I ordered something to Bangkok and it was never delivered! I asked them so many many times but still no answer. Whether it is live chat or call or email, they cannot provide me any proof of delivery or refund! THEY ARE FVCKING SCAMMING MONEY!

My brother ordered on giftsnideas.com on 04/12/2013 for my birthday. We paid $135 to deliver in UK and they promised to call before any delivery on 6th Dec. We did not received delivery and any call from delivery company. We then contact to customer service dept on UK number and then call was diverted to India. Customer service representative with fake name and fake identity attended. We ask to check order status but he advised that we tried to deliver on time on same day about 4 times and 4 cards left and also tried to call us 4 times. Reality is they never come to our house to deliver the order and never called us.
We contact to customer service many times but no one know anything.
They are not going to give any status and refund of our order.
THEY ARE COMPLETELY FAKE AND PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS WEBSITE AND COMPANY.

This is a total scam! I tried to send gifts to my family in Germany. I received a call from a San Francisco number--when I picked up the call immediately ended. When I called back, I received a message saying the call could not be completed. I chatted online with Roman N10--wanted me to scan my ID and send the last 4 digits of my credit card number for "verification purposes". ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! They will allegedly cancel my order, but I immediately called my credit card company to freeze my card and they will help me dispute the charges. AVOID LIKE A DISEASE THAT WILL WIPE OUT LIFE ON EARTH.
This website is a disaster! Never trust this site! I paid 90 US dollars to them but they were not able to deliver the gift! Such useless site! And sooo fraudulent! THis site is a fraud! I'm actually more sad than angry. Due to the unprecedented and difficult situation in the world, we are dependent on the kindness and honesty of both individuals and companies.
My wonderful baby brother was admitted to a German hospital just last week, found out he had a brain tumour and underwent brain surgery! All by himself, no one next to him. We wanted to show some love and send flowers. Made a huge mistake and used giftnideas for next day delivery.
1) The flowers (with vase and chocolate) wa never delivered
2) Contacted chat support service as no phone number was valid (including overseas ones) - told will await confirmation from suppliers and I would be emailed
3) I wasn't emailed, my brother left hospital and still no flowers nor message from this scam company
4) Contacted them for refund & was told that recipient didn't not accept delivery. They could arrange new delivery date for additional 1/2 of the price.
Is this a joke? Are they sincerely convinced they will be able to continue to fool people?

Its a newly formed law enforcement association which will definetly urge to give a hard kick on the $#*! of these basturds so called Gift n ideas.As per my little research i came to know that these guys are loacted somewhere in the northern part of india ( cities like Merrut, Dehradun) and opened this website just for fraud. They have no warehouse, no vendors, nothing! When they receive any order from the customers they simply pass it to other vendor of that location. There USA address is alos a mail forwarding address which is being used to receive the mails only and there is no physical location as well.

This company, yet again, it appears, has failed to deliver the item ordered.
I ordered a bottle of Champagne for my brother's wedding which I was unable to attend. It was over $100, so not an insignificant amount. I ordered it on 8th May and it still hasn't arrived.
Customer services tell me they will escalate my issue and call me back but so far this has not happened.
So I still have no gift, no explanation and no refund has been issued.
