I am not sure how this company is still running- they have eaten up money of lot of users still there is no one who has gone against them legally. I have been talking to their customer care for over 2 months now and they keep telling me that my money will be refunded within 3 days and I have never got my money back till date,, How do we proceed with some legal actions against this company to make sure they don't eat up funds of any other user?

Its a fraud company. A group of assholes without any proper address or contact number

They are a fraud. Will tell money for non-delivered item is being returned. But they never return
