This giftshop is a disaster! I ordered a christmas basket for my sister who lives in USA.
Where to start at...
First of all, the guy in the shop didn't write the exact delivery adress which I gave, so the UPS couldn't deliver the package bacause... they didn't know where to. How stupid and irresponsible you must be not to check if the adress on package is written correctly? Geezus!
Secondly, either way the gift couldn't be delivered on the date I chose. Maybe it happened due to weather conditions, maybe not, but in my case it had a hudge meaning so I got disapointed once again.
To make things worse, they didn't even add a note which was suppose to be attached to the basket I ordered. For God's sake, if I didn't finally tell my sis (yeah, I wanted to make a surprise) then she wouldn't even know that something was sent to her (she had to go to UPS office and pick the package herself) and from who.
Do not buy anything from these crooks!

After I hit order, I received a phone call (Indian accent) and an email asking to send my ID and copy of my credit card. So I did. Then I got "thank you for payment" email... but no delivery on the day I asked.
I asked their chat CS and he told me the order was canceled because of fraud... but I didn't get a cancellation email or phone call. I sent them my picture ID and copy of my credit card. How this can be a fraud?
I asked him to change to deliver the order. He said it will be delivered in 2 days. Waited that day but no delivery.
Asked different CS again. She said the order is canceled. I asked her to change to deliver the order. She said she changed. I asked her to send me a confirmation email that the order will be delivered... but she didn't answer me.
Then different CS came online. I explained him again and I got exactly the same words... seems they just copy-paste sentences but left me no reply when I asked a confirmation email.
I checked with my card company and she said nothing wrong with my card (ofc nothing wrong. I'm using it all the time). I bought a gift at different online shop with the same card. Finished within 5 mins or less.
I wasted days and my peaceful energy by using their website.
I hope no one victimise himself/herself like I did. Please read review before buying something online.

Ordered a Cheese Basket for family in Melbourne to be delivered on 24th December. Finally after I contacted them, a box arrived A WEEK LATE with NO CHEESE, only Chocolates and Shortbread and some Chutney, no use whatsoever for my family there. Besides, when it was delivered no-one was at home, because - guess what - now that Christmas was over, everyone had gone back to work, so my daughter had to collect it from the Post Office.
Having paid rather a lot of money, I'm furious about it all.
I contacted the number in England, but couldn't understand the gentleman I spoke to, so it wasn't much use giving him a piece of my mind. I thought some compensation might be in order...
WARNING - STEER CLEAR OF THIS LOT OF SCAMMERS!
This is a complete SCAM, please beware. I am out $107 USD right now and countless hours of my time out the window. Same situation as others, order never delivered. Live Chat Reps said the same thing, concerned department will take a look at it, it's one big script that they copy and paste... I bet they will never even look at it. Just closed the Live Chat window because Rep LEFT the chat session, I have proof of this, I took a screenshot. I have copy of chat sessions stating the refund will be initiated but still don't see any movement, nor any communications from this so called company with any sort of status update... Oh yeah, 24x6 customer service? Maybe they should put a disclaimer that it's 24x6 Philippines time, the Rep today said that at 11am EST there was no one who could approve the refund AND it's not a business day, so what 24x6 customer service if they don't in fact work the 6th day? I had placed an order last year which was delivered, that's the messed up part, I already trusted these people so whoever reads this, if you think it may be a one-off error, think again, I would have given them 5 stars last year just like the people from previous posts. Unless I receive a full refund, I will not take back my words!
I have been a victim of fraud i ordered a gift for my friend's birthday they didn't deliever it in that day so i requested a cancellation but they didn't give me the refund.
I ordered chocolate gift basked as a gift. Delivery was delayed for 3 days and my friend received a pineapple instead. I paid $140 dollars for a gift basket and they received a tiny PINEAPPLE!
This has been the worst experience I have ever had with an on line company. Placed an order with them for 2 delivery dates which they said was possible on the site. Received an email confirmation that my payment was received an the order was being processed. On the delivery date, the recipient said they had not received anything. Called the company and they had put it on hold because they couldn't reach me to confirm my details … however they were able to process my credit card…. Interesting. They promised a delivery for the following day or at the latest on Monday. On Monday, there was still no delivery. I had ordered an additional item for a later delivery which was processed. I received an email saying they did not have that item available and they would like to deliver chocolates instead. I requested a refund because the order was already late and I didn't want chocolates. They wrote back saying they would send my order out. I had to write them again demanding a refund before they were able to understand. Customer Service talks very nicely and apologizes for the inconvenience but that does little to reduce my frustration. I placed an order an had a specific delivery date … 18th Birthday of my daughter. She thought we had forgotten about her because this ridiculous company can't do what they promise. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY.

I placed an order, then I found lots of reviews rating the services so bad. I was so so so scary if the birthday gift failed to be delivered on time. Therefore I started the live chat with the staff to check the status every 2-3 days before the delivery.
2 days before delivery, I got a mail from the website, which said the big cake I ordered is out of stock, but can provide a smaller cake with chocolates. I didnt feel satisfied, but the most important is, to deliver the gift to my friend on time in germany.
I started to live chat with the staff twice a day before the delivery, and they promised to contact my friend, my friend didn't get any call but the staff told me they will deliver on time. At that moment, I felt dispointed and didn't know what to do.
Finally my friend went home after work, and saw a big gift box in front of the door in her house, the gifts were well packed, and my friend was very happy. That means, the gift arrived on time, and made my friend happy, and I felt so happy as well.
Therefore, I write down the status from placing order to delivery finished. I would say I feel satisfied because of the results, but I also think the service, communication and management can be enhanced. I hope it will get better once I wanna place an order next time.
Do not use this company except if you hate the person you are sending the gift to hime use this company so you have excuse it was not your fault he did not receive the gift.
I order a gift and its been more then a week. Everytime i call them or talk to them they say it wil b today and they gaurantee it. Its a fake web site cheating people around the world please dont use it.

On March 24th, I ordered an Easter gift for my niece who is miles away from home, to be delivered within 1 -4 business days. So order should have arrived max on Fri, but I chatted online and they asked for 24 hrs because delivery service was closed for Easter. Emailed them on Mon(after Easter), they said were checking with delivery service and asked again for 24 hrs. On Tues I asked for refund, they asked for 24 hrs again. Wed, I said I didn't want to know why item was not delivered, I said that was a problem between them and the local store, and I just wanted the refund. They guaranteed it would not be delivered but asked for another 24 hrs again before refund authorization. On Friday(5 days after Easter, 11 days after order!) they sent me an email saying order was delivered. I checked and order was sent on Mon Apr 1st! That means, after I complained! AND, they told me order would NOT be delivered but refunded. How disappointing! Besides not complying with what they promised, they lied! I DID NOT want item to be delivered anymore! R I D I C U L O U S! STAY AWAY...
Awful service and still waiting for a refund a month later! I bought cupcakes and balloons for my cousins birthday... They arrived 4 days late... They are denying they were not delivered on time even thought florist that delivered them questioned the order as it stated deliver the 21st and this was now the 25th and I had requested a refund by the 23rd I have nothing but unhelpful emails saying on numerous occasions that they need 12 hours to sort this out and then I will be refunded and then totally denied that it was late in the first place... I only wanted to provide a family member a cheerful gift instead caused nothing but hassel DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR SUPPORT IN RETURN. One of the most horrible service any online website can provide. I had placed the order 2 days back to be delivered on 1st Jan. The "same day deliver "was not delievered on the 1st Jan and upon follow up I was guaranteed the order would be delivered but its been 4th Jan and i have been hearing one or the other stories by the customer support team. I just got mail again saying it would take another 3-4 days and expected delivary date would be 7th Jan but thats also not guranteed. Customer support team doesn't understand the people's concern. They say we will give an update but nobody follows it up. There is no proper co-ordination with there local vendors. The reasons being given are very fake and lie and they keep on changing the reasons everyday. Just imagine an "Same day delivery Order" for an important occasion, these people don't have clue what to do even after 7-8 days. I understand there will problems but even after 7 days customer support don't know what to tell, so they come up with new story everyday upon following. The reason i got pissed off is as a business/company they don't care wat's people concern and how there problem should be solved at the earliest.
I ordered a luxury chocolate box and guess what, I got a cadbury milk tray instead, which costs 4x less than the advertised price. No response from customer service.

Save yourself from a head ache these guys say their a gift delivery site but DO NOT deliver at all.
Made an order on the 16th of Feb, was advised delivery on the 21st of Feb.
22nd of Feb no delivery
23rd of Feb still no delivery
Reached out to the company spoke to Michael who advised order was delayed and will be delivered today the 23rd.
24th no still no delivery, spoke to a Krish who has advised it will be sent today. Did not feel confident with that response so messaged them again 3 hours later was advised delayed again and wioll be sent tomorrow.
25th of Feb today, no delivery, spoke to Michael again this time they advised the address was wrong. Checked the order receipt and the order was placed correctly. Demanding a refund now, being beat around the bush. Will keep this post updated.

Up-date: March 3rd 2015 Having spend a lot of time chatting and e-mailing giftsnideas I still don't have the money. Usually they start by telling me that I got the money back ages ago, but after a while they find some brand new excuse why I still haven't gotten my money. Bottom line - 3 months, lots of contact, no money.
Up-date: February 2016: Still no money. But one year to the date after I stopped e-mailing them I start getting daily e-mail offers, like they think I must have forgotten about my money and the can con me again.

When I order a gift to USA to be delivered on a particular day. It was not done and the persons at Livechat are not able to give me satisfactory reply, It's a very bad experience withgiftsnideas
