Opposite to the reviews I've read here, I only have good experience with this website and their services. Before someone would think: no, I had never seen this site before, and after reading the comments here, I actually believed the gift I ordered would never be delivered. Fortunately I was wrong :) I chose a chocolate box + teddy bear combination for my bf, as we were celebrating our anniversary recently, (but far from each other). I ordered the gift on Sunday night (12th Febr, CEU time), and chose 15th as the delivery date. (to Sydney). I had forgotten it that due to the time-zone difference, I gave 2 days for them only, however they deliver usually btw 3 or 5 days. When my bf didn't receive anything on 15th, I also thought it was just another Internet trap, and I'm gonna face the same problems that most of the reviewers. But yesterday my bf called and told me he got a package. What I saw on the cam was exactly what I wanted to see: the box was very nicely packed with a ribbon, inside he found my card with the message and in the heart box, teddy was lieing with the chocolates :) And according to him, the chocolates were also tasty. I don't know why so many people had troubles with them, but I can't have a bad word against gifts n ideas. I got what I paid for, so it seems, they may do good sometimes.
I ordered 2 "Glittering Gold Hampers" at $86.95 each. The site advertised (and pictured) a golden hamper filled with truffle chocolates, luxury cappuccino and other delicacies. I asked for "Thank You" cards to be added, each with a separate message. Then I read the HORRIFIC reviews online. I asked my 2 friends what the "hampers" were like. They were nothing but small, ugly brown "fruit" baskets filled with Dove chocolates, plain biscuits and Nescafe coffee that I can buy in a local supermarket in China for a third of the cost they charged me. The baskets were covered in plain plastic with awful pink ribbons attached. The cards inside were "Best Wishes', with nothing written inside. They simply DO NOT respond to emails and all the so-called "online consultants" - when you hit the "Chat" button - the website suddenly loses it's connection. I tried dozens of times. Do not expect any resolution to your complaints because you won't get any. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE NOTHING BUT CHEATS AND LIARS AND NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN
I ordered flowers and cake for proposal.And my ordered cancelled by the system with NO REASON! But my credit card still charged with fee after a week! DON'T BUY ANYTHING HERE, TOTALLY SCAM!

This a fraud company. They collect money online and don't provide any service. They are based in India and claim to have offices in Europe & USA. All their contact numbers are inactive and even the customer agents' names are fake.

I ordered a Valentine + anniversary gift for my girlfriend who lives in dennmark on the 10th of Febr. I choosed the date 14 febr. To deliver. So i waited. And waited till my girlfriend would reply like thanks for it etc etc. Nothing. So i contacted the $#*!TIES CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!. First i waited 40 min. To get helped. After that those '' English '' mens doesnt even know english. And each question takes 20 min. For them to reply. PATHETIC. And they told me it will be delivered before 7 pm. So i waited waited waited. Nothing... Messaged again. What does he does? He exit the Live Chat. So i called Skype / UK nothing. So i tried Live Chat again. And again same Indian. Who told me '' I am sorry '' shall we try tomorrow?

No order confirmation mail. Customer Service contact is useless as you will get no response. This site should be blocked. It is a scam.
I placed three orders with this company, all to be delivered to my grandparents in England on Christmas Eve. Keep in mind, during the order process you are REQUIRED to give the recipient's phone number so they can make sure someone is home for the delivery. The first order was delivered 4 days early, and even though it wasn't the date I requested, I didn't think much of it because at least it got there. The second was delivered 2 days early, and was left IN MY GRANDPARENTS GARBAGE CAN. Neither time did my grandparents receive a phone call, and it was pure luck that my grandmother found the second package before the garbage was taken. The third has yet to be delivered, even though I received confirmation emails that all three were delivered successfully. I called the phone number on giftsnideas.com and the person I spoke to was rude, rushed through the entire conversation, and hung up on me before I was done talking to him. He said the package MIGHT be delivered by December 30th, but he couldn't guarantee that. So, I pay your company money to deliver a package and you can't guarantee that that's even going to happen at all? Then I tried to talk to someone through the live chat option on their website and no one would speak to me. I am sickened by this company's pathetic attempt at "customer service" and I hope that anyone reading this doesn't waste their time or money with this company. Please, do not order with this site. You will be disappointed.

I ordered a luxury food hamper from giftsnideas.com (included cheese, cake, spreads) weeks prior to the date that I wanted the anniversary gift to be delivered to my partner in the UK. After the delivery was not made on the date I requested I began chasing up several customer service representatives about why it was not delivered on time as it completely ruined our anniversary. After requesting a refund and being told for many days that someone would be in contact with me regarding a solution I finally received an email from them. This email was sent to me FIVE DAYS after they delivered the hamper to the WRONG apartment in my partners complex and someone else had signed for it. As they failed to contact me sooner the food has had 5 days to spoil and they refuse to compensate me because they said they won't refund if its already been delivered. This is not to mention the fact that I do not expect them to give a package worth $230 to any stranger that signs for it. I frequently send packages overseas to my partner and this is absolutely the most unprofessional and fraudulent company I have ever dealt with. They delivered the package AFTER I requested a refund and then told me I couldn't be compensated because it was already sent. I highly recommend that you DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
