I am not sure why google shows their review as 4 stars and above. The service is very unprofessional. They promised that the gifts will be delivered on the specific date but when they can't deliver the gifts on time, they do not even bother to respond. I missed the birthday gift to my friend. This is a very terrible company and everyone should stay away from them.

I too wish I had done some more research and read the reviews. It appears they do the same thing to everyone! They don't deliver on time, if at all and when they do it is to the wrong address. I have given them an ultimatum if they don't do as promised I'm demanding a refund, thank goodness I paid via paypal and didn't give this terrible site a credit card.
Their service is shocking as well, chat and phone. Don't bother seriously, just don't bother.
We ordered a basket of British chocolates for our daughter in Sydney, delivery was a week late, what arrived was foreign biscuits, she wasnt able to see what was in the biscuits. They made no attempt to rectify, they kept sending nonsense e-mails.

Yes indeed, I also wonder how this fraud company is still running its scam business without being sued. I have recently ordered a birthday cake (USD. 79.95) but was not delivered on the date requested. However, two days later they bought a cheap cake from a nearby store close to the recipient address and delivered it, shamelessly, with the tag attached to it showing the price (USD. 18.99!) They sent me an email with a photo of the cake I ordered rather than the cheap one they actually delivered two days later.
Unfortunately I like many others fell victim to to this fraudulent site.
It is a front to taking your money and delivering either the wrong gift you purchased or something of inferior in quality.
There is no response from either the email contact address given or from the website live chat option once they have taken your money.
Stay far far away from this one - you have been warned.
I am one of the many suppliers to GiftsnIdeas. We always fulfilled every order sent to us, but today I have no choice but post a complaint about the company because they have not paid us for months and they owe us thousands of US$ -s for our services.
If any other supplier is reading this message board please let us know your experience with GiftsnIdeas. I cannot imagine that we are the only one company that is being ripped off by them.
They are always promising to pay, but from time to time they just pay a small portion of it and keep promising they will pay the rest later and later and later.
We always fulfilled every order, even bending over backwards. Many times they send us orders on the day when the recipient supposed to receive it.
I have been asking them to pay us on a daily basis, but all I get is just promises, which they not deliver. As of today this matter is still not resolved. This battle is going on for 18 months now and I am tired of fighting for my money.
I should have checked out the reviews before ordering anything from this company and should have known the free shipping was a sign. I placed my order 12/13/15 to be delivered before Christmas, to a location in New Zealand. I was emailed days after the order was placed that they were out of stock of my item. I agreed to an alternative item to be sent and to this day, I am still waiting for shipping confirmation. Their email correspondence always say they will look into it and get back with me. I tried to live chat them 3 times today to no avail as it showed the agent was typing but they never responded. All 3 times it was Simon G so I am assuming he is the only one there. Shame on me for not checking out this company. At least I only lost $36 in the deal.
Really bad! They didn't deliver my gift even two days later when it supposed to come. They destroyed my surprise. They just ignored all my messages in a chat. The worst experience ever! They are bunch of an unprofessional people and it seems like it's a fraud.
I ordered from Giftsnideas, not having done my research into reviews about this website. BIG MISTAKE! I ordered a same day delivery for an interstate birthday and at the end of the day received a phone call saying they were out of stock and wanted me to confirm ALL of my details again over the telephone including Credit Card number and my partner's details (irrelevant) which i refused to do. They declined to offer a refund - i pushed them and they finally agreed to refund. It is now 11 days later and still no refund. Got in touch with the customer service dept today who stated it will take an additional 8-10 business days to receive a refund. This is simply unacceptable, and appears to be a SCAM SITE. I would not recommend to others to use this website.
We will NEVER use Giftsnideas.com again and we advise anyone who wish to send your family a hamper or a gift internationally not to use their company as their website is deceitful, we ordered a hamper worth $92.00 and they delivered a cheap quality hamper not even worth $10.00 in my opinion. I have posted the pictures in their Facebook account as I made a complaint about it but their customer service was the most appalling and unhelpful I've ever encountered. They said they had to replace the items to prevent the delay of delivery but as to their terms and conditions, they should be able to do that after informing us which they never did. It is a very disappointing experience overall.

After talking with your customer support, it is evident that yours is a fraud company and you have been continuing this cheating over the period. I might not be the first person to be cheated as not I get a better understanding of your business model. Most of the times, you escape as the sender might not disclose the cost of the item to receiver and receiver simply confirm they received a gift so the the delivered item need not be same as ordered. By this way majority of your sales will end up without any issues. Your team seem to be very tricky and trained to handle even if some complaint happened.
All together it is a very cheap fraud as you are also spoiling relationships. Your business model itself supports your local partner to cheat anyone as you have the clause of replacement which is very vague.
Delivery not on time.The order was placed one month ago and was emphasised about delivery on time. Yet they seem to not care when questioned, emailed or called. No response from Giftsnideas. Highly suggest the website takes care of the customers. Terrible service
In nice company tradition - I made order for 75 $ gift, it never came - my requests I living chat managers lied that ill get money in 10 days. Hope my bank help me to get my money back. Only reading reviews before buying!
I wish I didn't have to give them any stars! I don't do reviews but I am fuming! I guess this is a lesson learned to read the reviews before you order from any online company. I experienced pretty much everything everyone else has on all of these reviews I just read on this page :( Such a $#*!ty thing to do people so wrong! They need to be shut down and arrested!
This is a absolutely rubbish company! Do not order from there, I wish I did check this company before I ordered.my chosen gift wasnt available so they offered me 'chocolates with flowers '3 item gift set. Gift was not there after 9pm of the delivery date and only a branch of flowers delivered. FOR A MAN! YES! It's our anniversary, he got me some flowers for our anniversary, this is not what I expecting it to be. Now thanks God they are giving me 10%refund of my order, yes 10%, when I telling them it's not what I ordered, and ask for full refund.

I ordered for Mother's day but I thought it best to be on an earlier date which was May 11. Until today (7 days after) it has not been delivered but I got an email after complaining to an Indian guy with a California number who advised it will be refunded in 5-7 days! When I replied in the email, they just said they'll find a solution in 48 hrs like I didn't state I asked for a refund! Please find other websites that are reliable. I wish I read this sooner. I wasted a lot of time for nothing and even made an overseas call for NOTHING. Don't make the same mistake.

I have several times asked customer service to look into the details of this delivery without any successful solution. So disappointed! My gift recipient was not amused. No solution given. Money wasted!
Avoid this company, they will take your money and not deliver. They 'keep' promising to refund and it never happens. I set our a dispute with the fraud team in my bank. Please don't make my mistake, shop will a 'real' company.
I ordered a birthday cake for my friend, it was ment to arrive one day before her birthday. I contacted their support when the cake did not arrive, and ask for them to make sure to make sure it arrived on the next day. The next day again nothing arrived, their support is incompetent and apathetic offering no apologies or refund. At the end I had to contact American Express to get my money back.
The way this company behaves it makes me suspect they are a scam.
