I ordered a phone UMI Touch from geekbuying for over two weeks now. No communication, nothing. The live chat link does't even work. No response to email. I checked the tracking site and it says that my order has been processed in my country Nigeria, but I haven't received any phone. These guys are scam artistes. $146 gone, just like that. There should be an international regulatory body that can shut down online scam artistes like Geekbuying.com

Ordered a new electric bike Fiido D2.
The order came from Poland to the UK within 7 days. Really happy with that.
Unfortunately, the bike was damaged. Looks like the box had been squashed on the left and right hand side. Can only think that was at the bottom of the pile of other boxes that had been placed on top.
Contacted Geekbuying and its taken over 3 weeks to come to some kind of conclusion. With a £420 bike, they offered £20 as a refund and sending me the replacement parts for me to fix for myself. And here's me thinking I am paying for a mint condition bike with no issues.
They take approx. 1-2 days to reply to any communication via their ticket system. The 24 hr chat line just directs you to an email if its an aftersales issue.
Pay via credit card and at least get some protection with your purchases.
Wont be ordering from here again.

After received defective item, I contacted Geekbuying aftersales support and I send them video to prove it. They arranged full refund quickly. Highly recommended. Excellent customer care. Thank you Geekbuying.
I was able to buy a fan at a good price. Unfortunately, the battery was defective. The support team reacted very quickly and offered to send me a new battery and replacement instructions. That way I didn't have to send anything back, easier and more sustainable - and geekbuying saves money too. Win - Win! It's nice when friendliness and flexibility come together! Communication as it's best!
If you're contemplating buying from this company, just don't. I've made an order of an Anbernic RG351P from their Hungary warehouse, which features expedited shipping, and bought the additional insurance to make sure it's replace if lost.
My package is now past its due date and the tracking site still shows the last update from 9 days ago in Hungary.
Furthermore, trying to contact their support, they told me that they'll look into it 3 days ago, and I still haven't heard back from them. The live chat is predictably a waste of time, since they just tell me that they'll ask the investigator to be quicker about it.

Placed order one week ago. As per website it will be shipped in 2 to 5 days. However item is not shipped yet. However thry charged my PayPal same day. Very poor communication. Never reply to emails. I doubt I will receive my item as promised in 2 weeks. I am not sure who is writing those rave reviews. I am considering filing a dispute with PayPal and get my money back. Don't be fooled unless you want to wait more than 60 days. Is Little bit of a price difference worth the wait? I don't think so. I think they use out money to purchase stocks and then ship it. They probably don't carry an inventory. Very disappointed.

I ordered a phone from them it has been 31 days since it was shipped out. They have no idea where the phone is the tracking number has not been updated since June 17. When I contact them they just keep saying to wait and be patient. I don't care how long it takes to get here but I want to be able to track it to make sure it is not lost. They finally said they would look into it but it can take at least 2 more weeks! I purchased insurance on this as well but obviously that made no difference. A company should be able to trace an expensive item like this. Also beware the phone I purchased dropped in price by 50.00 2 weeks after I bought it they would not match the new price even though I had not even received the phone yet.

I ordered H1 Full Touchpad Keyboard, item is not working seems battery was damaged. Contacted with customer support, offered replacement, but decided to ask refund. Refunded to Paypal. In fact good service, ordered various item after that and it is ok.
Had brought few items from this company and has been great. Once I had a problem with a item I received which was delt well by the after service team. Would recommend this website. If you don't need something in a hurry then you can find some good bargain here
The worst online shopping experience ever!
I bought Robotic Vacuum Cleaner iiutec (R-Cruiser). It stopped working during the first year, while still on warranty. I contacted Geekbuying and they advised me to ship the vacuum cleaner to them for repairs. I paid $56 postage from Australia. Had to remind them I exist a couple of times. Then, 6 weeks after, they wrote that I have to pay additional $24 for Customs clearance. This would be $80 out of pocket for the faulty product still on warranty! Another 2 weeks of correspondence and, surprise-surprise, they write that the warranty period has ended.
Bad product, poor customer handling, fishy company.
