All I can say is they are Ok. Last week I tried their service I was glad they did exactly what I expected to be the outcome.
We placed an order that wasn't delivered. The customer care kept replying with default responses when we tried to find out the status of the order.
I orded and the order was not delivered and each time I contact them on the live chat they say that they will look into it and never reply.

My first time experience with this website and the gift was not delivered on the day and constant follow ups resulted in only false promises. Obsolutely DONOT RECOMMEND this website.

How I wish I had read all these reviews before I, too, fell into this trap. I'm located in Brisbane, and my husband is in Saudi Arabia for a project and unable to come home due to Covid. His big 60th birthday is all on his own, and I wanted to surprise him with a few lovely items from a Meat and Cheeseboard gift set. The photo looked lovely, and even though the price was a bit steep ($191 AUD), I thought maybe things are imported and delivery costs, etc.
Not only did the delivery not arrive on time, and was days late, but also contained none of the items on the picture as advertised. For a cheeseboard that supposed to contain, well, cheese, there was not a single piece of cheese included in the set. Instead he received mystery meat (slice of some kind of luncheon) that I wouldn't trust to give to my dog to eat, it just didn't resemble anything I ever bought as per what was advertised. Gourmet mustard and highland tea was replaced with cheap supermarket brand mustard and Lipton tea that is worth no more than $2. Instead of gourmet crackers, he received packets of Ritz. Bottom line, everything in this extortionately priced gift basket, allegedly worth $191, could be worth no more than $30. There was no cutting board included either, except a few slots of wood roughly put together, and a cheap supermarket knife to cut the nonexistent cheese.
Furthermore, it was incredibly difficult to get in touch with the company to chase up the order that was late. Like other people, I would not give any stars if I could, and buyer beware. This is inching into scam territory, and I feel robbed, not only of my money but the nice experience I was hoping to give my husband on his birthday. If I could post photos, I would. I wish there was a way to report these scammers and get this company investigated for this unethical deceit and false advertising.
I feel embarrassed that my husband received what he did. It looks like the cheapest possible product, for the most extortionate price I've ever seen. It's incredibly upsetting, so to anyone thinking of buying from them, hold on to your wallet and look elsewhere.

My mother placed order as a birthday surprise for me to be delivered Monday 14 March. This order was a complete disappointment and proof of awful service:
A.) The simple order was delivered late on afternoon of Tuesday 15 March, despite the explicit request for 14 March delivery and extra payment for expedited delivery.
B.) Cake was horribly & unprofessionally packed using old used Blick newspapers
C.) The cake looked absolutely nothing like what the product pictured online and did not have any of the icing greeting requested.
D.) The small accompanying card was very obviously the one free postcards provided at gas station stands and had my mother's personal message unprofessionally printed directly from the website (in pages sad Times New Roman font) and crudely cut-out + taped with scotch-tape to the back of this sad free postcard.
E.) The vendor repeatedly asked my mother for scanned copies of her personal ID (driver's license/passport) + credit card (front + back, with security codes) after claiming payment issues. This is not only a completely unprofessional request, but seriously has the appearance of requesting highly sensitive personal + financial data for the purposes of fraudulent activities.
In the end the surprise was entirely spoiled as the order was delayed and my mother was forced to share all of the order details with me so I could track delivery on my end. Even after delivered, the product was nothing like what had been advertised and paid for by my mother and I am now incredibly upset she spent her money on such an awful service and product.

Hi, I have never done this before but your horrible customer service is driving me to write this post now.
I had placed an order with your company on 28th July for an order to be delivered on 10th Aug. After I placed my order I never got a confirmation from your end and I had to constantly follow up with your staff (on your online chat which was frustrating as your helpline numbers dont work 24/7 as advertised on your website) to check the order status. On 11th Aug I was told that the order has been delivered, only because I enquired about it. The order actually never got delivered and your staff told me that they are checking with the supplier. This checking with the Supplier went on till 14th Aug when after multiple follow ups my order got delivered, which I am thankful considering the reviews you had online and feel bad for the customers whose money you have taken and not delivered the product.
My ordeal does not end here, the package delivered was such cheap looking and was not worth the money I paid for. Also, the order had missing items which I have been following everyday since and I have had zero help from the staff. Everyday I call them and people keep giving excuses that our manager will call now, will call tomorrow... and that never happens!
It has reached a point where the helpdesk people have started saying they have done their job and its the managers who are not following up. This is so frustrating since I seem to be talking to the same set of people with no resolution to this issue.
2 weeks ago a guy called Ali called me saying he is the manager and promised me that the missing items would be delivered and if not they refund my amount. Forget about the embarrassment I had to face since the such cheap quality stuff got delivered, what is even worse is this torture for having to follow up with these people everyday. This is adding to my mental health being impacted due to the stress.
This company is as bad as their online reviews. Please do not buy anything from them and if you do please be prepared to deal with the constant helpless follow ups! Needless to say, this is the last time i have ever ordered from here. Biggest mistake ever!
Costumer Serviece is useless, i spent a whole day a to get a simple answer and they couldnt answer me. You get no confirmation email.
I am in the US and I sent a candy bouquet to my 9 year old niece in Australia for her 9th bday. Correction. I TRIED to send a candy bouquet. It was never delivered. I went to the giftsnideas website to track my order and was unable to login. I have my password written down, but it wouldn't accept it. I clicked on the link for a forgotten password just to reset it and be able to log in. It said it sent me an email with a link to create a new password, but after an hour I still had no email. I then went back to the Giftsnideas site and clicked on the Live chat button because their site "claims" 24 hour a day, 6 days a week live help. One hour and thirty minutes later I still have not been connected to a representative. It says "please be patient" in the chat window. Exactly how long should I wait? I then called their US customer service number. I was connected to a man that sounded like he was in India and I could barely hear him due to the static on the line. He put me on hold and then hung up on me. I immediately called back and got the same man who said we accidentally got disconnected. He said he is sorry that my item was not delivered on time (even though I ordered it early and paid $18.46 for shipping!) and guarantees that it will be delivered tomorrow. Call me crazy, but I don't think my bouquet will ever arrive after reading all of the reviews of this company here. My only recourse will be to contact American Express and try to get my money back that way. The Grace, who claims to be the customer service manager of Giftsnideas who keeps replying to all of these bad reviews here claims they have 100% customer satisfaction on their site, is delusional! People who were supposed to get refunds due to their 100% satisfaction guarantee say they never got their refunds. The only reason I can't leave a bad review on their site is because it won't let me log in! Time to post on Facebook and Twitter and let people know to avoid this site AT ALL COST!
Ordered a gift basket for a last working day of a colleague, 2 working days in advance. Received the e-mail confirmation, all looked good. Got a weird phone call at midnight the day before delivery, someone asking my full credit card details (which of course I didn't provide), whilst the gift was fully provide. The individual didn't identify them as being from this company, and was very rude. Eventually I understood they attempted to verify the delivery (which was already fully confirmed online, and paid).
Day of delivery, item did not arrive. Phone numbers of CS don't work. When I contacted through live chat I was told "the order is on it's way, and will be delivered soon". By 6 PM, still no delivery, and contacted again via live chat, and was told "it will not be delivered today, maybe tomorrow".
Of course outraged, and I demanded a refund. The live chat employee told me this would be processed within a week. Almost 3 weeks further now, still no refund. Every time I contact them, they come up with another excuse, and tell me the refund will take another week or so.
Have of course cancelled the transaction with my credit card company as well. However did want to share my experience, as nobody should use this company, it's an obvious scam.
Anyone that is scammed by these people, please file a complaint with BBB (consumer council) in Texas - https://dallas.app.bbb.org/, and through the online scam reporting platform https://www.econsumer.gov/en. You don't have to be from the US to complain, the company's head office is in the US, therefore the complaint will be reviewed by BBB. If multiple complaints come in, both econsumer and BBB can determine if they are indeed malpracticing, and would be able to file criminal charges against this scamming company.
Giftanideas.com is fake website and fraud. I would like highly recommend NOT to order any gift. My personal experience with Giftsnidea is completely devasting.
I order gift for my friend in Germany from India. It cost $127. The Gift was never delievered. Stating the Address is incomplete so DPD courier co. Destory the gift. On top of this, they offered me 50% off on reshipment of the same good at the same address. Completely insane and i was shocked. NO REFUND, no one thr to answer your question or Query. India Support Center is insane. They have no clue whats going on. They have some local agent no information where they are located. As per the policy Express shipment should be sent via FedEx and they used DPD. I would like to file fraud case aganist them.

As per the information provided by our local agent, the couriers will destroy the shipment if it contains any perishable products. Since, this gift has flowers as well as chocolates, which are perishable, this gift was destroyed by the courier company.
However, we charge complete order value for reshipping a new order if the provided address is incorrect.
Since you are shopping for first time, as a sign of good gesture, we agreed to reship a new order for only half the price and we would be bearing the other 50% cost.

I ordered a birthday cake and received a confirmation email that it would be delivered on Jan 2,2017 as I requested.
On Jan 2nd I went to their website under my account and I saw they changed the delivery date to Jan 3rd without my prior knowledge.On their website it is said product is being delivered on the date I requested. I chatted with their customer service and they said for holidays their bakers are out and they just got to know that today! Is that my problem? I paid this company. I freaking don't care that their bakers are not holiday. They should have said it when I ordered it.
Now they tried to play a new game. They said they can see cake delivery date is Jan 3. I had to send my confirmation email to prove it was Jan 2. Took them about 40 mins to vefiry. Then I got transferred to a manager. He said due to holiday bakers are out till Jan 4 and they would deliver the cake on Jan 3.
At that point I was frustrated with their lies. I said lets put some logic to what you are saying. My confirmation ticket said delivery date is Jan 2. Your website said delivery date is Jan 3 and bakers are out till Jan 4, but you are saying you will deliver on Jan 3. Is this is a joke!
Then he said sorry it will deliver on Jan 4. Note to be taken it was a surprise gift for someone who had a birthday on Jan 2.
At last the manager said after an hour of argument they would send a sorry note with the cake. This should have been the first thing they offer. They never offered me a refund or anything that would resolve my problem.
I can't believe in a competitive market like todays this company exsits with their poor customer service. By the way thier website still says cake will be deliver on Jan 3 when it is not! Liars!
