I ordered a necklace for my partner as a gift from our young son as a Christmas present to his Mummy, I chose the option to have it delivered quickly and payed extra for it, it was supposed to be dispatched and arrive within 5-7 working days over 3 weeks have passed and I'm still waiting and yes you guessed it, they haven't replied to a single one of the 10 emails I've sent. They are just scammers possibly from China judging how poor the English is on many of the replies on this site and how the seem to write their replies. I want a full refund and I don't want their product as people have also shared photos of the garbage they've been sent.
Beware this company are scamming people and reviews on other sites are fake for sure

I ordered my mothers day jewelry on April 20,2020 and with express shipping it was delivered May 6th, 2020. Right on time. Everything arrived perfect! Love both of the mama bear necklaces I received.
Only complaint is for the personalized sun & moon zodiac ring I bought. It broke less than a week after it arrived. I think it is just because that ring had a small band on it because the other ring I bought is still going strong.
Their customer service is great. I reached out to them about the broken ring and they are replacing it.
Please DO NOT order from this company! They got my card information because I ordered my daughter a ring for her birthday. Suddenly I have an extra 56.00 charge on my account, had to kill my debit card, get a new card, and still have the charges for a "personalized heart" that I never ordered! Never even looked at necklaces! So they just took my card info and charged it. I'm livid and fighting this all of the way until I get my money back. My bank has been a huge help so I will proceed with further action as they suggest if this money is not refunded very soon. What a mess! Got the ring a week ago and actually love it. But this is just not right.
Paid for $26 for 2 day shipping took 3 weeks from order date company would not refund the $26... open the box and gem stones are missing and wrong numerous emails and basically was put back on me that I ordered it wrong... will never buy from again
I have placed the order for a key chain, on 27 December, 2022. They have claimed the delivery in 14 to 18 days. But even after one month there is no sign of delivery and all the time, their tracking shows it is in transit. Such an unreliable, untrustworthy and unprofessional vendor, I have never seen. I request all to keep away from this vendor, it is same like scam.

Photo below shows what my locket should have looked like and the other two are what I received. They send me a cheap plain locket with a mark on it instead of one with butterflies on it. They told me the butterfly was out of stock but it's still for sale on their website and they send me this dreadful substitute with out asking me first. I keep asking for a refund and all they offer me is a 50% refund and 50% off my next purchase, why would I want to buy anything else from them?

I ordered a dog-tag photo necklace for each of my sons, with pictures of their father who recently passed away.
One necklace turned out well.
The other necklace was horrible and the picture could hardly be seen. I complained to the company, and they asked for pictures of the product, which I emailed to them. Their response was that "It is handcraft, qualified, and correct." (They do not speak fluent English). They offered that I send them 1/2 the price and they would make another one. However, I opted to return it(which they tried to talk me out of), and now I have specific instructions and a big hassle, to supposedly get 70% refunded. I doubt if I will see any refund at all.
I recommend that you shop elsewhere.

Unless you want to throw your money away stay away from this company. The engravings are so light you cannot even tell what the engraving of your pet looks like. They admitted the engraving was blurry and their fault but wanted to give me a 30% refund. I ordered 2 necklaces and both were terrible. In the end they offered to refund me for one but told me I had to keep the other. The other was in just as bad of condition as the first. Look at the pic from their website vs what I received and judge for yourself
My son order a necklace with his picture etched on a dog tag. To give to me on Father's day. It came 4 weeks late. And it looks like it was etched in pencil, it is very hard to see. Does not look like anything on the site no detail and no contrast.
I complained the them and received the same form letter response, sorry to here about your order. Please send picture of the item and we will check on it. Than they signed it BEST WISHES.
My wish is that they refund the money or fix the item so it looks like the picture we sent them.

My children bought me a bracelet with all their names & names of my grandchildren on pendants. The bracelet would not stay done up resulting in me losing one of the pendants (I have now put them far more securely on a necklace I already owned). I also now have another grandchild I want to order 2 more heart name pendants but, no, they don't offer this service so £40+ to order complete item! You having a laugh?!

My 17 yr old pup went to Rainbow Bridge so ordered a special ring with the bone and her name on it (Ginger). When I received the ring, could not even read her name without using a magnifying glass. Contacted the company, they even said, no you cannot read it, would not give me refund due to special order. Sure it was a special order but cannot read the name. This business messed up my address, blamed me for the mistake, and refused to help resolve the issue. Most likely I will never receive the item and based off of their customer support (or lack there of) I will most likely not get refunded. I reported this company. If I could give a negative rating I would. This company is a fraud. I purchased my gift for a mother's day gift and it hasn't arrived after 3 months. The website promised the order would arrive by Mother's Day. Of course with the pandemic going on things happen and it may take longer but still no product from an order made in April. I have gone back & forth with customer service and they REFUSE to refund me. They have horrible customer service!

What a shambles of an outfit! Ordered a necklace with express delivery (5 days). That was over two weeks ago. They emailed to advise there was a delay and I could cancel, I replied and asked for the express delivery charge to be refunded, no response. Several contacts later, still no response, still no necklace and still no refund. Avoid unless you have money to burn and accept utterly appalling customer service and scammers!

My little girl ordered a personalised card holder for Father's Day. Ordered in more than enough time for it to arrive in time. As guaranteed on their website. CLEARLY false advertising!

Answer: It depends on which ring and the use. I bought two different rings. One with a thick band and one with a small one. The small one broke within a week but they are replacing it. The thick one is still doing good.
