They sent a defective phone. Over one year and still do not have my situation solved.
Communication with support does not act and does not provide contact for superior, have to explain the situation in every email over and over again and the problem is not solved or looks like it will be
I regret this buy and if it were now I would never ever done it.
UPDATE: I still keep sending emails and having to explain the situation over and over again with no possibility to talk with someone responsible and it has been MORE THAN ONE YEAR
After 2 months of writing emails back and forward to them. They finally have settled the score and accepted to send me my money back.

They are thieves, they sent me an empty shipment after I ordered Xiaomi phone for 450$ and waited for it 3 weeks. They told me that I have to file a complaint against my local courier which I did and still in dispute with them and now they are telling me that I have already got my cargo.
I bought Xiaomi Mi 5S smart phone from them unfortunately there was a screen problem happened after using couple of days.So I contacted after sales service and told them about the problem and they ask me to return.So I returned package to Geekbuying

When I try to reach them about the 2 pieces box xiaomi 6 I bought, they get an automatic message telling me they are on vacation.
There are no phones out of the boxes, have I been deceived?
I have bought many things from geekbuying & all the items were perfect. But only one item had a issue. But when i contacted them, they asked to send it to them. I sent it and, they have repaired it perfectly.
For the first time this time I used overseas mail order. The reason is that PC was cheaper than expected. I was worried about the problem of words just because it was first. If it goes well, there is no problem but when a defect such as goods occurs, can we respond well by returning or exchanging, and will it correspond?
When the item reached and used it suddenly stumbled at the first deal due to trouble that charging will not be done. Unlike Japan, it took quite a long time to reach the destination of the item that returned the item, while I was distracted. However, Jessie at the front desk handled politely, and the anxiety ceased by exchanging mail several times.

This time it was settled as refund (In case of defective goods it takes time and labor to return processing) I would like to actively utilize items that are attractive from now on as well because they can be obtained cheaply.

Hello everyone, in short they are cheaters who show one price but hold back information about taxes in a country there the parcel are going to be sent. In my instance I payed the bill and ordered phone to Germany. In 3 weeks I got an email from the border custom agency with the request to provide the receipt for the parsel from China which they stopped at the border. I showed paypal receipt for 400 Euro.
Afoward the custom agency sent me the PDF where says this phone declared as item with the price

And the custom obliged me to pay 90 Euro of duty. I asked to send the parcel (phone) back to China. DHL did it. After 2 months I contacted Geek Buying in a question to return the money back to me. I didn't get any answer, I sent the same question few more times to them, and finally they answered just one word- "OK". WTF! I really pissed off guys, please don't order anything to Europe from this place if you don't want come across with the problems I have now. They are simply cheaters, that's it!

Sowohl Ware als auch die Lieferzeit waren Top. Es wurde bei Smartphone vergessen ein EU-Adapter beizulegen. Als Ausgleich wurde eine Erstattung per Paypal angeboten und auch von mir wahrgenommen. Ich fühlte mich gut beraten und aufgehoben bei Geekbuying. Werde dort wieder mal etwas bestellen.

Teraz kiedy już miał przyjść po długim czasie gdzie naprawdę miałam już dość, dowiaduję sie, że muszę zapłacić vat w GB oraz możliwość zapłacenia w Polsce ponieważ mają umowę z SF EXPRESS która nilicza cła którego nie ma. Odradzam kupowania czegokolwiek na tej stronie, ogromny chaos i oszustwa na każdym kroku.
I bought a Geekbox electronic board and a small screen from Geekbuying in march 2017 for 150 USD. The board arrived faulty, one of the communication ports was fried. I took some time and demonstrated the issue with oscilloscope captures of the data lines and documented the investigation process so that it's easy to understand what the problem is and I emailed their customer support asking for a replacement unit.
I wrote 7 emails to them where I had to constantly remind and ask them about my broken unit. They finally agreed to take it back in JUNE! So I sent the item back and they received it on the 4th of August.
It is now the 21st of OCTOBER and they keep telling me that the item is "being repaired" every time I write to them. I am very frustrated that I spent so much time, energy and money on this.
They won't refund or give any indication of when is this going to be fixed. I don't even need the damned thing 7 months later!

After posting negative reviews on several website such as this, Geekbuying got in touch with me and sent me a replacement unit immediately. It arrived quickly and this one works ok so I have updated my rating accordingly.
Hopefully they will improve their response times in the future.

I ordered an android TV box and it was shipped fast to the Netherlands, like in 2 weeks I received it and the biggest delay was from our local customs.
Unfortunately the TV box did not behave correctly, the customer service from geekbuying did an great job solving this problem.
