Nous avions réservé et payé 3 chambres a l hôtel semiramis a marrakech du 13 au 20 juillet via ce site, le prix était plus que bon marché. Quelques jours plus tard le site getaroom nous informé que ce n est pas le bon tarifs et que si nous souhaitions conserver nos réservations il fallait payer 400 euros environ de plus par chambre. Sans pouvoir les contacter car ne savons pas où ils sont basés nous recevons trois jours plus tard un mail d annulation. Tout cela est illégale. Les tarifs affichés sont restés inchangés pendant deux jours. Si ils n ont pas constaté l erreur ce n est pas aux clients d en pâtir. Un deal est un deal. Je vous déconseille fortement de commander via ce site.
Bon déroulement du début à la fin, je me questionnais par contre pour le montant en dollars canadiens, parce que décrit sur la commande en dollars américains et convertis ensuite; un peu de confusion, étant des résidents canadiens pourquoi mentionnez les dollars américains.
A mi parecer te dan pocos detalles de las reservaciones, para poder leer la pagina en español tienes que traducir todo, y los precios en mi factura fueron en dolares y no hay un numero de contacto para México u otros países.
Vi tog in på detta Hotel pga av att vi kunde vara i poolen efter 100 mils körning med ryggont. Poolen var under renovering och det stod inte i presentationen.
Är resenärer som bor normalt på Radison Blue och trodde att detta skitHotel skulle iaf hålla vad som står i presentationen.
Cuando realice el pago en ningun momento decia que el cobro en la tarjeta era en dolares estadounidenses. Por ese motivo y siendo residente de argentina voy a tener que pagar un 30% mas de la tarifa por impuestos nacionales.
Fue muy facil de realizar la reserva y los hoteles son los mejores, confort y seguridad, lo unico que era la primera vez que escuchaba de la pagina, tenemos que hacer la promocion de persona en persona, sigan con esas ofertas porfavor

A reserva nunca foi feita no hotel de destino. Me passaram um código inexistente e ainda debitaram no meu cartão de crédito a diária. Final das contas, paguei por uma reserva q não existiu

Linda zona, lindohotel buen servicio... lo unico es que me cobraron mas por el desayuno y lo incluye de todas formas...
La reserva nunca se hizo y me cobraron la estancia. Pésimo servicio. Tengo que poner una estrella porque no se puede dejar sin estrellas.

Answer: They are not ethical. For me, they used a website that appeared to be the actual hotel website, did not identify themselves when they should have, and did not mention booking fees while they charged a 30 percent booking fee for a room that was its normal price. They were supposed to cancel charges on my credit card and did not. STAY AWAY!
Answer: They are a site attached to Trip Advisor---- if you see them on screen while trying to book a room-- hit cancel. I'm out over $150 because of their fraudulent cancellation policy.
Answer: Thought I was booking on the actual hotel sight but was deceived in as much as it was Getaroom. Talked to someone else also staying at this hotel at the same for about a third less. Called them right back and had already charged my card and it would be up to 3 weeks to refund. That's about what it took but did get refund. Then checked reviews and no one had anything good to say about getaroom. Go straight to hotel sight of one you know and trust or stick with something like Travelocity.
Answer: I'm definitely in. There's something very deceptive, if not illegal, when you start off on a hotel's website and when you click Make a Reservation, it somehow transfers you to the GetARoom site without your knowledge. I had no idea this was done until I received their email confirmation. I'm thinking of contacting my state's Consumer Protection Div. Of the AG's Office to file a complaint when I get back from vacation.

Answer: Wow. This is one bad company. Made a reservation and then needed to cancel. They gave cancel date all along. I called to cancel on that date and was told that date was only for 1 minute of date they told me. I was supposed to forfeit one night's cost. Luckily I made reservation on AMEX and they'll tell this fraud company to get lost. Moral of the story: make reservations through hotel.
