GiftsnIdeas is a Scam website

I have used GiftsnIdeas services in past, every time I gave them benefit of doubt not delivering the right gift and on right time but this time they intentional scammed me.

1-They Won't deliver what they display on their website.
2- Never delivered parcel on the chosen date.
3- Mostly outsource in half of the amount you paid.
4- Unprofessional, scammer & untrustworthy.

My boyfriend has paid about $400 for products he did not order! Valentines baskets was supposed to contain totally different items and not cheap local products I get from a supermarket for $20. Inside the basket there were total of 10 items, including 2 snickers bars! Snickers for $400! None of these items was what we paid for! Phone numbers are of course disconnected, not replying to emails, reviews on Facebook are hidden. Customer service was supposed to be working 24/7! They're liars and scammers, should be fined and jailed! Why nobody takes actions to block these swindlers!? I attach 3 pictures, 2 are scans of what we ordered and the photo of what we actually got.

Very dangerous to work with them. They don't reverse any payment if you request.
Also I experienced that ordered items have subsided with poor quality items when it reach to my sister's place in Melbourne.

A scam website. Order was not delivered.

They have answering bots on emails and Facebook messaging (lengthy messages get delivered instantly after a complaint). No way to get in touch with them.

I wish I had searched for it before.

Avoid by all means!
I placed an order for friend's birthday gifts to be delivered in Germany on a specific day, i. E. flowers, chocolate cake and a bottle of french champagne. They charged my credit card for all but neither champagne nor cake was delivered, even though they sent me delivery confirmations. The flowers that were delivered are not what they were showing on their website and of inferior quality and presentation.
Their phone in the US rings without any answer and numerous attempt to involve live chat just wasted several hours of my time.

If I could give zero stars I would

As 99% of the other reviews say, do not use the services of this company, they will rip you off
The good reviews are probably from employees or as the saying goes even a stopped clock is right twice per day (i. E. they got lucky)
Delivery to the Philippines, 3 days since my goods were supposed to be delivered, customer support are useless, no tracking details, unable to confirm if the gifts will ever be delivered, time for my credit card to be informed they are a fraud

I ordered a small bunch of flowers for my Dutch friend's birthday and paid for delivery so that it would be delivered on her birthday. It didn't arrive. Contact is a joke with live chat spewing out the same comment "It will be delivered" even today 4 working days late! And when I asked for a refund the chat was ended by them! Avoid them like the plague! I am letting my credit card company deal with this now!

I read the reviews only after I had already placed the order and gave up hope of the gifts getting to their destination or a refund. Perhaps after all the negative feedback the company is making an effort and I happened to be lucky enough to be part of that effort.The gifts arrived at the right address when they were supposed to, in perfect condition.The recipient is absolutely delighted. I thank the company and hope they keep up their efforts to provide the excellent service they provided me. I have deducted one star for their difficult-to-navigate website and a rude staff member who closed the chat window before answering all my questions. Otherwise very happy with everything.

I paid online with my debit card. On the day that my gift was supposed to be delivered to my girlfriend, it never came. I chatted online with a service representative who then informed me that debit cards are not an accepted payment method, even though it told me that my payment went through successfully on the day of purchase. I received no emails alerting me of this very odd situation. Never have I came across a website that doesn't allow debit cards to be processed as credit cards, and then to make matters worse, not even let me know. Awful website. I should have looked at reviews before ordering from there. Please, everyone, save your time, money, and frustration for something else.

Very poor service
October 3, 2010

Very poor service. They delivered the item 5 days late and refused to give a refund. There was no problem with address or anything else. Their customer service is non-existent as they keep repeating that no refund is possible. I would not shop here and look elsewhere.

Bunch of liars!

Bunch of lairs! I ordered a basket for my parents in Europe. They did not deliver on the day I wanted them to and what they delivered was not the same as pictured on their website. I contacted them to ask for refund since their website says satisfaction guarantee or your money back/replacement if you are not satisfied and first they told me it was normal not to deliver the same day and to have the gift different from what's described on the website.
Bunch of losers! The guys in India are useless, they hung up on my husband when he tried to talk to them...

Complete waste of time and money (I paid $90 for something that in Europe would cost $20)! Don't bother at all! You will be disappointed!

This site is not secure at all and they will steal your credit card number.

I ordered a birthday gift basket for a friend in another country. They could not deliver the product by the delivery date even though they processed my transaction. It took 2 days to speak with a customer service rep. And, they took 2 weeks to issue me a refund on my credit card. But what's worse was that my credit card number was subsequently used for all online shopping.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! Either their staff is stealing credit card numbers or their site has so many security holes that if you enter your credit card details, it'll get jacked. You've been warned.

Horrible service

Horrible service. Told me they didn't have the cake I ordered but could send a substitute. Poor replacement that was half the cost when I looked on a the website they got it from. Poor presentation. Wish I had read the previous reviews. Emailed them and hope they give me back a partial refund

Horrible and difficult, frustrating how one should start to do any transactions.
The procedures to start anything with Gifts & Ideas are unclear, and complicated. I spent 2 hours struggling trying to understanding or how to attempt purchase gifts in its website.
Really stupid!
And got my details and took my credit details, but disallowed my further access under the so- called ID or account created. Confusing...,,,,,! I finally gave up after 3 hours.

Absolutely terrible service. I made such a big mistake ordering with giftsnideas. I had made two orders. One was delivered, but oh, it was so miserable and with the message written down in someone's ugly handwriting. As for the other one, to the US, it never got delivered. Everytime I tried to get in touch with a customer service rep, they would tell me to wait 24 hours so they can check with their local florist. Waiting 24 hours often means I lose the opportunity to wish a loved one on their birthday which defeats the entire purpose of ordering a gift through them. Today I tried to check again and ran into fresh obstacles. When I told the customer rep my grievance, she decided she was not in the mood to listen to an upset customer and left the live chat. This happened twice. This is rather annoying and I am trying really hard to get a refund - which seems near impossible. Give this service a miss!

This company was suppose to send me a deluxe choc hamper from my mum! I got 4 bars of chocolate, tin of biscuits and raisins! I emailed and complained and every time i emailed they would say the same things, i'm sorry we will deal with this but please send us the order number and jpeg image! And everytime i did and still was asking for it... i've sent about 20 emails and still they keep asking. My mum spent £40 on a hamper not worth £10! Disgrace of a company

Ripped off
April 5, 2017

So I sent this basket full of fine chocolates to my sister in law and paid more than $70 for it. What does she get? Nothing of the list that described the basket in the website but instead an array of Mars and Bounty candy bars all wrapped up in a crappy basket VERY different from the picture online. Not ONE product of the list was in her basket. Not one. So I contacted the Customer Service and was promised the "concerned manager" would find a solution. That was several days ago, with no further news from them.
