The worst online shopping experience ever!
I bought Robotic Vacuum Cleaner iiutec (R-Cruiser). It stopped working during the first year, while still on warranty. I contacted Geekbuying and they advised me to ship the vacuum cleaner to them for repairs. I paid $56 postage from Australia. Had to remind them I exist a couple of times. Then, 6 weeks after, they wrote that I have to pay additional $24 for Customs clearance. This would be $80 out of pocket for the faulty product still on warranty! Another 2 weeks of correspondence and, surprise-surprise, they write that the warranty period has ended.
Bad product, poor customer handling, fishy company.
