I paid extra for expedited shipment (5-7 days) and it took a month to receive. I communicated several times via email about this and expect a refund but they refuse to acknowledge. They simply reply that I received it. Don't trust these people.
I ordered a mothers ring for Christmas! Ordered it and paid for it the end of Nov. 2020. They said it was delivered to my house on Dec 17th. No package was delivered, and I have cameras outside of my house. They have been contacted 3 times by me, and they say there is nothing they can do! I will not use this company again!

This was such a great gift idea. My mom loved her silver tree of life necklace with all of our names engraved in the leaves. It was easy to order and the package arrived when it was supposed too. Just in time for her 81st birthday. Thank you so much getnamenecklace.
I ordered a couple of baseball rings for my son & one of his friends. After reading some of these reviews I started getting scared I wouldnt receive them or would be extremely late. Just as I clicked off the site Fed Ex walked through the door--I examined the rings & very pleased with what I purchased & Im sure the boys will be too! Awful. I ordered an item on the 19th Nov. Estimated arrival was 10th Dec. It has not arrived. I have contacted them but apart from being told to "be patient", they have not given me an explanation. From tracking, I can see that the item has been in Slough, UK since 28th Nov. I have informed the company of this but there has been no response.
I really wish I had checked the reviews prior to ordering.

This business messed up my address, blamed me for the mistake, and refused to help resolve the issue. Most likely I will never receive the item and based off of their customer support (or lack there of) I will most likely not get refunded. I reported this company. I highly advise anyone thinking about using them to shop somewhere else.

So my order came in today and it came in perfect i got the mama bear necklace and cufflinks they came in just right! In little boxes with blue bows on them the necklace was a little grimmy with finger prints but other then that amazinggggg
I ordered my mother in law a charm for her bracelet that has my 9 month olds picture on it with his name on the back. I ordered it like a month ago, and it says as of December 6th it was in Atlanta GA. I live in Sylacauga AL, so when stuff arrives to Atlanta GA, in no time it would be here. Ordered a necklace for my daughter to remember her dog by. Waited a long time for the item to show up. Not sure why it took so long, since my 10 year nephew could have made it. Quality is horrid, absolutely no definition at all. Literally looks like a blob of metal. Absolute Joke and total waste of money. Cancelled my order once i found out would not be delivered until after New Years. The site claims full refund if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of placing order. They sent me an email saying i would receive refund within 3 business days. It has been more than 3 days, no refund. No phone number to call. You can "Live chat" between 9a.m. And 6 p.m., yet always get the message that there is no one available and try again later. No matter what i say in my email, i get no personalized response. Only, " Your order has been cancelled like you requested. You will receive in 3 business days. Keep checking in the next few days". Total scam.

I purchased a necklace 2 years ago and was very happy with the item since then my daughter has had another baby and I thought I would get another for her, ordered and received and it looks like they burnt in the name and it is so think you can barely read the name, the bar isn't the quality like the last one, the birth stone is smaller. Answer: It depends on which ring and the use. I bought two different rings. One with a thick band and one with a small one. The small one broke within a week but they are replacing it. The thick one is still doing good.
