So I ordered my wife a 5 stone mother's ring. It took a long time for shipping. They didn't put contact info on the package do it got stuck at the local post office for days. The customer service did stay in contact with me to help. There is a burn mark down the side of the ring, it also continues around the bottom of the band! Have contacted customer service will update when I see what they do. Update... company has offered to replace ring. Will see what happens, then update again. Update... ring has been replaced! It's beautiful! I'm changing my stars on the review. Very happy now.
