After 2 months my moms Mothers Day ring finally arrived. She loves it but I wish the company would've been a little more honest with the timeliness of delivery. I understand the delay was due to Covid but that shouldve been disclosed. I did not know the merchandise comes from China. I will say if you want to recieve a gift by a certain date do not order from here but if you dont care when it arrives order from here.

Ordered a $35.15 ring for my wife for mothers day with both of our two kids engraved names and birth stones and the ring took almost 3 weeks to arrive only to find out they put only one name on both sides. Customer service is email only and they take about a day to respond. It literally feels like it's one person from Asia running the entire site, They have been giving me the run around for about 3 weeks now " our staff is out for vacation, pleas email us in 4 days" "please send us more pictures" " what is the order number again?" Over... and over and over. I send them what they want and they ask me for the same thing a few days later. At this point I just want my money back or the correct ring sent, but I feel neither of those will happen. STAY AWAY from this site, they have nice pictures to lure you in, but fraudulent service.

I bought a 18k gold necklace with my name on it and waited a month to finally get an email saying my necklace has arrived at my home, looked outside... nothing. Checked multiple times outside everywhere and still nothing, i emailed them saying i will not accept wasting my money with out a refund or another necklace shipped to me, all they said was check the postal office... Why would it be at the postal office? When it's supposed to be shipped to MY ADRESS, it's been a couple days since i received the email my necklace was delivered but still no sign of a package, HORRIBLE AND A SCAM they are liars, do not even try buying from here.

I ordered my mothers day jewelry on April 20,2020 and with express shipping it was delivered May 6th, 2020. Right on time. Everything arrived perfect! Love both of the mama bear necklaces I received.
Only complaint is for the personalized sun & moon zodiac ring I bought. It broke less than a week after it arrived. I think it is just because that ring had a small band on it because the other ring I bought is still going strong.
Their customer service is great. I reached out to them about the broken ring and they are replacing it.
Placed an order on April 26th. It's not June 15th and still no ring! They've given me the run around multiple times about how it's in transit. It's nowhere and they won't give me my money back! DO NOT ORDER!

I bought a ring to celebrate the lives of my two daughters that i have lost. I was so excited that i found the perfect ring that I didn't do what i normally do and check reviews (that's on me) but when i reached out and told them that the ring didnt look like it did in the picture, the stones were so small you couldn't tell they were different colors, the wings didnt look like wings at all they looked like hands. And the engraving was beyond crooked. It went from one corner to another. They told me to send pictures which i did-june got back to me and said she had talked to her design team and they said the ring was of fine quality. So they will be doing nothing for me. They obviously dont take pride in their work and don't care about their customers at all. If i wanted to return the ring they want to charge me 30% restocking fee. Not worth it at all. Very disappointed in myself for trusting this company but more so that they don't care.

So I ordered on may 12th and I just recieved today it was everything I wanted! I was very scared after reading reviews what problems I would have but in all honestly very happy with my purchase. Very beautiful had no problems at all and yes it took almost a month to receive but remember it's coming all that way from china I was very patient and so happy I had no problems at all! I didnt pay extra for fast shipping so I was in no rush. This is a gift for my friend that had a miscarriage a month ago and I honestly cant wait to give this to her. The engraving was beautiful also. Says my guardian angel with babies birthstone. Have nothing negative to say at all about this company just think people aren't patient enough has alot to do with their negative ratings unfortunately.
Answer: It depends on which ring and the use. I bought two different rings. One with a thick band and one with a small one. The small one broke within a week but they are replacing it. The thick one is still doing good.
