I ordered the chocolate gift for my friend back to Nepal unfortunately, less amount of chocolates were delivered and I put review for the service. After getting the review, I was being followed up by admin panel and after providing the evidence, they sincerely apologized and offered re-delivery. We didn't accept the redelivery offer neither we asked for refund, because the receiver was happy on what she got.
They kept follow up and re-delivered the order perfectly with apology. At very first I was not happy with the delivery but the way they approached us and cared about our satisfaction makes me to edit my review. I will definitely use this service again and recommend you guys to use it. Thanks.
Ordered gift baskets, one was golden moments basket and the other coffee gourmet.

- Raised my complaint to the seller and sent images for comparison. They denied what I was complaining on. Just by looking at the images you know they have deceived you.
This service has been reported to FTC.gov for malpractice
They either blatantly don't deliver what your ordered stealing your money or if you keep pestering them they will deliver something of a much lower value thus keeping the difference.
My gift was supposed to be delivered in mid Mar and was delivered in mid April after multiple threatening calls to them, what they ultimately delivered was something completely different to what was advertised, it's a total scam

Was worried based on reviews, even emailed them cause I was concerned about these reviews, but they were VERY professional, called me from their SF USA office, made an extra effort to reach the recipient who didn't have a local phone number, and delivered on time. I would feel confident ordering from them again.

My brother ordered an wedding anniversary 3 lb White chocolate cheesecake for us on 18 jan 2015 to be delivered on 19 jan 2015. The total amount of cake is US$76.08 but after 4 days on 22 Jan 2015 a parcel was left at my doorstep without any knock containing 2 packs each of 475 grams Crofters Strawberry cheesecake from frozen foods from grocery stores, price of $7 each.
They don't respond to calls that are made to customer care or just hung up the calls and there is whole lot of waiting for live chat and no proper solution is provided.
There is no decency and sense of feelings attached to gifts that are being send from family.
Its high time you guys are playing with emotions and feelings of people, we as family show care and celebration through sending gifts and wishes if they are send on time or not the right thing. Shame on you people.

I ordered from them super sweet snack basket gift and they sent the cheap price basket with 4-5 ingredients and charged me extra for shipping. Extremely disappointed. Looking forward to hear from you.
When I entered the destination of my order it said guaranteed next day delivery. After 2 days I attempted to chat online with customer service who said they would check and get back with me. They never did. I did this at least 10 times and I'm pretty sure it was the same 2-3 people every time I chatted. Finally got on a chat with someone who gave me real information. She said since my delivery was "out of the state" (not sure where because it seemed like it was located in Malaysia where I was sending) it would have to be shipped. The shipping would take 5-7 business days and delivery another 5 days. So my overnight guarantee order took 12 days. He finally got the package and it is nothing even close to what I ordered. I started a chat asking for my money back. I got the standard "we will get back with you". I'll never see that money and the gift basket is full of Asian items that my boyfriend won't even eat. See pictures attached of ordered versus received. So disappointed.
I ordered a cake over a week in advance for a birthday, and just 3 days before delivery they say they can't deliver what I ordered and want to substitute (not even a cake). Tried using the live chat, and the operator (or bot) on the other end was extremely slow, said they would look into it but too more than half an hour with no results. Then they disconnected and when I tried to open a new chat window, it says "service is no longer available". I tried calling EVERY customer service number, and either it picks up with nobody on the other end or it says "customer service is not available, goodbye". Supposedly customer service is available 24/6 (meaning Sunday might not be available?). But it's Tuesday so that's not the reason. This company is terrible and should not be in business. I am stuck because it's too late to make other arrangements. STAY AWAY!

A total scam site, scam business. Sent a hamper to my client worth 150 dollars and they received something completely different and cheap, worth approximately 20 dollars. It took 7 days to verify after a lot of pushing that it was a bad delivery. The occasion already passed. What a disgrace. Never Ever Order from this site.
The gold basket is what I ordered. The clear plastic wrapped is what was delivered.
Ordered a gift for my girlfriend who is living in Beijing, China. The gift got there exactly when I wanted it (I asked for it to be delivered within a 2 hour window, which I mentioned in the notes). The flowers looked really nice and were bigger than the picture portrayed them, the teddy bear was cute and soft, and the wine has not yet been consumed. The only complaint I have is that the delivery man called my GF an hour before he arrived just to be sure she was home; kind of ruined the surprise. Yes, they're a little on the pricey side, but the presentation is good, the gifts seem pretty high quality, and the delivery was right on time. I would use this service again.
The website seems to be run from the US. I ordered a gift to be delivered in Russia. Since it didn't happen on the requested day, I was already afraid it was a scam. Stupid me, I should've read reviews first!
However, the day after the gift arrived. It was just like described, flowers were fresh, teddy bear cute and fluffy.
Thus, I don't know what problems other people have, I certainly didn't have one in the end. Did I get lucky because it was taken care of by their honest Russian partners and not the lazy American guys? I don't know. Maybe.
Just taking away one star, a) because of the delay and b) because customer support is honestly useless.

Much to the contrary of other posters here, i sent a gift basket to China through giftsnideas on june 27,2011. It arrived within hours of ordering, and customer service was very responsive to inquiries. The quality of the gift was highly enjoyed by the recipient, and i felt it was value for the money compared to more widely known and higher priced delivery services. I was initially extremely nervous after ordering then finding this site filled with only negative comments as i have been scammed by internet fraud in the past, but i very relieved to only have a positive experience. I would order through them again.
