I understand the negative reviews. If you have an issue with your purchase, too bad for you. I took a star off for no customer service. None. I believe this Co. Is in Israel. Shipping takes a long time and no tracking is available, but I have always received my order. I have purchased 7 necklaces from this Co. And only had an issue with one, so I lost $35. To me, it is worth buying from here for the quality. The nameplates and bars are thicker and the chains are sturdier, than the competition. The most important thing when purchasing from this Co. Tbh I purchased before Christmas it didn't come till 5 days after but they were very helpful in there response and quick to replay. When necklace did come no complaints atal she loved it and I was happy she was. Would buy again from this site
I did not look at the reviews until after i bought it (i forgot lol) and after seeing these i was incredibly worried i would not get my necklace because it told me there was a delay and other people said they had not gotten there's after months when it said there was a delay. I kept tracking it and after a few weeks to a month or so, it was delivered so i was happy, i did not mind waiting. Then i started thinking, "what if it looks crappy?" after other reviews i've seen. I took it out and it is actually a nice necklace and i've only had it for a day or two but it seems like it's a good quality. Only downside besides the wait was that the words i had put on the necklace are not centered, it's off to the side a bit, but it's alright, better than expected! (will leave another review it breaks lol)
I was scared to receive (if at all) my order after reading the reviews on the company. However, I was pleasantly surprised. I received my personalised necklace today and every thing is as it should. The order was shipped on 19/6. I expected a delay because of covid but the wait wasn't too long. Overall, I am satisfied.
Just received the Mothers day ring 2 weeks late but I got to say its looks amazing, if you need it as a gift or for yourself, I would suggest to order approximately 2 months just to be safe
This company is slow and unresponsive, I ordered a necklace may 4 and it is now the 19th an not a word but when I asked for a refund they sent me a bull$#*! email saying that it's ready.

The necklaces are beautiful. However, both chains are no where close to what I ordered. They are like chokers.
Awful! Paid extra for speedy shipping to get the necklace in time to wear for my wedding -- came late. They refused to refund me the shipping cost. When I eventually did wear the necklace, I broke out in a rash. I'm allergic to metals that aren't 925 Silver, which this necklace claims to be. However, there is no hallmark/stamp showing it's 925 silver. The company refused me a refund again. Terrible!

They promised my necklaces by Christmas and told me for two weeks it was waiting on inspection instead of sending it. Needless to say it did not come in time and I ordered it on the 8th. There customer service has no number and wouldn't even tell me anything other then it's done and waiting inspection.

You can't trust them at all and make sure not to deal with them as they are not honest and not trust worthy. I ordered on 10th of December a gift for a very special event bday before New year, they just told me now after 16 days that it is out of stock and that's after me chasing them since the tracking system they have its not working. You cannot trust them and even they should be closed as they are useless and not professional at all.

So I ordered my wife a 5 stone mother's ring. It took a long time for shipping. They didn't put contact info on the package do it got stuck at the local post office for days. The customer service did stay in contact with me to help. There is a burn mark down the side of the ring, it also continues around the bottom of the band! Have contacted customer service will update when I see what they do. Update... company has offered to replace ring. Will see what happens, then update again. Update... ring has been replaced! It's beautiful! I'm changing my stars on the review. Very happy now.

I ordered this for three of my friends which have lost parents or siblings and this was supposed to be a Christmas gift you can't speak to someone personally and my Order has never changed from in production. This sight is a complete scam! You should be ASHAMED OF YOUR SELVES!

Ordered a $35.15 ring for my wife for mothers day with both of our two kids engraved names and birth stones and the ring took almost 3 weeks to arrive only to find out they put only one name on both sides. Customer service is email only and they take about a day to respond. It literally feels like it's one person from Asia running the entire site, They have been giving me the run around for about 3 weeks now " our staff is out for vacation, pleas email us in 4 days" "please send us more pictures" " what is the order number again?" Over... and over and over. I send them what they want and they ask me for the same thing a few days later. At this point I just want my money back or the correct ring sent, but I feel neither of those will happen. STAY AWAY from this site, they have nice pictures to lure you in, but fraudulent service.

Don't waste your money and time with this company. Please read the reviews before you order. I received my order very late and after I waited 4 weeks they made an error to the letters on the necklace with 2 names are not right.
I have been emailing my complaint with photos of the necklace and received unprofessional, rude and terrible responses as if I'm not happy they will refund 70% and I have to return it instead of compensate me with at least 50% refund or a goodwill. This was my first order and will never ever buy anything from this joke and pathetic company. I wish I searched this company before I ordered but this bad experience will teach me a lesson. I placed an order and upon being notified of expected shipment delays, I cancelled the order. My initial response from customer service was that I would be refunded within 3 days. Stay away it's a cloned site that takes your money and you won't receive your product and customer service is awful and fraudulent. Won't answer and the one time they did it said wait a few more days. I ordered a 3D photo moon lamp for my husband with a photo of our dog that died in Nov 2019 and still no product and it's the end of Dec 2019. They took my money and ripped me off.
The company does not value their customers and they will not resolve any issues you come across. It takes a long time for a tracking number and they want to charge extra money instead of helping their customer.

Purchased a dog silhouette nameplate necklace and it arrived tangled. I contacted the company for a refund and waited for a response. They sent me instructions on how to untangle the chain instead and said if I still wanted a refund they would give me 70%. They sent me a defective necklace and would not even honor what I paid. I've since sent another email with no response. VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES

Absolutely terrible customer service. 10 emails, one Twitter message, 3 Facebook messages over 1 month, with little to no response. Their website advises they will respond within 48 hours, lies. They take your money quick enough but when there is a fault with the item, they don't want to know. Total scammers

Answer: It depends on which ring and the use. I bought two different rings. One with a thick band and one with a small one. The small one broke within a week but they are replacing it. The thick one is still doing good.
