They will take your money and never deliver to you after 5 months of ignoring my messages and emails they say that my adress is not correct?! And they had to destroy the parcel and they completely refuse to refund my money back after 5 months

I placed an order and within 30 minutes I cancelled the order. Their site says you can cancel up to 24 hours after placing your order. That was on September 19th and it's now September 28th and they still have not refunded my money. I've sent email after email and was getting no response. Finally I was told they issued the refund and told me to check with my bank if I had not received it. My bank never received the refund and they won't respond to any of my emails anymore. They have just stolen my $100.

Worst experience ever! Ordered something in mid july and in mid Sept it is still not here. The robots operating the email inbox wont give me a phone number to call, wont tell me "where" the package is, wont refund me the full amount (they want to refund only 70% because it is personalised). Then they dont reply.

Bought the pet memorial headstone plaque, with a customizable picture to engrave on it.
Received the plaque and the picture was totally indistinguishable with my dog unrecognisable.
Contacted them, and they tried to get me to accept it at a lower price, before stating that the problem was the colour of my dog, and that it was not possible to successfully engrave it. They never told me this when I paid for it however, but still went ahead and made it and sent it to me anyway.
Asked polity multiple times but wouldn't entertain a refund or replacement (unless I paid again for a new one).

I have ordered a necklace, they charge you extra for a so called "emergency shipment in 4 to 5 business days" and they say the order processing takes 4 to 5 business days, but it is not true at all.
I have been trying to contact them by email, they say they will get back to you but in fact reply to you with automated responses, no matter what email you send them the same response comes (and I am not talking about the automated response that says that one of the customer service agen will reply).

So if you look at the pendant I ordered you will see a scratched up etching of a nose, a couple of eyes, and an off center chin area. OBVIOUSLY this was NOT the picture I expected or ordered of my beloved 14 year old Jack that passed one month ago. This was a memorial piece. One that would remind me of him when I wore it each day. You can imagine my sadness when I opened the box and saw this. According to them this is a perfectly acceptable picture, what they deemed a "NORMAL HANDCRAFT" and they will give me 70% of my money back, minus shipping, for returning a 100% piece of crap pendant. They are actually arguing with me as if I am not a paying customer who received a terrible piece of jewelry from them. They accept no responsibility, and have no integrity. I would definitely NEVER recommend using their company. They are geographically far far away from us the consumer, and far far away from having to care if their product is good or bad. Please see my photos and reference the correspondence to make a note of how you will be treated if you do not receive what you ordered. They will give excuses and half assed offers, but no resolution in which you receive what you are owed. Very sad, and miss my dog even more now.

So I ordered my wife a 5 stone mother's ring. It took a long time for shipping. They didn't put contact info on the package do it got stuck at the local post office for days. The customer service did stay in contact with me to help. There is a burn mark down the side of the ring, it also continues around the bottom of the band! Have contacted customer service will update when I see what they do. Update... company has offered to replace ring. Will see what happens, then update again. Update... ring has been replaced! It's beautiful! I'm changing my stars on the review. Very happy now.

I ordered like 6 necklaces, a ring and a bracelet from this site for mother's day (i ordered them two days before mother's day lol). All the items just arrived today and I'm not gonna lie, they are fantastic. I'm very impressed with the aesthetic quality. They spelled all the names correctly, and all the details were just as i ordered them. If I'm being honest, I'm what most of you would probably consider to be a "racist", and if I could complain on these people from China, I would. But I would be lying if I said I was displeased at all with these pieces of jewelry. I'll upload pics of the two pieces i haven't given to my grandmother and aunt yet. I am not calling anyone with a bad review a liar. I'm sure those stories are accurate for the most part. But i am super happy with this little website and the products I got from them. Will definitely order from them in the future.

I understand the negative reviews. If you have an issue with your purchase, too bad for you. I took a star off for no customer service. None. I believe this Co. Is in Israel. Shipping takes a long time and no tracking is available, but I have always received my order. I have purchased 7 necklaces from this Co. And only had an issue with one, so I lost $35. To me, it is worth buying from here for the quality. The nameplates and bars are thicker and the chains are sturdier, than the competition. The most important thing when purchasing from this Co. Have no issues with this company. My partner ordered me a name necklace for my birthday last year. My mum loved it so much I ordered her one for Christmas just gone. Quality is great and love the presentation. Delivery times did take a bit to come but we did order well in advance knowing these was coming from overseas. Very happy. I ordered a personalized necklace of my cat. The quality is very poor and nothing like the company shows in their advertisements. The. Engraving is very light and has almost no detail. I've ordered much better quality from Etsy.
I contacted customer service. They basically said that the charm fits the size specifications and that is all that matters to them. They offered for me to send it back, at my own cost, and I'd only get a 70% refund.

Ordered a ring in a size 8. The ring sent is no where near a size 8. (I have several new and older rings in this same size and the one they sent is much smaller!) Requested a replacement and was told to take it to a jeweler to prove to them it was not the correct size and then they would give me 50% off another ring. DO NOT buy from these SCAM artists! They will send you a crappy incorrect product and then say sorry not their fault.

Answer: It depends on which ring and the use. I bought two different rings. One with a thick band and one with a small one. The small one broke within a week but they are replacing it. The thick one is still doing good.
