I bought the birth month glass flower and suppose to receive Lily of the valley and Peony flower but look what i hv received! Try to contact the customer service but no response from them at all!
I placed an order on this website on February 9nd, and until now, no one has contacted me, despite receiving meaningless updates on my order. I even paid extra for fast delivery (1-4 days, as they claimed), yet nothing arrived. Their customer service is completely useless—they ignore emails, provide no real support, and leave you in the dark. At this point, it's obvious they have no intention of delivering anything.
This site is a total scam. They take your money and vanish. 0/10.

Bought two open bracelets they wouldn't fit a cats wrist all the adults in the house tried them on but they didn't fit, the gap is 1 inch and isn't flexible this is not a standard wrist size, 1 inch, I complained and was offered 5% back and to keep the defective items what a disgrace, if I was to return the items at my expense they would refund me 70% would I get my refund I doubt it, Also no where on the site does it note this returns policy they are making it up as they go, Trust pilot has 4.5 that's a lie, they probably flooded the site with false reviews

Scam of a company. DO NOT BUY!
I ordered a shirt with my dog face on it from them. Their website said it would take 6 to 10 days to ship. It took 25 days to ship. I emailed them and told them the shipping was late and I was going to be traveling soon and needed the package. They were completely unhelpful and told me that the shipping was 3 to 4 weeks long. Their email confirmation of the order said that it was 6 to 10 days. Scammers and liars and probably a super cheap product that I have bought anyways. Save your money!

Ordered necklace and bracelet for my daughter birthday in Sept. Her birthday is 18 Oct so I gave enough time for shipping irregularities.
Well now it's 26 November and still order NOT RECEIVED.
They send tracking code which leads to non existing shipping company. Emails so many times to them and same reply be patient. After a month they send email that they can return 70% of my money if I want or charge me 40% for placing order again. WTF? I didn't receive anything but paid 100% DO NOT buy from them ever.

I am starting to wonder if this is not a scam site. I ordered a photograph bracelet for my Daughter, that she was really looking forward to asnit would be a memorial piece, with plants of time for it to arrive before Christmas
I have queried time and time again via email as to where the parcel is, and to date 4 January 2024 have still not received it. I keep getting the dame answer when querying to check with the tracking link, which is by no means helpful. I never get an honest answer but what rather seems to be an automated one.

My partner order a necklace and bracelet for me. When wearing the bracelet out on a walk. The charm has fallen off - the chain still around my wrist. This was the first week wearing the bracelet. We have both emailed the company and had no response re the unsecured charm. The bracelet was beautiful however I won't be using the service again or recommending it as I have had no communication from the company re the missing charm. I ordered a baseball pendent number 3 with an engraved name on it. The number is much smaller then I expected. Delivery was awful as I was hoping to have it before Valentines Day and received it on Feb 27th. I originally ordered the necklace in December for my mother's birthday. I ordered 2 products to be delivered to Israel. After several months, I was notified that delivery to Israel was impossible, so I changed the address to Manchester, knowing I would visit family there in February. Only one product was delivered, and I wasn't notified that the necklace wouldn't be delivered. Customer support claimed they had sent me an email, but I never received it. I had already waited for months, and when I arrived in Manchester, the product wasn't there, and I never got a refund. I contacted customer support, and they eventually sent it in February. However, since I live in Israel, I only returned to Manchester in August, where I received this incorrectly produced item. The item was entirely misrepresented. The item I received bore no resemblance to what was advertised. I've tried to contact customer support for days—they claim they respond within 48 hours, yet I've received no satisfactory response. The company has been giving me the runaround for months with no effort to rectify the situation!

Have no issues with this company. My partner ordered me a name necklace for my birthday last year. My mum loved it so much I ordered her one for Christmas just gone. So I ordered my wife a 5 stone mother's ring. It took a long time for shipping. They didn't put contact info on the package do it got stuck at the local post office for days. The customer service did stay in contact with me to help. There is a burn mark down the side of the ring, it also continues around the bottom of the band! Have contacted customer service will update when I see what they do. Update... company has offered to replace ring. Will see what happens, then update again. Update... ring has been replaced! Ordered a necklace on 11/5/19. Got a tracking number on 11/10. It is 12/3/19 and still nothing. Customer service sucks! There is no live person. They tell you to be patient that it will arrive soon, to check back next week. I've been checking every day and still nothing. I already paid for a necklace my son wanted for his birthday. Answer: It depends on which ring and the use. I bought two different rings. One with a thick band and one with a small one. The small one broke within a week but they are replacing it. The thick one is still doing good.
