This site is a rip off, they charge your account and never send your order. Customer service gives you links to tracking sites that don't exist. Don't bother ordering from this company, all you're doing is donating to these crooks. Below is a photo of what I received, it's nothing because they sent nothing after charging my credit card!

Bottom line: my wife adores her necklace! I ordered a mother's necklace for my wife with the names and birthstones of our 5 children. I was a little scared then after I found all these negative reviews on here, but when the product arrived I quickly saw that it was perfect. I paid for the 7 day shipping, which worked out (within 7 business days after the product was finished). The tracking number and tracking website were helpful and easy to follow. I would order again from this company!

Scammers

You are scammers! If Facebook should also beware of Getnamenecklace fraud company. They said my post office had my item not true, Getnamenecklace will show you a shipping number that it went to the USPS not true when contacted the shipping number it says shipment is not delivered at this time check the number 4 days. Scammers beware of you see this on Facebook and Facebook should not allow this!

I ordered necklaces on April 28th, they didn't arrive until June 12th! I'm not happy with the quality... They are pretty at first but they've already started to change color after 18 days... They definitely weren't worth the price! I would avoid this company and look elsewhere!

Please please! Do not order from this company they are scammers. I placed an order on April 12. We are June 3rd and still not received my order. Do not shop from this site! On the website I paid $8 extra for faster shipping, but when it wasn't here on time I reached out. According to them, the shipping time is not accurate on their site. Ordered for Mother's Day and got it 4 weeks after. Communication was very minimal and unprofessional. They offered to send me $2 back due to my inconvenience. Ridiculous. Never shopping from This site again.

The website listed production time and shipping time. I paid for urgent shipping at a significantly higher rate which would have gotten the necklace to me on time. They did not ship until a full week after the quoted production time ended which made my urgent shipping worthless. They offered a 5% refund only after numerous emails. My shipping was $28, and their refund was $1.75, NOT ACCEPTABLE. I don't want a product refund, I wanted a refund of the extra shipping since the company shipped it late.

STILL WAITING!

Placed my order back in April it is now May 29th. I Emailed this company they suggested I check the tracking number, I have done this 10 times are more by this point. Bad Company

My 17 yr old pup went to Rainbow Bridge so ordered a special ring with the bone and her name on it (Ginger). When I received the ring, could not even read her name without using a magnifying glass. Contacted the company, they even said, no you cannot read it, would not give me refund due to special order. Sure it was a special order but cannot read the name. The ads are very misleading so everyone BEWARE! I will not order from this company again.

After waiting 3 months my purchase finally came. I ordered a necklace for my mother in law with all 4 grandchildren's names and birthstones on it. I'm unsatisfied and this is unacceptable! All the birthstones are falling out one by one and it came so scratched. Very embarrassing that I had to give it to her and once she put it around her neck I seen the birthstones fall out. Product is garbage and very poor quality. It's so much smaller than I thought it would be. I do not recommend this company to anyone! Go elsewhere! I rated 1 star because it won't let me put 0 stars!

Ordered a custom necklace from them. Took over 31 days to get here. I was not notified that it was coming from China. The tracking on it was pitiful. It supposedly arrived in this country on a specific day according to tracking and the tracking was never updated after that. It arrived in my mailbox 18 days later. I e-mailed the company asking for an update on why the shipping was taking so long. The only thing I got in response was the exact same tracking link that was originally sent. It was blatantly obvious that whoever sent the e-mail was from another country and using a translator to write an e-mail in English. I never even received a proof of what the charm would look like, dimensions; anything. It was just order it and hope it looks good. The charm was tiny; can barely even tell what it is. This was a custom necklace for a parent and you need a magnifying glass to even see anything. Lack of communication, updates, response; poor shipping time and information have caused me to never use this company EVER again!!
