I am deeply unsatisfied! My boyfriend ordered a necklace for me in January, it is almost the end of March and we still haven't received anything! You keep on telling him to phone numbers that never answer! Maybe you should start looking at your customers instead of ripping them off! I will never recommend your services to anyone, your customer care sucks, your communication is rude to say the least, and your product don't exist as far as we're concerned! Never again!
Horrible company. My husband ordered me a necklace that was supposed to look like our dog. The pendant is so faded with no detail it looks nothing like her. He spent 3 weeks trying to get someone from the company to return his email or phone call. Once he finally heard from them they said he would have to pay for shipping and a 30% restocking fee. He spent $60 on something that looks like it should be costume jewelry for a 6 year old. Completely not worth the price or Hassel of trying to deal with their so called customer service.

Ordered 2 necklaces of my dead uncles fingerprints for my mum and nan, items never arrived and can't get a response from customer service. Left a bad review and they responded via the review site to give the illusion of customer service, followed up on the email they provided to be ignored again. Do not use this company.

I ordered a personalized necklace of my cat. The quality is very poor and nothing like the company shows in their advertisements. The. Engraving is very light and has almost no detail. I've ordered much better quality from Etsy.
I contacted customer service. They basically said that the charm fits the size specifications and that is all that matters to them. They offered for me to send it back, at my own cost, and I'd only get a 70% refund.
I am so disappointed! Don't waste your money on this garbage. It's overpriced and the quality sucks.

No Delivery, no customer support. Will not take responsibility even though they purchased the shipping. This is a China organization. It takes a long time and ultimately it never arrived. They insist I track it down with USPS. They won't do anything even though they paid for shipping and it's their responsibility. I tried USPS, spent 45 minutes on hold, and tried online with their terrible online customer service. Unlikely that will go anywhere. I just disputed with American Express. I can trust them. You can't trust these companies
Had I been aware of this company I would have chosen otherwise. I got "my" necklace today with three names on it that I'd never heard of. There was no phone number nor invoice for me to contact about this.

I'm in the exact same predicament as all of you lot. Ordered from this company... say middle of november. Plenty of time for Xmas rush you would think... nothing has ever Arrived. All I was given from them is a tracking website (which I'm convinced is fake) and won't respond to messages or queries about the item I'm waiting for (and reading reviews I am not alone unfortunately)
If I could rate below a 1 star, I would. Ordered on 4/26/19. With guaranteed delivery by mother's day. Still dont have. On top of on the website when ordering it says it stays there for "hand crafting time" I missed the 48 hr window by a few hrs and they charged me $20 for them to change 1 Stone for a restocking fee. Place is a joke. I have learned to look at reviews as everyone else feel the same.
Ordered 23rd of August for delivery to Dubai, it's been 1 month and still not arrived. No contact number, tried online chat, sent MANY emails asking for update and refund and absolutely nothing back.
I really recommend to use a different company for this. I'm surprised they are still trading.
I hope no one gives this company any money. Absolute scammers.

The shipping does take a little longer, but people should understand theres a virus, so they disinfect wherever your parcel stops along the way. I love my necklace for mother's day, there was an error but customer service was wonderful and sent me a another. The necklaces are stunning and worth the money.
I ordered my daughter a necklace of her and her dad that passed away. 2 months later still no necklace and the customer service will not refund me or tell me exactly if/when my order will be here. Be careful when you write a script. They will not create it like you mention. Mine should have been the name on top and verse under it but they did not do that. They put it all together as one. Was HORRIBLE! Also if your picture is not colorful it will come out looking like a negative if you get the one in B/W. I had a black dog and you can barely see it without moving the metal around to try to see it. It looked like a negative where the eyes were white instead of black.
After two months of waiting, and one package being "lost" in the mail, my necklace arrived yesterday. It was a total disappointment. I lost my father a few months ago and this necklace was a gift for my mother. It had his picture engraved on it, well if you can call it that. It looked like a six year old had drawn the picture. I've never been so hurt and disappointed in my life. Please if you care about the gift you are purchasing, don't buy anything from this company. I only gave them one star because I actually received a necklace, if not I would have given a 0...
Avoid this company at all costs. They have stolen money from me.not provided the product and refuse to acknowledge that they have done so. I've reported them to trading standards. Logged a fraud case with the bank and I am pursuing them through the civil courts. I can't stress enough that these guys are crooks!

Ordered around Thanksgiving got it just before Christmas. The projection is blurry and my wife's name was missing the last letter. The protection is upside down and backwards. Also missing 2 stones. Was told by Jennifer at customer service that because it's a projection this is normal. I guess missing stones is normal. Waste of time and money.

Answer: It depends on which ring and the use. I bought two different rings. One with a thick band and one with a small one. The small one broke within a week but they are replacing it. The thick one is still doing good.
