If this site had an option to give them a zero star review i would... they say 9-11day shipping... after the product was done. It took two days for them to finish it. I ordered it april 30th and just got it today. I dont know if it real quality after ready the reviews but we'll see cause my mom can't wear fake jewelry and you better bet if its fake were gonna have an issue. I spent almost 50 bucks on this product and that should atleast account for something my mother can wear.
On April 20th 2020 I ordered myself a mother's day necklace. On April 24th I received an email from get name necklace saying it was shipped and to expect it soon. The email contained an order number and tracking number. Supposedly my necklace made it as far as Bloomington California and is in their processing center and has been there for 11 days now. The postal service has no idea about this (I called), and the company has not responded to my email demanding to know where my necklace is. The website doesn't even recognize my order number. Today is May 21st, 2020 and I still don't have my mother's day necklace and may never receive it. I have learned that get name necklace will charge a 30% "restocking fee" if you demand a refund for the item you've never received. I am so angry. I will be reading reviews on companies before I order from now on. Please learn from what happened to me so you don't find yourself in this mess too.

Just received the Mothers day ring 2 weeks late but I got to say its looks amazing, if you need it as a gift or for yourself, I would suggest to order approximately 2 months just to be safe
So, I seen this company advertised for mothers day. I figured I would do something for my mom an mother in law an order the birthstone necklaces with the grand kids name an birthstone. Places my order an paid the extra 25$ for expedite shipping. Now I placed this order on may 6th, 2020 at like 4 am. Now I knew I most likely wasnt gunna get it on mothers day being it was 4 days away from when i purchased. It's now may 19th and my order is delayed, I've been emailing with them an all they keep saying to me is "wait a few days more" the last email I got from summer said "sorry for this we can compensate you 5% for your order ". Now I dont mind waiting on my package especially rn during all the craziness going on in our world, but, they do not seem organized at all as a business. They are all over the place with what seems like everyones everyone's order an even with the emails, they cant give a straight answer. I knew I should've researched before ordering from an AD. Charged me premium shipping $9 on a $50 necklace to guarantee it would arrive before mothers day 2020 ( was an ad stating guaranteed arrival before mothers day on the website when I ordered) It is now 10 days past that and 45 days since I ordered it and my item has still not arrived. The tracking system they use is a joke and is the farthest from accurate. I emailed them multiple times asking for my shipping cost to be refunded due to it not arriving on or before the promised date and my wife not having it to open on mothers day. They told me that coronavirus is an unforeseeable event and they can't promise any delivery. I'm pretty sure that coronavirus was around on 4/13/20 the date the ad was up guaranteeing it and they took my premium shipping money knowing this as well. Horrible. Wheres my necklace? We purchased a name neckce for Mothers Day. I would highly suggest never ordering from this company. Item quality was terrible, names were hard to read and necklace was extremely thin. Upon request to return item we were informed we would only receive 70 percent of purchase price back. I will never order from getnamenecklace.com again I ordered on April. 20th that said guaranteed shipping by mothers day and it was not shipped out untill saturday may. 8th the day before mothers day. There response for not even making it was because I had asked a question about the item which they never even bothered to answer untill I inquired why my item hadn't been shipped yet... The worst customer service I've ever delt with didnt even offer compensation or free expedited shipping because of their error. I even directly ask for faster shipping at no cost which they refused so clearly the gaurtteed shipping by Mothers day doesnt mean anything. I really love this necklace I was scared at first because it was taking a while to get to me. But when it came in today I was so relieved. 8/10 recommended.
Company is so pitiful! After waiting for about two weeks for my order, it arrived totally incomplete, along with a whole other item missing. I had to almost argue with their customer service agent(by the way seems like is only one person working the for the whole company) to get my order fulfilled. That took another 18 days. One of the items arrived yet again incorrect. I would not recommend anyone shop from here. It is such a shame, they actually have some beautiful jewelry on a budget. Answer: It depends on which ring and the use. I bought two different rings. One with a thick band and one with a small one. The small one broke within a week but they are replacing it. The thick one is still doing good.
