Why am I not getting any help for my refund that I was told I would receive a full refund in 3-4 days. Is it your practice to lie to customers

Hi Sharon,
We apologize for any negative experience. As this question is about a pending refund due to the impact of Covid -19, please know that our refund response times are longer than normal. We are working diligently with all of our suppliers to get approval and expedite your refunds. We do see that there is a recent review posted by Sharon. We will assume that is from you and add it to the queue for a Service Resolutions Specialist to review your case.
