Cancelled the order and i get a refund 10 days. No contact or anything. I contacted customer service online chat and they told me it was cancelled because their supplier didn't have it. Order was supposed to be received 2-3 days after placement and i find out it was cancelled 10 days later.

I ordered a cake for my sister and when it arrived, it was NOT the cake I ordered. I understand there's a substitution policy BUT the cakes cost they sent my sister was NOT even half of what I paid. I contacted their customer service and they gave me a BS answer that the cake delivered costs more than what I paid which is ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE as I have checked with where they got the cake! They think their customers are that dumb not to know. DO NOT ORDER OR WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE SCAMMERS!
Ordered a birthday gift on February 10th to be delivered on February 22nd. Money was taken out of my bank account immediately. Gift was not delivered. I was told money would be refunded. It was not. I filed a claim with my bank and they are now investigating this matter.

Ordered a gift to be delivered the day before my boyfriends birthday. The order said the 19th. It didn't show up so I contacted them. They said there was a technical issue and it would be delivered the 21st. Well today is January 24th and he still hasn't gotten it. I told them I want a refund. They said they would get back to me in 12-15 hours. Still nothing after 24 hours. Chargeback time.
They are the worst company to deal with. They literally took 200$ from me and my order wasnt even delivered. It was like a charity that I didn't even want to do. These morons will not even reply to your msgs in the live chat and the mother$#*!ers won't refund the money too. They are robbing you blind. They are a bunch of fraudsters who are not at all concerned about your special day. The only thing they can do for you is to ruin your day. Do not order with them at any cost. This is just a scam, I have bought some flowers a teddy and a cake and after I made the payment got 10 emails saying that I need to send some ID. So I did and was told everything was alright and would be sent for her to receive on Valentine's Day. On that day I contacted them to see if everything was alright and was told they could only deliver the flowers on that day. So I went to a different website and bought another flowers which after realise that is from the same supplier. When you try to contact them and you choose questions about an Item you bought there will be over an hour waiting but if you press you just want to ask something for an item you would like to buy they get back to you straight away. Not even sure if my girlfriend will receive anything. Stay away plus when talking to them they always change from one operator to a different one. This is the biggest scam people I have ever dealt with. Do not waste your money! Very disappointed with this and I am going to report them. Next time I know to do some research before buying something. My girlfriend friend is really mad luckily I took screen shots of everything to show her and when I am going to report them. I ordered for a cake for my friend and he recieved a stale cake.
When I asked giftsnidea to make corrections and do something to make my friend's day special, they were least bothered.
After many followups they decided to refund the money with fake information that money would be credited in 2-4 days. I made the order on 28th May and till dates I am waiting for my refund...

2 days back i have ordered a cake and dryfruits basket hamper from gitsn ideas site to australia order numbers. The dryfruit hamper which they delivered was very small and not even a single dry fruits which you mentioned in the site was not at all present. Made a purchased of 4 orders, -asked for refund after finding the bad reviews, regretted. Called to refund, and cancel within the same day, find out all the numbers are directed to the same so I try and place- asked how is this possible when I'm calling internationals, was told the calls end to same one country due to the service branch, however it's FAKE ADVERTISING, excusing for refunds and kept lying about the time during to get emails.
