I have ordered something for a birthday, a week before the date.
They asked for "shipping date" instead of delivery date.
They MUST know when they do need to send out the shipment to be delivered on the requested day.
Customer don't know this.
They said they will send out the shipment on the day I requested (day I requested as a delivery day) and it will be delivered within 3-7 business days...
So they think the person who have a birthday and I expect to surprise him on his birthday will have to celebrate his birthday 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7 days later, as per the giftnideas mood.
The only place they were very efficient was in charging my credit card. Next day they called back and said they don't have what I ordered and I HAVE to take what they offered. After back and forth haggling I finally asked them to deliver what they have but the same day. Next day what I called they have still not delivered and instead of apologizing they asked me not to "HASSLE" them. Please beware, don't even think of buying anything from them
I ordered 1 kg chocolate cake with chocolate ganache toping but, they delivered Chocolate cake with cream toping and chocolate decoration which is comparable to much cheaper cake on their website. The cake they delivered looks so ugly and very cheap, unlike picture of my order on website.
Avoid this site! I ordered a cake for a birthday present a week before the occassion and it was not delivered. Contacted customer service through email and chat and had several exchange responses that the address was incorrect when it was not. Spoke to them and said that they have attempted to deliver but the recipient was unavailable and when asked to reschedule, said that they could not deliver it asap as the place was far and if the recipeint could just pick it up in the city instead. Terrible! I could have just ordered someplace else that would really value their business and customer service. Did not hear from them anymore.]

I filed fraud with my bank.

I wish I had read the reviews NOT on the actual website before using GiftsnIdeas. Delivered my order TEN days late and even though their website advises specifically that "satisfaction is guaranteed" and will "refund or replace if not satisfied" I have been fobbed off by live chat AND email and told that someone will get back to me re my complaint in 48hrs. Which of course has come and gone and now nobody will return my messages at all. We live OS, I hope they feel great that my poor dying mother had no Christmas gift delivered to her in the nursing home. Avoid this company (if you could even vaguely call it that) like the PLAGUE. They are total thieves.
This company gets no stars, my order was 4 days late, and they ripped me off on the quality of basket that was in the picture compared to what was order, I estimate it was maybe half the cost. Totally disappointed, I will never use them again.

Fake site
I wanted to gift my sister a pack of ferro rocher chocolate worth 900rupees
They mailed me that the product I ordered wasn't there
And when I asked about replacement of the product or refund me, there is no response from them.
Is there any way to file a complaint against the site? So that some or the other person would not incur damage due to this site.
I would rather flush my money down the toilet - LITERALLY - then give them my service or money! They are scammers and thieves. I have never bothered taking the time to write a review for any company -ever. But this "company" infuriates me so much that I need to warn everyone I can reach about them. They didn't deliver what I ordered, are impossible to get it touch with- I am actually talking to a customer service agent on live chat right now that is refusing my request to speak to anyone on the phone. First of all this company should be investigated by the police. They have very elaborate advertising and order gifts for their friends and loved ones.
I ordered a Christmas Basket that cost $76 to my mother. I thought it would be a lovely surprise but instead it turned into a nightmare.
My mother called me to thank me for the gift I sent her, when asking if she liked the fresh fruit I realized that was not the gift I ordered.
It was a very small box that probably cost no more than $10.
They did not even apologies for the mistake, they did not even acknowledge there was a mistake made on their part.
I was very persistent and insisted on a full refund which took about 2 months after.
The whole gesture of making a special happy went completely out the window and instead it caused me a lot of stress.
I WILL CERTAINLY NEVER USE THIS WEBSITE AGAIN AND WARN OTHERS NOT TO EITHER.
BEWARE OF THIS FAKE, BOGUS DISGUSTING ORGANISATION.

This place is an absolute joke. My boyfriend is in the army and currently deployed in another country, he tried sending me a Valentine's gift while he was away. Not only was it 5 days late, but what I was given was delivered was tiny compared to what he ordered and what he paid. The company says 24 hours but I can only get a hold of them late late at night. Was told we would be refunded and so am waiting on that. If the money is not refunded I will find a way to take this joke of a company down so they can't ruin anyone else's happiness. A Wedding Anniversary was ordered, including a roses and a bottle of Champagne, they delivered ahead of the instructed time, and changed by their own the bottle of Champagne for a box of chocolates without any notice. The USA provided numbers are diverted to an India company that are absolute useless, timeless answered and provided a bunch of lies about the delivery and the reason for not fulfill the order, basically a problem with their counterpart in Canada. This company should be banned from any serious E Commerce community and should avoided by any buyer looking for a positive experience. The allegedly manager of the company must learn new excuses and try to be a little bit serious on his customer satisfaction they ruin the E Commerce experience.

I placed an order on the 8th of Feb for Valentine's day, it's already the 19th and my boyfriend still has not received the package. I emailed couple of times and tried the live chat but always not getting a response! I have also tried to call many times but there were no answer, even the voicemail was always full! We ordered a gift basket for relatives in California on November 30. Delivery was promised by December 6. On Dec. 22 my wife found out that no gift had arrived and emailed this company. The reply said that an unexpected glich had happened and they could not promise delivery by Christmas. Today (New Years eve) it is still not delivered and I raised cane with customer service. All that got me was a snotty response and a UPS tracking link that shows that the order was processed on December 30 and promising delivery on January 8.
