My sister died this year. This is the first Christmas her four children are spending without her. I ordered bracelets for her children, the photos are blurry and Half the picture is cut out of one of them.
I have been trying for two weeks to contact this company. They tell you to get a hold of *******@getnamenecklace.com. All they do is proceed to run you around. They send you instructions and ask for pictures. When you follow their instructions, they ask you to follow them again.
They are a complete scam! I paid over $150 for a Necklace and three bracelets. Poor quality, and I never got what I paid for!
