I placed an order same day delivery, the cake I ordered, they delivered the wrong cake, my second package for same day delivery has never arrived, I got an email saying it was damaged in transit and will be delivered next day which is today
The package never arrived, no email no contact from the company
WhatsApp and fb messenger are an absolute waste of time they completely ignore you as you ask about delivery etc
I am starting to believe this is a scheme and if I knew of somewhere I could file an official complaint to get feedback I would this company is absolutely horrible and should not be allowed to be in this business

One star is too much for this company! Stay the F@#$ away from this company! They promised delivery on 14th of FEB, yet they didnt. They disregarded all my follow up emails. When i tried to live chat with one of their customer service agents, she told me she is following up on my order without even asking me about my orders numbers! Then she left me with over 5 typed questions, unanswered, and left the chat! Despite all my emails requesting for refund, no one bothers to reply! THIS IS THE WORST SCAM I HAVE EVER FELL FOR!

Fraud Alert

A very disappointing experience with your business. Infact when I looked around, it is not only me but there is a whole bunch of negative review. I guess you have 90% negative review. I ordered 4 items for my client in Philippines. You charged me premium for same day delivery but finally when it got delivered, I saw it is not what was ordered. A very cheap sorting of different items were delivered. You guys also failed to deliver in next 48 hours for a same day delivery that you charged me. Overall, this is definitely cheating a customer when you commit something but deliver totally different. As a result of this, I had a very embarrassing situation with my customer. I escalated to your customer support on live chat and they became non-responsive the next day. I tried calling your support number multiple times but it never connected me to anyone. All in all, the experience is a very bad one and I hope people read your reviews before they order from you unlike me who just went ahead and paid and got cheated.

I am in the process of escalating this case to the ministry of corporate affairs, consumer forum and payment gateway for closure of this business. Please share your statement with me on xproweb256 (at) gmail.com to support the case. Business like this should be shut down.

Rip-off service

INCOMPETENT company!

I ordered a gift for my friend and they dint deliver it on the day requested. When I asked in the customer service, they were not able to answer any of my questions. After that they refuse to cancel the order and give a refund.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

This is the worst company ever. Too bad I didn't read the reviews before I made my order. I bought a mothers day cake and it was supposed to be delivered in Germany on Saturday a day before mothers day. I even paid the delivery charge they charge if it has to be delivered within 3 days. They did not deliver anything on Saturday, I called the American number they have on their website but he told me it was to be delivered the next day on mothers day. My mum waited again all day on sunday but nothing was delivered, It finally got delivered on Monday evening a day after mothers day. It was a tiny cake that u would probably buy for $10 in Wal-Mart, nothing compared to the big cake they advertise. They say it comes with a card and you are asked to write your card message with your order, but she didn't get any card with it. They did not give me my delivery money back since they delivered the 5th day and it was free delivery for 4 days and above. I am very very disappointed, this is a SCAM please please do not waste your time and money.

This site is ridiculous!

This site is ridiculous! 3 weeks ago I placed an order, when UPS tried to deliver it I was told it was not the correct address so instead of contacting me to deal with it, they sent the shipment back. After it'd been sent back I gave them instructions to just send it to the local UPS office for pick up but no, they tried sending it to the 'wrong' address yet again, meaning it's getting bounced back to them again. I can't even count how many times I've called, e-mailed or been on the live chat to them and they never give me a straight answer. They always tell me they'll check with their 'local partner' and get back to me within the next 24 hours, ha! They don't! I even asked them to give me their local partners details and I'd contact them myself but no, they assured me they'd get back to me themsleves. Idiots! I've requested them to keep my order once it gets back to them and give me a full refund but the 'cannot guarantee' a full refund. Now unlike some of the other reviews here, my order isn't perishable, nor was it really expensive, either way, I should get my refund. I will not pay for nothing but trouble for 3 weeks. Stay away from this site, it's a scam!

Terrible

Terrible.
At first when I stumbled across this site I thought HOORAY! This site is awesome! It had an amazing beer gift basket I wanted to give to my boyfriend's brother in law (as he loves beer and who wouldn't want that?!)
I ordered it on 12/15 and it was supposed to be sent to my house on 12/19.
12/19 came and passed with no delivery.
On 12/20 I called the number and it took me 5 times before I could connect to someone named George, who sounded like he was in a call center in India.
George was pleasant, said the order had been processed and he was trying to touch base with the carrier to see where it was and he would let me know.
8 hours later I heard nothing. So I called again. Got George again. He said the same thing to me that he had earlier.
I sent an email to customer support. At 3 am I received an email back from Sarah saying they apologize but they missed my order completely and never processed it. She said they can still deliver it but it won't get there until 12/27.

I told them to cancel my order and refund me my money.

Seems very shady and I would not order through them again.
They guarantee on time delivery, etc. Not the best. Use with caution if at all.

I am very upset with your service. I had ordered for 2 items and had specifically mentioned that I needed both the items to be delivered on the same day same time. You cannot deliver items based on your convenience. And to top it up, the second item hasn't been delivered yet - its been over a week since I ordered. And the only thing the customer reps have to say is - "I'm sorry we can't really do anything about it". Well you know what? You can. You need to notify your customers if there is gonna be a delay or if the product is gonna be replaced.

And why do you have items listed on your site when you don't have them in stock? I order chocolates, you deliver cupcakes. I order silver rose, you deliver gold rose. Please be very clear on your site as to how many you have in stock and to what locations do they apply to. You are just cheating on your customers by not being transparent about your products and your service.

Oh and you should give an option of negative rating. 1 is too good to be given to you.

Now I'm even doubting the quality of the gifts that I ordered. Never ever ever ordering from here again.

We did have a successful delivery of a Cake to Dalian China in December 2015, so we came back and what a true joke we found with this site with our second visit. We ordered a new cake with a special Anniversary Decoration to be delivered to the exact same address and phone number as used in December. Then we are told can not deliver to this address, wrong phone number and incomplete address. These folks Would not listen to the fact they had been there before. Then they delivered late a BirthDay cake. We asked for 100% SATISFACTION Guarantee and only because of the BirthDay cake and not because they were late. They said all because of wrong address. Would not listen and finally we give up... Be careful and realize there is NO SATISFACTION GUARANTEE with these folks...

I have ordered a Valentine gift to be sent to my fiancee in Vietnam for her Valentine Gift.
The order was made a week earlier just to make sure, even though they offered same day delivery service.
I have checked and reconfirmed on the day prior and was advised that the delivery was on schedule for the following day, which is the Valentine Day.

At midday I contacted the company again and was told that I need to send my ID first before they can organise the delivery. Then when everything was satisfied, the company has advised me that the supplier had run out some of the items that I have ordered.

After a long conversation, I agreed to have them to deliver one item only, which is the flowers.
But 7 hours later at 10PM Vietnam time, the delivery is still no where to be seen.

No one in the live chat were able to provide any answer on where the delivery is at. Then they are just transferring me from one person to the other. My credibility was tarnished by them as my fiancee thought I forgot or lie about sending the gift to her. I will never use their service again.

I order something for my son in law, I got an e-mail, saying they couldn't send it, and they'll send flowers in place of if. What I ordered was for a man. FLOWERS?. No, I'd like a refund. This website was formerly pickingflowers.com, but it's the same BOGUS site. They claim to deliver gifts international and charge SUPER HIGH prices, like 70 for a pint size teddy bear?!?!?! But they WONT deliver your product ever. They claim to be in Australia, UK, USA and Hong Kong but this is a scam out of India. Beware Issac, Marc, Adam ALL same scammers!
