Based on our experience, yes! They confirmed by phone it would be delived on the day but no.

Looks like a scam> They will sometimes deliver the item and at other times will simply not be bothered.

I used this service to order Birthday flowers for a friend in South America. The flowers arrived on time and were great. It wasn't a scam for me. I see others feel differently.
