This company is a joke. I purchased a family tree necklace with names in specific order. The names were randomly put on the necklace. Then they have the nerve to tell me i can send it back but I have to pay for it, and they will discount my 2nd necklace. The chain is cheap. I wish i read the reviews before purchasing this crap!

Purchased a keyring with a picture of my dog to give to my daughter. The image definition is so poor that its almost unrecognizable and the text engraving on the back is incomplete. Looks nothing like the advertised.
Its also very small which doesn't help. Could have been a great item and I am very disappointed with what I received.

Do NOT buy from this 'company.' They are scammers. My friend ordered me a necklace from this site, but it never came. Months later she started to notice some odd charges from 'Apple' on her credit card. These charges began around the same time she bought my necklace, that never came, from this website (Note: She doesn't have any app subscriptions, and these payments occurred multiple times a month). After doing some research, she found a Fox news article that detailed that scammers are disguising as Apple to take your money with the EXACT heading the charges on the credit card were. We put two and two together after realizing their charges occurred directly after she used this website. Take home message: They are disguising as Apple to charge you! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY CHARGED HIM OVER $300 (of what we know) IN THE SPAN OF 7 months. If you've already bought from them, I highly encourage you to take a look at your credit card. Please consult your bank if you're finding odd charges. This must be stopped.

They sent my item to the wrong address and will not refund or replace the item for me. It's been more than a month. They laughed at me when I told them I was calling the cops. Just know... your money is not safe here. It really sucks to be trying to buy a necklace urn for your dead mother and get ripped off for it. So I'd think twice about spending any money here.

We received the key chain of a pet and it was nothing like the pics on their website. Am currently negotiating with them. It DID take a while for us to receive it, but we figured it was because it was a custom order and because of COVID. I ordered a necklace for my wife and it never came. I was actually shocked to see people received items from here because it appeared to be a criminal network hiding outside of American jurisdiction to me. I paid for the item, but they never sent it. This company is a rip off. They lied about the shipment being faster if you paid for it. Well, I paid and got my product far later than I should have. Each time I emailed about why I hadn't received it, I was give a new date which was farther out than the original date. I could've just chosen free shipping. My boyfriend ordered me a mothers day necklace, and It NEVER came. DHL told us it didn't get delivered because the delivery guy driving the truck quit the day it was supposed to be delivered and the package was "lost" and to call getnamenecklace. After contacting the website they said it was delivered and sent me a link with the tracking information that was totally fake, and after clicking the link half my emails starting deleting, which was definitely a sign to me this website was a scam. Also the emails exchanged were completely RUDE and the company didn't care at all, wont refund or send a new one. So long story short, I never got my mothers day gift and he also lost money.

If I could give a negative rating I would. This company is a fraud. I purchased my gift for a mother's day gift and it hasn't arrived after 3 months. I would definitely not recommend this website. My boyfriend ordered a necklace and we didn't received it, after having to pay more than R1500 courier costs. The shipping does take a little longer, but people should understand theres a virus, so they disinfect wherever your parcel stops along the way. I love my necklace for mother's day, there was an error but customer service was wonderful and sent me a another. The necklaces are stunning and worth the money.
I was scared to receive (if at all) my order after reading the reviews on the company. However, I was pleasantly surprised. I received my personalised necklace today and every thing is as it should. The order was shipped on 19/6. I expected a delay because of covid but the wait wasn't too long. Overall, I am satisfied.

Answer: It depends on which ring and the use. I bought two different rings. One with a thick band and one with a small one. The small one broke within a week but they are replacing it. The thick one is still doing good.
