I recently bought a gaming mouse (Razer Viper mini) from Geekbuying website and their service was very much satisfactory. They answered to my queries very quickly and I received my product on time (as I was promised). The price was way cheaper than any other online store in my country (India). I got the product at 50% less price. The product is also very good. They had nice packaging to protect the item from getting damage during transport. Looking forward to shop more from Geekbuying.com.
Buying from a different country you would expect difficulties. However from purchase to delivery here in the UK from China, was very good.
The only issue was the length of delivery time, but this was well supported by the tracking system.

The scooter is very fast and easy to use, it makes 30km/h and so powerful motor if you want to use the electric scooter for the all day with charging it, I advise you to order the ninebot max g30p.

Device that was purchased is incapable of performing the task it was purchased for (Specifically: Watching 'catch-up' TV)
Despite making it very clear on a number of occasions that I wanted to return this product, Geekbuying insisted that I do time consuming 'updates' on the product, which made no difference at all.
Geekbuying did everything they could to discourage the return of the item, eventually offering roughly half the purchase price as a 'go away' payment. Out of shear frustration, it was accepted.
I absolutely do NOT recommend Geekbuying and will not be using them again.
Geekbuying.com from my experience has been great over all, iv purchased 2 E bikes shipped to Ireland no problems took 7 days and bike running perfect to this day its about 3 months old still perfect. So i decided to buy another on more expensive and the support was great when i changed my product and they refunded me the difference in price no hassle i recommend using PAYPAL for transaction and great communication from ticket support second bike arrived about 6 days after order perfect condition and i saved money so all round happy :)
I ordered a drone via geekbuying and trust me, it is the worst purchase I have ever made.
I received wrong tracking details, I had to raise several tickets to get a response. Misleading and contradictory information withing the responses and forget about trying to contact them on the phone, they have the most useless, expensive and unexisting customer service over the phone. You will be listening music for hours and suddently they hang-up the call without responding.
Once the parcel was received, the drone was received broken and at the moment I am in the process of raising a formal complain.
Please stay away from this company.

I spent over $150 on this order that was shipped two months ago but now shows as lost. I've ordered from them before but will never do it again. The refuse to send a replacement or refund my money. My credit card company reject my dispute before this is a Chinese company. The customer service was very rude despite the fact the me and my friends were looking to order a lot more stuff. Ordered a new electric bike Fiido D2.
The order came from Poland to the UK within 7 days. Really happy with that.
Unfortunately, the bike was damaged. Looks like the box had been squashed on the left and right hand side. Can only think that was at the bottom of the pile of other boxes that had been placed on top.
Contacted Geekbuying and its taken over 3 weeks to come to some kind of conclusion. With a £420 bike, they offered £20 as a refund and sending me the replacement parts for me to fix for myself. And here's me thinking I am paying for a mint condition bike with no issues.
They take approx. 1-2 days to reply to any communication via their ticket system. The 24 hr chat line just directs you to an email if its an aftersales issue.
Pay via credit card and at least get some protection with your purchases.
Wont be ordering from here again.

I have ordered from Geekbuying a number of times. Once, I ordered a premium xiaomi smartphone which defected within 6 months, however, the geekbuying team assisted in conducting a warranty repair of the smartphone. I was very worried, as I lived in South Africa, and I thought a warranty repair would be impossible or a complex complicated process, but the geekbuying team assisted me every step of the way, and I got the phone repaired at minimum cost to myself.
In all other cases, where I have ordered the wrong product, the geekbuying team went so far ahead as to intercept the shipment & cancel the order, so that I could order a product to my preference. All in all. A very positive experience, and I will continue to order my electronics from this service provider.
I had a problem with an article. I wrote to the after sales department and they gave me a quick solution. I am very Happy with theír service. Very recomendable.
Don't buy from them, they don't have items in stock and lie about shipping time, they even provide you with a dummy tracking number if they need to gain sometime while they figure out where to get the items from. In my case after a month I'm still chasing them to get the item I paid for, good thing I used PayPal so can file a claim against them. This is a very dishonest company, avoid at all costs.
