Came with part of the sleeve not sewn. They wanted pics so I sent 5 and still nothing. Very disgusted and disappointed.

Then ironically, my order was allegedly shipped on 1/14 and won't be delivered until 1/24. I asked for a refund of my shipping charges and was told "no". Poor customer service. We ordered to items and payed both but only one was delivered. No reply on emails. Seems like a fraudulent site/company with a business model of charging people and don't deliver the purchase but keep the money. I recommend to not buy anything here.

Print quality on the t-shirt wss so lousy that you can't read a word. They refused to replace or refund

People are trying to sell Gearlaunch products by tagging all members of various groups repeatedly. I would go after the individual, but is always different people.
I will not buy a product if I've been tagged in this way. I don't care how much I like the product.

This company does not have enough checks in place to make sure stores and products are legit. Scammers are stealing logos from small business and clubs and creating shops that are only up for a 1-3days, then posting the links on our facebook page trying to get our fans to buy the products. As fast as we can delete them, and ban the person who posted it, another one is created via the GearLaunch platform under a different URL. By then, the store is over, scammers made their money and the "legal team" doesn't care.

Tried to cancel my order a few hours after I made it, but never got a response. Sent 2 more emails requesting a cancellation, but never heard a single word until my order was being shipped, so naturally, the super helpful customer service person pointed out that it was too late to cancel.
