Horrible company. My husband ordered me a necklace that was supposed to look like our dog. The pendant is so faded with no detail it looks nothing like her. He spent 3 weeks trying to get someone from the company to return his email or phone call. Once he finally heard from them they said he would have to pay for shipping and a 30% restocking fee. He spent $60 on something that looks like it should be costume jewelry for a 6 year old. Completely not worth the price or Hassel of trying to deal with their so called customer service.
