elsewhere!
I received my box of Lookfantastic 3 days ago. The down side was that some of the items inside the box were a bit wretched. The seller would've packed this more carefully since it's fragile. I'm still giving Glambot 5 stars for timely delivery and the product is top quality.
Sent them Dior. Tom Ford. Channel. Products they were selling on the site. They first tried to say where is your box we never got it. Then when I told them I would have rather given it away than gotten scammed they magically found it. Saying it smelled of smoke would l like to pay $15 to get it sent back. Well yes I would and my cosmetics were in the original packages. Can't wait to see what stinking mess they send back to me. They are wanting to scam your cosmetics off you. Do not do this.
They claim if you send makeup with over half you can get up to 150. I sent 21 pieces of mac Makeup and it was barely used. They offered me 40 bucks, when i said no they told me i had to pay for shipping it back which is the first i heard of this. I complained and the lady said i could pay with pay pal i told her i did not have an account and needed my invoice and no one has gotten back to me. From what i gave them looking at their website they stand to make over 200 and only offered me 40. Now i don't even know how to get my makeup back because i have yet to receive a response on how to get that invoice.
I recently bumped into this site and decided to give it a try in spite of the complaints from customers that I had seen on the site. I made a test order of stila smudge potm urban decay glide eye shadow and naked2 & 3.
17 days elapsed before receiving the order and thought I had lost it.
When the package finally arrived, it was a bit unexpected because I had somehow given up. But the products were in good condition.

I sent an email inquiring about what could be sold and I should've known then not to sell to them because it took 7 days just to get a response. Once I finally did, I shipped a box full of UNUSED items, some still in the original packaging NEVER even opened or swatched and I was offered $20! LOL! Not to mention they had my items 4 weeks & I heard nothing until I sent an angry email. I only waited 4 weeks because it's a "new" company and I tried to give them a chance. What a joke that site is. I rejected it and ended up paying $10 just for shipping back to me! So basically, they still make a profit off of you even if you refuse their offer. And I'm sure had I taken the $20, they still would've sold every single item I sent to them & made a good profit. They are a scam. Sell your makeup on poshmark instead.
-read the fine print about their return policies! Their prices serm cheap until you realize they are selling USED items! The new unused stuff is NOT cheap. And my order somehow included a product that l would NEVER buy! L am not sure how it got in my cart (for $30 non-refundable) buy from someone reputable, that accepts returns/exchanges!
I've been a good customer of Glambot but had never got a chance of cash back or "Glambucks".
But last week was my moment when I sent in 22 boxes of brand cosmetics.
I was awarded 30% in store credit.

I made my first order during Glambot vault. I liked the offer and placed for Nars face and tarte palettes. Wasn't sure my order would come through after seeing some complaints of undelivered orders on their site. Interestingly I got my order delivered in 15 days.
Whether I was lucky or they just got better in business, I was satisfied and will make another order soon.

This site was recommended to me by a friend some time in February. Incidentally at that time, she was complaining her delivery was late. I was reluctant to give it a try because of the good offers. I bought some IT cosmetics without any problem and customer care was in touch to confirm receipt of my order and final delivery.

I sent 20 several lightly swatched makeup items, including a YSL lipstick, a few UD palettes, Bobbi Brown items, etc. Again, these items were like new. My sell offer was so ricidulouss--$32. About $1.62 per item. I had to reject their lousy offer and they charged me $17 to return this box--which was small and could have been sent Priority envelope. Never again. This company gets your items, has you over a barrel with their lousy offers or pay to ship it back. Beware!
I received a package of a new brand of makeups from a local certain store that didn't work for me although they had cost me a fortune. I was worried I had made a flat loss but a friend of mine advised me to sent them to Glambot and gave it a try.
Although I was offered too less than I had spent, at least I'm glad they saved me from a total loss.

Please please do not spend your money here. I bought some things from here. Long story short i did not recieve what was ordered. It was $39.99 i emailed and asked them about it and got no answer. An invoice was not provided and i was not notified when my things were shipped. Took three weeks to get it. And plus its only a few dollars cheaper. You'll be over paying for what you couldve got in the store brand new once they and tax and shipping. I'm warning you. Go build some points at Ulta or Sephora. Its just not worth the headache with Glambot.
I had never had much luck ordering blindly online, especially foundation. I always felt that I had to go to a store and actually look at something before buying it. Last month a friend of mine recommended this online store and trusted her enough to give it a try. She told me I would find a huge range of brands at fair prices at Glambot and would be able to complete my order online without going to the physical store. I made a small sample of order to verify this and it came through last week. Apart from delivery that took 17 days, there were no difficulties. I've resolved to try them for a 2nd time before I recommend to someone else.

I sent over $400 worth of makeup comprising of 36 items, most of it barely used, to Glambot. They offered me $42 dollars in payment or 55 glambucks to use on their website. Are you f*cking kidding me?!?!?! I don't expect to get what I paid for the makeup back, I understand that they have to make a profit. That's how business works. But my GOD. I have sold to them before and was happy with the offer I received the first time. But after this selling experience with them, I am not planning on giving them my business in the future, as a seller or a buyer. My advice is, if you're desperate and need literally any amount of cash, sell to Glambot. But if you're expecting to get a decent payout, you'll only be disappointed.
I received my small sample order of all five Elektrocute shades and I must say, woow!
They are absolutely outta this world! I know there are a lot of mixed reviews on Glambot but I couldn't get a better deal anywhere else for this makeup.
Although I got the package well after 2 weeks, but the package was in good shape and complete.

The worst company ever. I have sent them many emails regarding broken makeup or even expired makeup that they have sent me and they even do not care that much to respond. And if you live in Europe they will write even higher price on the package that you actually paid so you will pay even higher custom. Before they at least wrote 25$and you paid less custom. Oh and would really apreciate from Glambot to get response to ALL my emails.

Unless you are going to just throw it away, DO NOT sent new expensive makeup to these people. I sent unused high end brands and they gave me a ridiculous offer of less than 60.00 for all of it. I didnt want to go thru the hassel of sending it back so I accepted. But I will never do that again. They sell the products for almost the full cost but cannot be fair to the people to keep them in business.
I had previous bought a fake version of sugarpill ElektroCute from a local store and I could not find the right one anywhere else. I also had a bad experience with online shopping but gave this one a try for the sake of my favorite brand. Apart from too late delivery, I liked my package.
