This is totally a worst experience I ever had! This company is totally a big disappointment and unreliable, I orldered a gift one week ago oline, it was a surprise birthday gift for my sister in Australia and it supposed to delivery on yesterday 16/3 but it never made it so I called them and they accused me that my address and phone number was incorrect but I checked them like 10 times and it was definitely correct! So I live chat with the staff and they said they will delivery that today (17/3) instead! But today it never happen again, so I live chat with them for another 4 hours, they finally said your gift will delivery on Friday or next Monday! THIs is ridiculous! What is the point to send a surprise bday gift after 3-5 days late? It's not fair and I won't trust them anymore! So I definitely won't recommend this company for gift cause they totally riuned a bday surprise! I'll have my money back but the suprise is gone! This is the worst! Think twice before u put the order! Peace!

Horrendous!

Horrendous! Incompetent and uninterested...
I ordered three separate gift deliveries for Christmas a week before Xmas. One was delivered late the other two are still undelivered a week AFTER Xmas... I didn't even get the courtesy of a notification that they had f&cked up. I am now looking like an idiot my family think I forgot and they are not any the wiser.
AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COSTS!

Ordering from this website has by far been the most stressful experience I've had ordering offline. My receiver waited all day for a package that never came. I tried to get in touch with 'Live Chat' many times, however was ignored, but i wasn't ignored during the processing of the order, only when i needed help on finding out where my package was! I emailed this company about 5+ times, tried to call, Skype, nothing. Keep in mind i had my package set to arrive at a specific date, and days after that it still didn't arrive. When i was finally called, i was put on line with a man who had no intention of telling me where my package was or why it never arrived, he only tried to sell me a different shape of box because they were out of the heart ones. I did get my refund after a few days, however i was left a stressed buyer and with a disappointed loved one. Please never shop here, it is a waste of time, if i could give this 0 stars i would. The site seems extremely trustworthy and full of variety but it is FAR from it.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! Complete and utter scam. Very expensive, did not deliver on time, did not send what I ordered. Paid $160 for a chocolate gift basket, they ended up delivering some random asian crap including wine to a very sick relative in hospital. Utterly embarrassing and insensitive. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE

They r imposters... they take ur money & don nt deliver the product... they r fake... do not waste money... my order no ******* was not at all delivered... they took all my credit card details... bt did not deliver... i called their costumer care nos *******9025 around 30 times... eveyr time they picked up... they were talking with various names ryan, maria, simon etc etc... they were all giving buls$#*! answers... they kept on telling me... they are checking with vendor & wud let me know whn my product wud get delivered... they jsy played around... bt never gave me the exact answer...

Shiitiest delivery service.
I wanted to deliver a cake and some flowers to my wife for my wedding anniversary on the 6th of April. I clearly asked many times before placing the order on the 1st whether they could deliver it ON TIME where they insisted they could do it without fail. On the 5th night i receive an email saying they cannot deliver the cake and roses due to a suppliers' issue and happened to chat to this girl "PRESTY" on their help line and she's telling me that they can deliver it on the 22nd. (My weeding anniversary is on the 6th and they want to deliver the gift on 22nd) the $#*!tiest customer service $#*! i've spoken to.
I highly recommend not to even try this service for any of your gift deliveries.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RUBBISH COMPANY!
I ordered a nice bottle of champagne for my sister that lives in Canada, I live in Scotland and they sent a bloody monkey teddy! Tried to dispute via paypal and their response was 'We cannot uphold your complaint as the description matches the item ordered'?!?!? I think what they are trying to say is that the champagne ordered matches the description on their website. BUT THEY SENT A BLOODY MONKEY! Not even a real one at that.

Couldn't believe i did this terrible mistake of not reading reviews before ordering anything. Their services are absolutely terrible. My experience:
1. Ordered on 17/7/2014 to be delivered on 18/7/14.
2. Next day i got an email informing area is an internal one, hence it can't be delivered before 22/7/2014.
3. Talked to one of customer service representatives - they told me "order was out of stock, so can't be delivered on time". They were not even in sync with what the issue was.
4. I agreed on getting it delivered BEFORE 22/7/2014 but somehow that got converted into ON 22/7/2014.
5. All day 22/7/2014 no mail neither of confirmation, no delay email. I again had to call them and they took 18 hrs to contact their local delivery provider and ask them if order was delivered. NO EMAIL AGAIN. Keep calling - it never ends!
6. On 23/7/2014 (i called obviously) - the order was delivered at 8:09 AM and it was left at doorstep since door was locked and recipient did not even pick up call. LEFT AT DOOR SERIOUSLY? HOW LAME IS THAT! Further to it my fiance was at home waiting for this gift till 10:30 AM
7. You keep waiting for proof of delivery and keep calling them. All they can tell you is we regret the inconvenience caused but they don't do anything to ease it off!

Worst site ever - they don't give you tracking no. To track the order. They wont even tell you who their SECRET Local delivery agent is!

So pissed off!

I emailed I had such a hassle trying to order that I asked for it to be cancelled. A week later there was a charge from them. But nothing was delivered! I am still trying to get a refund. They are trying to tell me that it was delivered! SHOCKING EXPERINCE! DO NOT USE!

Avoid at all Cost

We are Tristar International placed orders for 6 corporate hampers to be delivered to the Philippines only to be advised a day prior to the expected delivery date that the supplier does not have the hamper in stock. After multiple failed communications and delayed responses we finally heard back and were given options for substitute items (all of which unacceptable for the amount paid). We came to an agreement and were told delivery will be made the following day, however this was not the case and at this point deliveries were delayed by two weeks. When the deliveries were finally made it was split and two days apart, the contents were not those which were selected by us, most disappointing of all giftsnideas believed delivering two hampers in paper bags was considered acceptable we were embarrassed that the company's name was associated with these deliveries.
The organisation claims to operate on a corporate level and customers expect a certain level of trust, reliability and quality in both the products ordered and the service providedClearly they have failed us as paying customers.
The service provided was disappointing and unreliable! Avoid at all costs!

STAY AWAY! THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM. I ORDERED A JUNK FOOD BASKET FOR MY SON. THEY ASSURED ME IT WOULD BE DELIVERED BY 02/06/11. THEY SENT ME AN EMAIL TELLING ME IT HAD BEEN DELIVERED, WHEN IN FACT IT HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED! AND NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHY. I HAVE FOLLOWED UP 5 TIMES, AND THIS LAST TIME THEY TELL ME THEIR SERVER IS DOWN. VERY CONVENIENT AND SUSPICIOUS. THEY SAY IT WILL BE DOWN FOR 3 HOURS, CAN'T HELP ME. AND SO FAR THEY HAVE NOT LIVED UP TO THEIR 100% SATISFIED GUARENTEE. IT'S CLEAR THIS COMPANY IS A SHAM!

DON'T BUY!

So disappointed with the service, PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THEM! YOU WILL LOSE TIME AND MONEY...
I placed 4 orders, all were charged to my credit card but for two of them I received an email informing that the orders weren't processed since the credit card "was declined" (Orders ******* and *******), I have been trying to FIX this for the last 3 days without success, their LIVE CHAT SUPPORT is not answering and are ending the chat sessions over and over. Also, I received and email stating that one of the other order that was approved (*******) the product is not available anymore and they asked me how I wish to proceed but I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY FURTHER RESPONSE from my answer. And for the fourth order (*******) I didn't received any confirmation so I don't even know if this will be delivered or not.
WHAT A SHAME, I DEMAND ATTENTION OR A REFUND!

Fraud, Scam artists!

Placed order for delivery in Canada and after 8 days was not delivered.

Contacted customer services who eventually told me that it would be another 3-4 working days for delivery.

They will not inform you of any complaints procedures even though I asked 5 times in mails for these procedures.

THEY ALSO SENT ME A MAIL SAYING ITEMS WERE DELIVERED WHEN THIS WAS UNTRUE. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF THEIVES.

I ordered a hot chocolate gift box to be delivered to my Daughter in Switzerland for Christmas with a guaranteed delivery date. It did not arrive and the distribution company web site was unusable so eventually it was delivered in January to my daughter's office. She was dismayed to find the saucer was broken making the cup and saucer set useless. The "concerned department have so far offered $12 as compensation as they are unable to supply a replacement saucer. NOT EVEN A THOUGHT OF MAKING AMMENDS. Totally useless
