How do i get them to deliver my order they ate my money i sent emails n called them did everything

I reported them to my bank and as a result of no delivery advised my bank the transaction was fraudulent, I advised gifts n ideas and then they refunded me

They are a fake company. I turned them in to the Better Business Bureau. They never responded to the BBB complaint so no gift was ever delivered, and I was out $70.
