Ordered an item on the 3rd December and paid extra to ensure prompt delivery and still not received item. Have emailed a few times and they just ignore you. When I used the email address which is asserted on this website for other people who have not received their item, it comes back as email undelivered. I am exceptionally disappointed as I ordered an item for my wife from the kids for her birthday and this company does not seen to care. The only time i see this company responding to a customer is on here when they get a bad review. Most probably best if you don't order anything from them given the risk and lack of any communication.
