Do not do business with this company without reading their reviews at your peril. I have personally done business with them recently to my regret. They failed to deliver twice, did not contact me or explain and did not contact the recipient to advise of failure to deliver. I was forced to ask to ask for a refund. After contacting them on Web chat and email multiple times they would not confirm my refund or reply. I then had to telephone their UK number and was promised a refund and confirmation email, which again I never received. I then had to contact their USA office and threaten them with legal action and tell them I would report them for shopping fraud, this action eventually was successful in getting a confirmation of refund but not money. I then had to contact the credit card company and take legal advise and finally I received my money, but no explanation or apology. If I would not have carried on complaining they would probably have kept my money. I have since read many reviews of this company and many customers are calling them scammers and fraudsters and my I can see why as my experience was negative as well. This company seems to be causing its customers a lot of misery and stress, and dealing with them has wasted hours of my time and frustrated me, for these reasons I will never do business with them again. The company is registered in America but is owned by Indian's and if you contact any of their numbers you end up dealing with foreign nationals who speak poor English and cannot carry out simple requests by their customers. Be advised this company treats its customers very badly and does not care, if things go wrong you will have trouble getting your money back, do not trust them.
Took the money, no service, no delivery, no refund. Sabotaging your sacred moments in a pandemic. Google them, they are not worthy of your trust.
Never use giftsnIdeas.com! The won't do anything you are asking them! They will deliver a parcel to the wrong day and even forget to put a postcard.
GiftsnIdeas: WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD.
I ordered a Chocolate Tower hamper for my children and it was a surprise and suppose to deliver on 17 Apr.
- after waiting for whole day, i check with them on chat and to my shock, they said unfortunately they dont have Chocolate Tower hamper and as a substitute they will be sending some local chocolates, plum cakes etc. which will be delivered on 18 Apr.
On 18 Apr after waiting for whole day i again follow up on chat with them and they said that due to the supplier issue, they were unable to deliver and again they came up with some reduced quantities of chocolates and plum cake etc. which i did not agreed and asked them to deliver the same supplement which the promised on 17th Apr and they agreed and promised me that my order will be delivered on 19th Apr.
Finally on 20th Apr i got a news from my home that they received something but to my shock all the quantities where reduced and some are missing. Wrapping was worst.
Please do not do not do not order anything from this website.
They are not organized, they are not prepared, they donot have the products which they have on websites. Their customer support, customer service, courtesy, is totally worst.

I ordered a chocolate cake to be delivered 4 days later. The day after, someone called me and sent me an email, to inform me that they don't have that cake and propose me to replace it with a brownie cake. I said ok, little disappointed but at least, the service was good, they quickly informed me.
One day before the delivering date, i receive an email saying that the gift has been delivered successfully. I was surprise, but doubtful because the recipient didn't contacted me to say me thank you.
The day after the theorical delivery date, i ask the recipient if she received something; she said me no. So i contact customer service. Here is the answer:
"We have checked with our concerned team and they have confirmed that the order has already been delivered. Please check the confirmation below and check with the recipient regarding this and get back to us if there are any issues. Pleased to inform you that your order has been successfully delivered."
I immediately send another email, to say them that she really didn't received anything. Here is the reply:
"We are checking with our concerned department about the proof of delivery. Please provide us 24 hrs of time so that we can update you complete information of the order."
Around 24 hours later, the recipient has finally received the brownie cake. I haven't seen the cake, but it seems that there was very few.
After that, I haven't received any apology message regarding the mendacious emails and the late delivery (and obviously no refund or any goodwill gesture).
Conclusion: To avoid any kind of problems, DON'T BUY ANYTHING ON GIFTNIDEAS.COM!

The gift that I ordered was delivered a day late, and delivered a different item than what I paid for. Dishonest unreliable.
We did get our cake and for the price i suppose it was reasonable and delivered during the virus outbreak son-it was good it arrived
Ordered gift on 22/12/12 for delivery to relative in USA. Not received. When I contacted Giftsnideas.com they told me delivered on 4/1/13, thought when I called the recipient nothing was received. Giftsnideas.com provided me with UPS confirmation saying delivered left at: other released. NOT TO MY RELATIVE THOUGH. When I asked Giftsnideas.com for more information they emailed me back saying that my gift would be delivered and I would receive a confirmation email. Nothing came. I have been told that my complaint will be replied to in 24hrs not I am being told that an investigation is under way which could take 7-15 business days and I am not eligible for a refund. THEY WERE VERY QUICK TO CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD! THEY NEVER LET ME KNOW ANYTHING. I have to chase them to find out what is going on. Every email reply is from someone different 'Adam', 'Mike', 'Alena', 'Vincent'. I know something is not right and there are a lot of complaints out there. I have 3 months off so I have all the time in the world to start an online media campaign warning others!
