I made a gift delivery on December 12

I made a gift delivery on December 12, for my close friend. The package was supposed to be delivered on December 31. I received a message that the package has been delivered. But my friend said there is no package. I believe my friend. My New Year's gift was gone, as was the money I spent on the services of this company. I am waiting for an apology and a resolution of this situation! The first time I contacted them and made a delivery to the same address, there were no problems! I am very angry, the surprise is spoiled and not delivered!

I had to write to tech support for a very long time and a lot to resolve the issue. Everything is fine now. But I have not been answered for 17 days since my last communication with the manager.

My experience with GiftnIdeas

I'm not usually the type of person to write reviews after a successful service but i feel as i need to share my experience due to the amount of negative reviews this company has. It was my fiance birthday on the 14th of may. I decided to surprise her with a gift, we live apart i am from australia and she is in romania. I discovered giftnideas after a google search of sending gifts overseas. They were slightly overpriced, way too expensive but still. Any man is willing to pay the price as long as it makes the special one happy.

As i was on checkout i thought it was suspicious we can't pay via paypal, even when i was purchasing it. My bank sent a confirmation text if i want to send this amount to this seller (lowkey thought it was suspicious). It never did that before when i do other online shopping or online purchases. When i made a successful payment i decided to check the reviews of this company, after reading and reading my heart just sank. I was scared, nervous, anxious. I decided to contact the live chat support for reassurance instead it led to making me feel worse. They were not answering my questions via chat. I asked them 3 times "will my gift be delivered to the given address" followed by an order number. The agent simply replied "answer your call" like 3 times.

I got a call from some international number and i answered, She said my order will not be processed until i verify a few things which was last 4 digits of my credit card number, The name of the receiver and my name. I thought it was really suspicious cause firstly the agent did not answer any of my questions via chat (maybe they didn't want any evidence against them?).

I was annoyed cause usually when the order is processed, it should be sufficient for them to carry out the service. Not tell me i need to verify myself. And they didn't have the courtesy to ring me, i rang them at first for reassurance reasons. Also not to sound racist or stereotypical the agent was indian so i felt i was being scammed (I had a bad experience with indian scammers). I was reading countless reviews hoping for a positive one so i feel slightly better about my situation. I didn't wanna ask for a refund cause i didn't want to act rash without evidence and i have thought about cancelling my order and ask for refund before the scheduled date for the gift to arrive many times.

Every single day, since i put the order which was 11th of may and scheduled for 14th of may. I kept contacting their live support chat team. Their live support team suck. They kept replying slow and kept repeating things like they write whatever they are scripted to say. It felt more like i was talking to a robot, not a human. Even though this was meant to be a surprise, i was feeling nervous and feeling like i was being scammed i told my fiance about it that she should be receiving a gift and if she doesn't receive it on the day please let me know, I was a bit disappointed about telling her cause it was meant to be a surprise but due to the company negative reviews i had to break it to her. I explained her the situation and she suggested we should take legal actions if its not delivered and not refunded but i'm not opening a case over $100. I'd just rather not buy from them again and not deal with all that drama.

On the 14th of may, I kept asking her every hour if she received it but she received a call from the delivery company that it will come at around 5pm. At that point i started to see the light at the end of the tunnel and i was feeling slightly better. In conclusion she has received the gift on the scheduled date and it was exactly as on the picture. Even though the surprise was ruined she was still happy with it.

For the new customers that purchased from this company i'm sure you are here to read about other peoples experiences. This is my experience.

My reason for 4 stars
-live chat support suck
-the fact i had to verify myself after a purchase
-way too overpriced
-the fact this company has so many bad reviews it caused me to panic and ruin the surprise.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY OF SCAMMERS!

PLEASE BELIEVE ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON THIS 'COMPANY'. I ordered a cake for my bro in law, I placed my order on the 10th of October for $42.66 with additional shipping and on the order was stated that the delivery date would be the 12th of October. Fast forward to the 14th of October, my bro in law had still not received the delivery. I chatted with the live chat option on the website and told them my order had not been delivered and I want to cancel the order because my bro in law had already left town, and that I would like a full refund for the services I did not receive. For two whole weeks I go back and forth with different agents, 'Krish', 'Sam', 'Robert'. They say they would speak to their manager and get back to me which they never did. I spoke to 'Robert' on the 22nd October, told him I had had enough and I needed a refund. To which after a long time of back and forth he said I could get a 20% discount, further he said 30% and then 40%. Said I needed a FULL refund and I needed to speak to a manager and that I needed a number in the US that I could contact. He told me that I could contact a WhatsApp number. I called the WhatsApp number which was a +91 number (an Indian number). Spoke to Robert who asked me for images of delivery. I sent him the email I had received on the 15th stating my order (which was meant to be delivered on the 12th) had been delivered. He said he needed pics of the cake itself. Which I sent, now my problem was not the cake but the fact that the company did not uphold their word, and delivered 3 days after proposed delivery date AFTER the recipient/birthday person had left town! After those pictures, 'Robert' said that seeing that the cake was delivered he could only give me a 10% discount. ALL EXCUSES, DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ORDERING HERE! They will scam you out of your money!

Ruined a special day

#giftsnideas Katia Pilates GiftsnIdeas. ComThey are unreliable! They will not deliver your product, and they will not reimburse you. They will ruin the joy you intended to have by buying their service. Save yourself some stress in a time that should be pure joy and never order order anything from this company #giftsnideas I have ordered a gift basket on December 18th to be delivered on December 22nd. To my Grandma to be there in time for Christmas. We pay the overpriced rate of a delivered just make make sure that the order is securely delivered on time right? I'm extra sensitive to this because is my grandma and I wanted to make sure to give her a gift and make her feel special on this important date since she is very religious. Anyway, today when I called my grandma I found out that nothing was delivered. Can you imagine the embarrassment and frustration to hear that your efforts failed not because of you, but because the company is incompetent and won't do what they are supposed to do which is to deliver the gift on time? Worse of all is that I was never contacted by the company to let me know that they were late on the delivered so I could still try to do some damage control and maybe call a local store or do something so my grandma could receive her gift on time. They also told me that if I'm lucky maybe they will deliver it by the 27th. REALLY? If I wanted it to be late I wouldn't pay almost 5x more and I would have sent it by mail don't you think? They were really fast in taking my money but did not deliver my gift on time. THEY RUINED MY CHRISTMAS.
This is wrong on so many levels.
1- Their main service is to deliver ( but they won't)
2- They overcharge you and then they will take longer than the regular mail ( if they will ever deliver it) Today is the 25th and after calling them they said it would be delivered by the 27th but again they also told me on the 12/18 that would be there by the 22nd so they may never deliver it.
3- knowing that the delivery would be delayed they never emailed me to let me know so I could do something about it.
4- I could go on and on but I'm sure you got it.

Never use this company! SCAM

Not only the basket was delivered 2 days late ( which is bad because was a birthday present) but also the wrong basket was delivered.

So We paid 80 dollars for a chocolate basket but a 40 dollars basket with cookies, cheese and olives was delivered.
Called them by phone, wrote several emails, chatted online and nothing, no money back no correct product delivered.

WORST EXPERIENCE

AVOID THIS COMPANY

I ordered 2 weeks ago, on the 5th of november, the "Carrot Cake 6 Inch Orange Citrus Vegan", to be delivered on the 8th of november. As it wasn't received till 11th of november (the cake should be delivered in 2-3 bussiness days), i've called at customer service and they told me that UPSY, the cake is OUT OF STOCK, although i could order it from the website and they didn't bother to notice me, untill I called.

I've changed the delivery date to 23th of november, although i should cancel it, because I was very upset. I choosed another present. They, of course, assure me that it will be delivered.

This week, I've checked the status of these changes and found out that the payment difference wasn't processed (i payed more money for this one) and after that, they respond to me that the first cake - the carrot cake - will be delivered?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

LIES, LIES, LIES

It was the first and the last time I ordered something from this company.
I regret that I trust it.

THE CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS FROM THE WEBSITE ARE INVENTED, THEY ARE LIES, as one cannot review about it anywhere on their website!
