They don't deserve 1 star,product never arrived,customer service is trash,never replied to my emails,multiple emails.They shouldn't be on the market is a big scam. People please don't buy from them as you will be very disappointed.
Cancelled my order once i found out would not be delivered until after New Years. The site claims full refund if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of placing order. They sent me an email saying i would receive refund within 3 business days. It has been more than 3 days, no refund. No phone number to call. You can "Live chat" between 9a.m. And 6 p.m., yet always get the message that there is no one available and try again later. No matter what i say in my email, i get no personalized response. Only, " Your order has been cancelled like you requested. You will receive in 3 business days. Keep checking in the next few days". Total scam.

Shipped my order in December, still no sign of when I will receive my parcel, as they sent it with the post office, in South Africa. Have they not done research on their receiving countries before just shipping?! Courier would have been more effective.

I ordered one of these. And after my son told me he had one and it was garbage, I canceled my order. They tried to tack on a restocking fee when they had not even mailed it out yet. The company is based in China so you can be sure that the product is junk. Don't waste your money. Very bad business!

Horrible company I'm still waiting for my Mother's Day necklace. Had to email them and finally got a response saying that my state was incorrect when my husband ordered it and I put the correct state. Don't even know how it's possible but seems like it was just an excuse for them and that's why it's taking so long. Paid for overnight shipping and of course they sent it out when it's a holiday having me wait extra 5 days due to holiday and weekend. Grrrr so upset will never order from them. Nothing but scammers.
They have sent me a defective necklace and are refusing to refund me. They are breaking both their own posted refund policy and the Customer Rights Act 2015. Do not order from them. They ought to be shut down.

Fist off I placed the order in time for Mother's day, but the seller contacted and said he was out of the stones needed and could not complete the necklace in time and gave me a small refund (fine, but frustrating none the less). Within two weeks of wearing it, the black lettering on the leafs of my wife's necklace is just about all gone, it has only been exposed to some light water, no chemicals. Las week at church the stones and leafs fell completely off the chain. I have not contacted the seller about these issues, by received an email to do this survey so I did.
Purchased a keyring with a picture of my dog to give to my daughter. The image definition is so poor that its almost unrecognizable and the text engraving on the back is incomplete. Looks nothing like the advertised.
Its also very small which doesn't help. Could have been a great item and I am very disappointed with what I received.

I have purchased more than ten name jewelry items from them and never have got a negative impression or delay in delivery. If u need cost effective and good quality name jewelry go for get name necklace.
I bought my girlfriend a ring with both our names and birthstones not even 2 months later both stones came out, she works a office job so nothing rubbing against it all day or anything I emailed them to see if they could replace it or put the stones back in with no reply back but they can email me all week long about the sales they have

We received the key chain of a pet and it was nothing like the pics on their website. Am currently negotiating with them. It DID take a while for us to receive it, but we figured it was because it was a custom order and because of COVID. If we go through all the drama I've read in the other reviews, I'll be contacting the Better Business Bureau and putting a negative review on Yelp. Hopefully all that won't be necessary. After multiple correspondences with this scam of a website, I received confirmation on the 8th. March to expect delivery within two weeks - AS of today, April 1st, nothing is received.
I'm proceeding to file a complaint in 10 days, please be in contact if you also want to and I will be more than happy to help you file one as well.

This was such a great gift idea. My mom loved her silver tree of life necklace with all of our names engraved in the leaves. It was easy to order and the package arrived when it was supposed too. Just in time for her 81st birthday. Thank you so much getnamenecklace.

Extremely dissapointed with how long I have been waiting on this item. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift and now it is almost a month since I ordered. They should make it clear when purchasing that orders are coming from China! I dont appreciate paying US dollars for a product from China. Bottom line: my wife adores her necklace! I ordered a mother's necklace for my wife with the names and birthstones of our 5 children. I was a little scared then after I found all these negative reviews on here, but when the product arrived I quickly saw that it was perfect. I paid for the 7 day shipping, which worked out (within 7 business days after the product was finished). The tracking number and tracking website were helpful and easy to follow. I would order again from this company!
Ordered an item on the 3rd December and paid extra to ensure prompt delivery and still not received item. Have emailed a few times and they just ignore you. When I used the email address which is asserted on this website for other people who have not received their item, it comes back as email undelivered. I am exceptionally disappointed as I ordered an item for my wife from the kids for her birthday and this company does not seen to care. The only time i see this company responding to a customer is on here when they get a bad review. Most probably best if you don't order anything from them given the risk and lack of any communication.

My sister died this year. This is the first Christmas her four children are spending without her. I ordered bracelets for her children, the photos are blurry and Half the picture is cut out of one of them.
I have been trying for two weeks to contact this company. They tell you to get a hold of *******@getnamenecklace.com. All they do is proceed to run you around. They send you instructions and ask for pictures. When you follow their instructions, they ask you to follow them again.
They are a complete scam! I paid over $150 for a Necklace and three bracelets. Poor quality, and I never got what I paid for!

I ordered like 6 necklaces, a ring and a bracelet from this site for mother's day (i ordered them two days before mother's day lol). All the items just arrived today and I'm not gonna lie, they are fantastic. I'm very impressed with the aesthetic quality. They spelled all the names correctly, and all the details were just as i ordered them. If I'm being honest, I'm what most of you would probably consider to be a "racist", and if I could complain on these people from China, I would. But I would be lying if I said I was displeased at all with these pieces of jewelry. I'll upload pics of the two pieces i haven't given to my grandmother and aunt yet. I am not calling anyone with a bad review a liar. I'm sure those stories are accurate for the most part. But i am super happy with this little website and the products I got from them. Will definitely order from them in the future.
Answer: It depends on which ring and the use. I bought two different rings. One with a thick band and one with a small one. The small one broke within a week but they are replacing it. The thick one is still doing good.
