WORST EXPERIENCE EVER A DISASTER AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
A COMPLETE RIP-OFF STAY AWAY FROM THESE CRIMINALS. After ordering I contacted their live chat to check if really it would be delivered on the specified date and they confirmed that it would be delivered on time
On the date of the delivery they call my fiance and yell and insult her over the speaker phone and they don't deliver if this isn't enough and to further insult us the day after what they deliver is a bunch of flowers that looked right out of a garbage disposal bin all wilted and dry, after contacting them I still haven't received a refund or response from these crooks.
Terrible! Do not ever use them! Tried to send a gift basket from US to Sweden. Promised the delivery would be from 10am till 7pm local time in Sweden. Customer support told me it was on the truck getting delivered. That was a lie, called 1-800 number to verify after basket was not even delivered at 7:30pm. Was then told the basket was never on the truck and was out of stock till the following week. Guy on the phone wasn't even very helpful or sorry for the hassle. Do not use them!

I am so dissapointed at this site. My delivery wasnt done that the given date. It was a birthday N somehow they didnt confirm the payment and it was not delievered. Later when i talked to the live person of this site then they told me they tried to call me etc or emailed me which i have no idea... why would i think that my delievery wouldnt happen until i get a phonecall etc while the payment was approved on the spot. Also i live in different times zones for you guys to contact me. Thanks for ruining someone specials birthday for me and having a reason of confirmation etc while i was waiting eagerly that that person would receive the gift and would be so happy and surprised. Thanks you this site for making my daY! Awful experience never coming back here again and if only i could write a negative blog about it it would make my day!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I ordered a birthday gift for a friend, a teddy bear and she did not receive it. The customer service is horrendous - I received no confirmation email, then an email 3 weeks after the due delivery time saying it was delivered, but it wasn't. My money was stolen and they refuse to acknowledge the fact and my frustration. I am appalled how they can sleep at night stealing and lying like this.
DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! Complete and utter scam. Very expensive, did not deliver on time, did not send what I ordered. Paid $100 for a chocolate gift basket, they ended up delivering some random asian cheap choclates not even worth 10$. I kept calling them plenty of times and also exchanged many emails, but they are not responding properly, the customer care sucks, it is so mentally disturbing and very embarrassing. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE... someone needs to file a case against them to FBI... so that no one gets victimised by them in future.
I am very disappointed with the ordering process. I placed my order on 6th December and was advise it would be delivered on the 7th December. The gift never arrived so I contacted the chat line on the 10th December. I was told that i would be contacted on that day on the whereabouts of the gift. This did not Happen. I contacted the chat line on the 11th December and was again told i would have to wait a further 12-15 hours for an answer.

Honestly i ordered something to be delivered on the 13th February a day before Valentines Day and no one is answering my emails. I have tried to call the so called Customer Service line *******697 and it is busy or goes to a full mailbox. Furthermore I tried Skype no one is available there. Yesterday I tried the Livechat thing and someone spoke to me and was taking 5 minutes to respond to each question I posed. The person Alex said the exact same things that all of the users complained about below. Now I tried to confirm delivery today and no one is available. This is a REAL SCAM! STAY AWAY!

I made an order for more than one item, the items delivery was delayed, not everything got delivered, i was overcharged, the sales reps don't do as they are instructed with regards to making corrections to delivery address though after i further corrected them, they eventually corrected the address. Also a sales rep, was very rude to me when i asked him what had happened to my order, when i contacted them on skype. The staff are slow, they have typing errors, the company lie on their website that the delivery is on time and that they get full customer satisfaction, when chatting to sales reps they take too long, when replying. Their internet connection is poor. The company says they are available 24/6 (not 24/7) which is rather peculiar. This website needs to be taken down and this company ought to be closed, don't trust them, they will lie to you about orders, etc. Also be careful as this company stores your credit card details, and you as a customer cannot remove them, i think you either have to request for the company to remove the details, or either you have to close your account. I stress that everyone stays away from this website.

I placed an order for a gift basket on February 15th for our anniversary which is on March 9th. It was supposed to be delivered to my wife's place of employment as a surprise gift. I received an email at 11:37am on the 9th of March telling me that she had received the gift basket. When I called her to confirm the delivery she told me nothing had come. I called the company and they gave me a phony tracking number. It is now March 14th and the basket still hasn't arrived. This company is a scam. I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau and post on all the social media outlets I can warning people not to deal with this company.
Ordered 3 items, for my mom's 70th birthday. They cancelled the cake as they cannot deliver to the area where my mom' live. Only the basket of fruits they can deliver. I requested the gifts to be delivered the same day but they only delivered the basket of fruits, some of the fruits over riped and rotten. I choosed the basket of fruit with no banana but they still add over riped banana. The flowers still they did not deliver until this time. The birthday is finished. So useless this company i ordered the items since february but the items delayed. Also still did not receive the refund of the items they cancelled. I am not going to order again to this company in the future.

This company is horrible. My experience was terrible and extremely frustrating. My order was not delivered in time even though I ordered well in advance. When I was trying to track, I was not able to get any kind of assistance or response even after multiple chat sessions, emails, phone calls. Eventually I had to have my overseas coworker call to check and after again numerous attempts, they were told the item I ordered was not available and they would get a replacement of equal or greater value. My package, which I paid $86+ for, intended for Christmas, came after New Years and what was in it? Small quantity of CHEAP chocolates that do not even total $15! RIDICULOUS AND UNBELIEVABLE. I will NEVER use this company again and would warn anyone else from using them!

Just want to echo everybody's else's sentiments. ABSOLUTELY APPALLING. Delivery not as promised. Live chat, just left with no response, so eventually you hang up. No response to emails. I am not even sure, where they are based, I can't get any info. They claim to be USA, but from the live chat I had, the quality of English would suggest those answering calls are certainly not in the USA. I am also wondering if the courier they supposedly used, LBCExpress, are one in the same-there website also offers "Live Chat", and don't respond to emails, either. Again can't find a postal address, to contact a MD or CEO. Crooks. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
