I ordered a chocolate cake worth around 45 dollars worth 1 week in advance of the delivery date. On the day of delivery, they sent me an email telling me that they had to exchange the cake for another one because it was not available. So ok, I thought they'd exchange it with something at least worth the original cake. I found out from the recipient that what they delivered was no where close to what the original cake was. It was a Red Ribbon cake (a brand I wanted to avoid because the recipient didn't like their cakes) and it was 1/4 of the price (not even half the price) of the original cake. I contacted customer service and they told me that I couldn't get a refund because they CLEARLY showed the price on the website and therefore it's MY FAULT. Needless to say, avoid this site at all costs. It is a scam. Hopefully other's will not be as gullible as me to believe in this website's words...

These people are scamers, my product was delivered but didn't reflect the basket I paid for. Paid USD 225 but when I saw the gift basket that was delivered, it was with local goods. The had the audacity to say they replaced these items, a trustworthy site would have refunded all of the money. Now, I am will filing complaints with both BBB, Mastercard, and they are registered in Delaware. They need to be shut down, the US long arm of the law needs to intervene here
I'm really sorry I haven't read these reviews in advance. I am from Romania and I placed an order for Karlskrona, Sweden, promised to be delivered on Dec. 22nd. They lied about being delivered but my friend never got it. They admitted they didn't delivered it, so promised to deliver on 28th of Dec. Never happened. Again they promised to deliver my Xmas surprise for my friend on Dec. 30. Never delivered, lied again about being delivered. All I could get from them, on website chat, on telephone and by email was "We are sorry for the inconvenience, please allow us some time so that we'll check with the concerned team and get back to you soon." Meanwhile my money is taken from my credit card. Very unprofessional, ruined my Xmas suprise for my dear friend, paid the money and nothing delivered! I will file a complaint, the proper authorities should shut down this scam!
We ordered gifts to be delivered to Spain. They never delivered as confirmed by the TO BE recipient and sent us some fictitious document of delivery. STAY AWAY! They put up an attractive site just to cheat people!
I had a bad experience dealing with these guys they did not deliver my order on my wife's birthday until 10pm in the evening and when i cancelled the order they have not refunded my money.
The order day i got a call from one of their representative stating that the order was not delivered as i was not home and they visited my thrice. Which is a plain lie as my wife was home the entire day.
Worst service i order for 3 item for my 10th anniversary. Cake, Teddy /chocolates and Lindor chocolate.
After having the cake my son and wife got food poisoned. I should say block this site and sue the company.
I spent 81$ for Lindor chocolate, they sent cheap chocolates worth of 20$. I was sending email and calling them for a week. In the end tehy returned 23$.

Never trust this $#*!ing company, it's a cheater. I ordered a gift for my daughter's birthday in UK and the gift was never delivered. I called them many times to no avail, so I emailed to them demanding a refund. They tried to play with delaying tactic by saying that they needed time to check with their counter partners, to check with the department which dealing with delivery etc. and to my astonishment, not only they did not admit that the gift was not delivered, they asked my daughter to return the gift before they could make a refund. This is utterly nonsense! They did not deliver the gift and still have the gut to extort. I asked them to show the acknowledgment of recipient, they just keep silence until now... $#*!ing Giftnidea, go to hell!

A week after it was overdue, I called Customer Service, No Answer
I contacted the chat line. I was told my order had been canceled and refunded a week after it was placed, and 2 weeks before it was due. Yes, I got a refund. No i was not told the order was cancelled.
I think this is a scam to get Credit card numbers. BEWARE
I ordered birthday cake for my father at Nice on 16th Jan, it should have been delivered on 17th Jan at his birthday. And they delivered it on 18th Jan! Also the manager promised me that it would be deliver in time. The mood and the birthday was ruined. That is a horrible service. Don't buy anything from them. And the manager didn't make a refund for a poor service
I ordered an Easter basket was told it would be delivered on Friday its Saturday night and still no delivery, cant reach them on the phone been emailing and texting them for 2 days and cant gets straight answer from them, horrible business, never again would I do business with this company even if they offered me something for free
I soooooo regret placing an order through their website. I specified a date on when I want my gift (for a friend's birthday) to be delivered. For them to do this, I even had to pay an extra fee. On the day of the delivery, I called their customer service line just to confirm that the gift is on its way. I was told that it was. The day of the delivery ended but the gift never arrived.

They cheat you saying that the recipient was not home while they tried delivering, whereas in all the cases online including mine the recipient was available. But what did not happen is they never actually delivered.
They are very professional on holding you with the automated messages which have pre-written sweet lines, it would make you hold on and hope that they are going to deliver or refund your product. BUT obviously it never happens.
I do agree that every company has positive and negative reviews, BUT this one has the most number of negative reviews I ever came across online. SO please watch out for your own money people, I do not want more people to fall in this SCAM, HAPPY SHOPPING :)
They are fraud, just take money and don't deliver product... live chat is fake as well... they don't have any idea about the products where abouts as there never exist any! Beware... Ordered for same day delivery (7th May) but suddenly found out it was rescheduled for next day. Spoke with an agent and confirmed with the supplier it's for delivery that day but my sister never received any delivery. Ff-up and was told it was rescheduled to 11th May without any advise and now it's 13th May and still no delivery. Very frustrating, agents keep on pasting the same responses. Beginning to thing that this might be a scam.
Had ordered a cake & flowers. Cake was delivered without a gift message & had a name called Masqood as senderr. My sister did not even know it was a gift from me & sent it back. Finally I rang & told my sister to let her know I have sent the cake. No gift message, card. Charged $85. Charged $105 for flowers and they still have not been delivered. How do I stop people from being de-frauded. This business should not be operating. $200 for nothing.

This is my first time to order items from this shop and it is absolutely the worst experience ever! I and my bf bought flowers from this scam shop 1week before my mom's birthday. They called me 2days before the birthday that they cannot deliver the item due to COVID! He said the only option is to send it on June 1,2020. So before June 1, I have decided to cancel my order and get a full refund. So they send me an email stating that they will payback through the bank we used. So now I am still following up on the refund and it's already June 10! This site is a complete scam. I should have read the reviews first before I ordered to them.
