I ordered a gift basket to be delivered on Valentine's Day and I wasn't delivered at all. Then they asked if I still wanted it to be delivered a week after the day. After getting my credit card companies complaint department to get in touch with them, they finally returned my credit card payment 3 weeks later!

Please do not use this company. I wish I had researched them first before using. I am in the UK and wanted to send my newphew in a canada a present. They delivered the wrong gift basket and when I complained they asked me to send pictures of the wrong item. I have been trying for over a week to contact them through email, phone and web chat with no luck. My next step is to contact my credit card company and try nd get them t get the money back.

Absolutely disgraceful! Ordered goods 18th December - order finally delivered 9th January! Three weeks later. I started tracking it after two weeks only to find they didn't even dispatch it till 29th Dec!

Do yourself a real service - do not use this company...

I had placed my order 15 days in advance to ensure that the birthday -gift basket would arrive on 20th of Nov. I was ensured by Amy, Mary, Krish and Sam. Getting lip service from the Agents. The Gift has yet to arrive, now they estimated on Monday 23rd of November 2020. They are refusing to give me a full refund or cancel the order. Its not my mistake that they do not know how to estimated delivery timings and schedules. They have offered at 15% refund. What is money, then hearing or seeing the joy of your love open a present on their birthday. Based on the customer service received for 2 days now, its the worst I have ever dealt with. I will never order anything from this company again. Reading my chat messages, saying sorry we will check. We will update you. If and when it comes, the issue, ITS Late! Ms. VERY UnHappy -Marian

Guys, I have to say your service is pathetic and not worth considering again. We did a big big mistake by ordering a gift from your site. My brother ordered gift from your site from India with order number {*******}. His name is Nitesh Narayan Lal and email address is *******@gmail.com. It was ordered on Mon, Jun 23,2014 at 1:59 PM to be delivered to me in Houston, Texas and see it is not delivered yet. He dropped couple of follow up emails on *******@giftsnideas.com with no response. I tried contacting your customer service through your so called online chat tool but it never worked. I tried calling on your US Customer Service Phone *******697 but no one responded. Do you guys feel yourself responsible to at least refund the money now or you are thinking that we are doing charity?

No: 1 waste company

I have ordered a b day gift for my husband on 31st October 2016. It was supposed to deliver it by 3 Nov but still now it has not delivered. When I contacted India one Mr. ***** Brad he is a big lier in the whole world acted as if something wrong in the supplier side. Indian team is worst. I didn't sleep for two night continously by following up for this gift. They have played with ppl's emotions. Now I have contacted my lawyer to sue them. I will teach them a lesson stupid company

Don't use this company

THIS is the worst company EVER. Do not use them. I ordered a birthday cake and it was confirmed on line as well as by phone. 3 days after the delivery date I get an email " sorry it was lost in transit" They have not been able to rectify it, and I have been charged. This company is a DISGRACE. They are not answering the phone either.

I placed a Valentine Day order on January 25, for February 14 delivery. They wrote me 2 days later that 1/2 of my order couldn't be filled and offered replacement or additional flowers. I went on live chat 2 hours after the email and wanted to cancel that order and order something else. I was told it was shipped already! Then I was told it was delivered, and it wasn't delivered. I disputed the charge with my cc company because this company won't reply anymore.
STAY AWAY!

I had ordered a gift for my boyfriend and then read reviews about the site. I was really worried that it would not get delivered but after emailing them, they confrimed that the gift would be delivered guaranteed. I was still a little sceptical however this morning my boyfriend received the gift and it was exactly as i ordered. Giftsnideas said they would give me updates on the status of my order, however i did not receive any such email... My boyfriend recieved it anyway so i am happy:-)

I have irdered for a valentines day gift though this $#*! company, which charged more than 50% of the price of the gift, saying that its special charges. #******* dated 13 feb 2020. The customer care is horrible and consists, a bunch of $#*!s, who are interested to play PubG or Mobile Legends. And Shane, Mary, Poorna, all are CSR and good for nothing. Lately, csr was asking me that the order will be processed on 17 or 18 of feb. The ever worst and utter floap company, please dont order anything with this company.

After placing confirmed order for a father's day gift, got a call to ask for my credit card no over the phone; one day later was told the champagne I ordered was out of stock; one day before father's day got a call that the wine I selected was also not available; when I got angry the company asked if I wanted to cancel the order and this is on the eve of father's day! Stay away from this Website!

Poor dealing and services
September 16, 2015

I had sent to my daughter on her birthday "red rose delicious" through "giftsnidea" for delivery in Dallas on 9th Sept. The gift comprises of 12 roses and 2 kg of chocolate cake heart shaped or circular costing 139.55 US$. She received 12 roses but the cake was 1 kg or less and not the chocolate cake and was rectangular in shape. I complained as the cake was just half of its weight than what I ordered. I provided the picture of cake also. They replied that they will investigate and revert back me.The first reply I received that "As we informed you earlier that we are dealing with florist and not bakery. Hence, we are not responsible.
I replied, it not my concern and has not been informed earlier.The product is listed at your site and I had chosen. Finally, reply came as the florist got 10$ discount and has not weighed the cake before delivery, so we can refund 10$ to you. Are they joking?

If i see these guys in real life i will hurt them real bad. My fiance is angry with me cause i didnt send her a birthday cake thanks to these Bas****s. It was meant to be delivered on the 13th but its 15th today and when i call their num its not recognised and when i go to live chat a couple of d***s named john morrison and cynthia davis just dodge my queries and say they ll get back to me and they never do.

I ordered from this website last 11th August. As per website they have same-day delivery but no delivery happened. I guess this website is a scam, only getting money from the people. This website is the worst online shop you could ever encounter. So please don't order from them. They are the worst of all the worst I promised.

Everyone should report this scam site. They are in FB, twitter... comment in their ads saying "scam"

All calls are routed to India. Call numbers are indicated in USA, UK but calls are answered by Indians in India. Owner is Rishi yadati search this scammer and blacklist him all possible ways you can

They don't deserve stars. I book an order on 11th Feb. For delivery on 14th Feb. After payment i got confirmation that my order has been processed but never got delivery statues. In frustration i called all their customer care on 14th feb. But no one answered, I wrote e-mail for non-delivery and refund but they said as per their record local representative has already delivered. That was the only response and till date i m following up with no response from their side, i don't know what to do now... they never receive calls or respond to your e-mail. Looks like cheater. Please never ever order anything on this site... you will be cheated.

Disappointing
July 4, 2018

Ordered a chocolate basket but they delivered different contents. Cost 160 aud but the item they delivered didnt even cost 1000 pesos, complained to customer service they only offerred 20% discount for 3 orders more as if I will order from them again. So if you want the value of your money do not order from this site.
