I rarely write reviews, but this is a company that I must do so for! It's my first time in the drop shipping space. What enticed me to start a store was the low up-front investment that I had to make unlike any other business model. When I first started about a year ago, I had no clue what I had to do to get going. After hours of watching YouTube videos, I managed to put together some sort of a store. I started my search for finding a marketing agency to help me market because I had no clue what I was doing when running Facebook Ads and I realized how fast money was going down the drain due to a lack of expertise. I got quotes from many companies, and they were all in the thousands with lots of setup fees. It was really un-bearable. Thankfully, I ran into Why Unified and all of their plans were on low monthly subscriptions. Better yet, I found a plan that does everything for me. When I say everything, I mean, they literally dropship for me. I signed up, they walked me through it, and literally showed me stores that were profitable, active and already running under their company that they could duplicate for me and literally duplicate the results. I honestly didn't believe it until I saw it. But the company took the investment to actually setup and manage already profitable advertising campaigns to duplicate it for the clients under this plan. It was a no-brainer. So I chose a store, and they setup a marketing plan for me. In the marketing plan, they duplicated the ads campaign, funnels and everything else that already works and makes money. Everything was personalized to the brand name that I wanted and the color scheme that I wanted. I funded my advertising budget, approve the plan and the advertising campaign. I started seeing sales come through within the first day. I was honestly thrilled and amazed. In my past experience doing ads myself, I spend probably round $2,000 and got nothing in return for it. But since they already invested into pre-creating a successful drop shipping store, ads campaign and funnel, they already had the audiences built up to advertise too. Fast forwarding to six months later, the campaign is giving us 5x return on ad spend, the products have a little to no return rate, and the customer service is minimal due to the nature of the products. I have made more than $123,000 from this campaign in these six months. What other space can you do that in as beginner? I didn't try their other plans because I wanted to minimize anymore risk (or wasted money) do I went with their Dropship plan, but I can tell you it's worth every dollar. There is no better way to dropship than to copy (literally) campaigns that are already profitable. In general, working with the team was nothing short of an exceptional experience. They are very well educated, smart, talented and were always there to answer my questions around the clock, and I had tons of them. If someone would reach out to me over email, I would love to make a video testimonial for you as I have so much to say. You are the only company that held up their word and stuck to it, and didn't charge me thousands for it. Thank you very much for everything that you have done for me, my family, and my store.

I had no idea where to start when I decided to open my own store which is something I've wanted to do for a long time... The team provided me with a fully-branded shop which was really personalized and exactly what I was looking for, products with great deals and excellent customer service. My first placements were Instagram and TikTok, and I was amazed at the results after a few months. The first month was slow. Would recommend them to anyone! Great people!

Stay away from them, they definitely don't back up their sales talks, completely misleading sales practices. And you don't own your business, they won't do anything you ask. You can do nothing, they will use your money without your opinion mattering, you have no say in products or inventory. Please stay away I lost over 20k

I used them to manage my social media marketing for the last six months and I would rate them as good/okay.

One of the reasons I can't rate them as excellent is because I did have to pay for phone support in order to talk to someone which might have speed things up for me.

Otherwise, their social media marketing is top notch. They created an exceptionally stunning grid for our social media post which truley reflected who we are. The posts that they created had a lot of thought and planning put into it.

It took some time for followers to start finding our page. We opted out of not doing ads beause we did not have the money to spend. So over the last 6 months we gained about 2,800 real followers and about 15% of them turned into customers which worked out well.

Other than the phone support, this company is great and it is worth the money I spent over the last six months.

So far I'm not happy with this company at all.

Originally started with them in May of 2022 and was paying $1,200 a month for ad spend on a product they recommend.

After 4.5 months of getting nowhere with $1,200 ad spend I decided to shut that campaign down.

I have now upgraded my purchase to be able to sell a " name brand " product and am spending $600 a month for ad spend.

Have been doing it a month now. No sales... I'll give them a few more months and if they can't get a " name brand " product to sell I'm done and will go elsewhere.

I will come back and update in a few months.

They are a fraudulent company in my opinion. I spent 1,000's of dollars with their Ad services. I did not get a single sale from them. The account manager took forever to respond back to me, and it is ONLY by email. You will never speak to someone no matter how many times you request to speak to a real person. The only person you will speak to is the sales representative who sucks you into their scam. For several weeks my ad was not running, and the account manager did not even see that. I was the one that noticed my ad was not running and had to reach out to him to tell him that. They gave me the run around for weeks about canceling my contract with them and they continued to debit my account after I canceled with them. They kept all of my money even though I canceled with them, and they were supposed to give me back any balance left over. They did not they kept it all and told me I still owe them money. I refused to pay, and they sent it to a collection agency and reported it on my credit report not against my actual business. The funny part is after I canceled my contract with them, they still kept taking my money but did not even run a single ad even though it says they will continue to do so for a certain period of time after. Complete FRAUD! STAY AWAY!

Tip for consumers:
That they are a fraudulent company and they do not provide the services that they promised they would. Would like to have been treated with more respect and just not disregarded as scum because I questioned them about their poor services provided and wanting to cancel with them.

This company makes promises of a FREE hotel stay, and profitability within only 6 weeks. Well more than 8 later I haven't received the hotel stay or any sales from my store. After sending numerous emails (because there is no phone support) all I received was a backpedaling response of. "well sometimes sales can take longer", and suddenly they're not in charge of the hotel stay anymore. They pretty much took my money and ran.

I honestly would love to see proof of any sales this company claims to provide.

The ads you guys created for my store are just amazing, and they're outperforming my last agency. Our sales have increased by 4x, but the cost per conversion has also significantly dropped. I am upgrading to the next plan to see if we can make that even better, but I am appalled with the results and I look forward to a long-term relationship. Andrew on the marketing team is amazing and very communicative.

100% a scam with lots of fake reviews. I spent about $8k total and they got me $29 in sales. What a joke. Then I complain and they tell me they did everything they were supposed too and im out of luck and they WILL NO LONGER TALK TO ME ABOUT IT. They have fake reviews all over the internet saying the same thing word for word. Meanwhile their 1 star reviews essentially had the same thing happen. Company makes promises of sales, takes money, does a VERY bad job, customer complains and they say the customer is out of luck, no refund, no compensation, no assistance, NOTHING extra to keep the customer, or fix the situation. Avoid at all cost. They are a bunch of liars. 7 months and $29 in sales is a joke. I got assigned a new case manager, Jacob, who assured me that when I tried to apply for a refund for the months I had not used from my annual plan, that the 40% termination fee would not apply and they would remove it. Not only did that not happen, he claims he never said that, never promised that, and that the termination fee doesn't exist in terms of an early termination fee when applying for a refund. Not only do they suck at their jobs, they hire people that TALK AND TALK but say nothing. I have a more indepth review on BBB.
The picture attached is of my case manager Jacob, who not only lied, dragged out another 2 months of calls and emails to just say No, you will not receive anything. He promised he the termination fee would be waived.
These guys need a lawsuit. Someone PLEASE organize this.

Tip for consumers:
100% a scam. someone needs to stop this company. Now they are bragging about some award and that Kevin O' Leary has joined them. If the latter is true, he clearly did not do his due diligence. Scam company. Might as well burn your money and at least get a little heat out of it.

One of the best experiences that I've had wit a digital marketing company. Much different experience than what we're usually used too with others. They researched the top selling products, created awesome funnels and did our advertising. Sales starting rolling in a few weeks later and it got better and better. I am very happy to stay with you guys for a long time with these kind of results!

Terrible experience. Achieved negative 900% ROAS after 6 months and wouldn't even give me access to my own ad account or any native reporting. I'm not convinced they weren't pocketing my ad spend because how can you be that bad at advertising. Stay away.

I would rate this experience with negative stars if possible. There has been a complete lack of fulfillment on the promises made, resulting in no earnings. Furthermore, obtaining any form of response from anyone involved has proven to be extremely challenging.

Had a good experience with Unified.

They created our email marketing funnel and I'm surprised with the quality of work as it has surpassed our expectations.

It did take some time to create all of the emails with some back and forth after we signed off on the plan, but it was all accomplished in less than a month. So there is room for improvement there.

I would recommend them for cost effective and innovative email marketing. Great job.

Not happy with the fact I paid $1,500 and took them a week to send me a "marketing plan" that is generic and used for everyone. I just don't get why it took a week to send me that, then they said another two weeks to build my store before I got to sell the products on Amazon. Considering it took them a week to send me a generic marketing plan I knew it would take another two weeks to make the store which means after week 3 I will be able to try to make a sale and in another week I would be charged another 1,500$. Also they would not talk to me over the phone only via email which can take up to two days to get a response. The gentleman that sold me on it was very responsive and answered all questions via phone so the fact they do not have phone support when I was willing to spend $1,500 a month for their service is a joke. The sales pitch is very convincing. If they worked faster I would have definitely proceeded. Waste of time and money. I told them I do not want to move forward and to refund me and I just got chargers another $1,500 so I'm $3000 in with nothing. Total joke. My suggestion is get an LLC, business email and contact brands you want to sell this seems like a scam if you ask me. Why do they need us if they have such cheap prices. Don't do it waste of time and money.

Supposedly full refund if you don’t accept the generic marketing plan but I got charged twice after cancellation. $3000 in the hole with nothing

I'm a marketing entrepreneur with 15 years experience in affiliate marketing. I was looking to diversify my portfolio when stumbling upon Why Unified at a conference.

I really wanted to like working with Why Unified. From the beginning, it seemed like a no brainer to have someone else create your dropshipping store, run the ads, and optimize the eCommerce experience. The sales pitch was fantastic, huge AOV's and Low CPA's. They advertised a 2-3 week "ramp up" period where sales would fluctuate but stabilize moving forward. I was looking to run a store as a hands off investor and Why Unified pitched that exact idea. Things started to go sour right from the beginning.

They advertised that my store would be up and running within 7-10 days as long as I provided them with feedback. I answered all questionnaires within the first day or two, paid for a 6 month membership upfront, funded the ad accounts and funded fulfillment. I waited for 2 months before my store would launch, losing valuable shopping season (Nov - Dec).

Over the next few months, we started advertising. They suggest $20 daily budgets for the ramp up preiod. They also suggest the more you spend, the faster you leave the ramp up period. We started with $100 daily budget and the results were terrible. We've been advertising for 4 months now and still haven't left their so called "ramp up" period. We've spent $6,000 on ads to generate $1,000 in revenue. Product costs have been 50% of revenue as well at $507. Total money pit and not as advertised. They claim to have warmed up Facebook lists and pixels but these results state otherwise. Do not work with them

I recently tried calling the support team about helping me with an issue that I'm having with the food delivery app with workplace, but I was told that support is through email only, unless you're a marketing client? It's really a bummer that I can't get help with a simple issue through the phone and there is room for improvement here. I hate to be an annoyance because I know the apps are free, but there's a lot of businesses like mine relying on your apps to power their business.

I started with Why-Unified in late Oct. I was using TikTok and Facebook ads. Which was costing me 2100 a month. Within the first 7 days, I received 1 sale for $7.99. I was excited because it showed me that It did work. The problem then began within the next several months of me not receiving any sales for the continuing 4 months. When I would reach out to them their only suggestion was to add more money and the software system was analyzing the sales funnel. To make the long story short, I was very naive and they scammed me for over $20,000 with less than $100 of sales. When I closed my account they continued to take money out of my account. This company is completely a scam. They remember your number and don't answer the phone when they feel like you have caught on to their scamming ways. The views and comments they put up on different platforms are false and made up. If you care anything about your family or future stay away and far away. They still owe me money that they've taken out of my account after I have closed my account and they won't answer my calls to rectify the problem.

Tip for consumers:
Very bad experience spent $20,000, and only did $100 worth of sales.

I've been on the dropship plus plan for over three months now, I've spent over $3k in facebook ads for only $40 in revenue! They continue to make claims but rarely follow through and I often wait several days in between emails. The site has been full of bugs and the facebook ads are subpar and haven't changed since launch. I had really high hopes for this company but it's been a huge flop so far. They gave me one product to sell on Amazon and I got a few sales then they sent out the wrong product and I got a 1 star review on my profile so now my account is at risk of being deactivated. I'm still a customer and I hope they can turn things around soon. If I have a better experience, I will update my review.

Register with you guys two months ago and we only get 60 leads in last month 25 which purchased service. Why such a low number in people buying? We have good sales persons? I need quick results and I need now. I told to Matt but he keeps telling that it will longer but this is Time l don't have. Get me 300 leads per month in the next month or I will cancel the service end of story no more excuses someone else will take my money and get good height in leads

Quite commonly, it can take between two to three months for our subscribers to start seeing their marketing performance increase, which also includes your lead to conversion ratio. Keep in mind, this is a great proof of concept that the marketing program is on its way to excelling performance. We can see that your account manager has already clarified this concern with you and that your ratios have improved to date.

The service has been good until this point... I am on a month to month agreement and certain things in my plan recently changed which removed phone support from the features we have and we have to upgrade to have phone support again or sign an agreement for a few months so our plan features don't change. This is not cool. Now I can only talk to my account manager over email.

I hired Why Unified to help my company manage and create paid ads. I signed an initial contract on January 17,2020. I completed their onboarding and marketing questionnaires on January 18,2020. I was made to wait until February 3,2020, to have a call with * to go through the marketing program.

After going through the plan over a call (which was quite generic BTW), I was told that I had to sign off on the marketing plan and then I would be shown the ad drafts for our company. On February 6,2020, I was told I would be seeing them within 1 business day.

And then... I got nothing.

The days went by. I constantly emailed *, asking what was happening.

Then I was contacted via email by another female representative: *, who told me that * was on medical leave and that she would be managing my case from here on out. She sent me links to drafts of graphics and copy that had been done for my company. Unfortunately, all the drafts had absolutely nothing to do with what we had hired them to do: which were paid ads. * told me that those drafts were located in my FB business manager account. I went to find them in there, and they had not yet even accepted the invitation to our FB business manager account!

I also found out that Why Unified took a second monthly fee from us within 2 weeks of taking the first one.
Once I realized this and saw that they had not done any of the work I had asked them to do, I asked * if a manager could contact me. She told me to expect 3-4 business days for them to get in touch.

Can you imagine a digital marketing agency telling you to wait 3-4 days for a response?

Since that day, until today, I have never received a callback nor an email from management. I ended up contacting the CEO of the company - * via his FB page to ask him for help. He has never replied to me either.

Additionally, during these weeks of begging for a response, the Why Unified website was 'undergoing maintenance.' Yet another major red flag.

I then contacted some of the businesses that were shown on the 'Clients' page of the Why Unified website. Both of the CEO's that I spoke to verified that they had never heard of, nor worked with Why Unified. One of the CEO's contacted Why Unified immediately to demand they take her name down. Their website went 'under maintenance' that same day for a few hours. When it reappeared, the website had completely generic names and business names in place of the others.

Every day that goes by, I see more and more fake positive reviews being posted on these websites, which is so disheartening. I'm writing this review in the hopes that I can prevent other people from being scammed by Why Unified. I hope that * does the right thing and rights the wrongs that have been done to us and so many others.

Tip for consumers:
Every time you sign a digital contract with Why Unified, you are essentially authorizing them to take money from your account or card. Do NOT sign anything digitally. Because if you do, you will not be able to get a refund from your bank in the event that you are dissatisfied with their service.

I hired Why Unified three months ago to help me market my small business. * my account manager, sent me the marketing plan the outlined what they planned to do to grow my business. The marketing plan stated that it would take two weeks to set up the system then we would launch the marketing campaign. Two weeks passed... three weeks passed... four weeks passed, and still NO launch...* avoided my phone calls and when I did eventually get him on the phone all he gave me was excuses and he was waiting on team to approve plan. After two months of excuses I decided to email a cancellation and refund request... they sent an email stating the cancellation process takes 2-5 business days... it has been 2 weeks and counting, and no response... * the managing director, will not return my emails, calls nor my $1300... JUST ANOTHER CRIMINAL COMPANY OUT HERE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF SMALL BUSINESSES.

Everything is automated and canned. Customer service is just a bot. Their marketing plan is 52 pages of useless charts and generic statements that most likely is the same for everyone and not tailor made just for you, and they still need a week to create it. It's actually all believable at this point, but you can tell the whole process is automated and nothing personalized. I worked with a guy named "Michael" who never responded like a human in chat. There's no phone number to call and nobody live to talk to. "Michael" even made a video of their generic sales plan which he managed to read his script nervously as if he didn't know what he was talking about. The plan seems good TBH until they ask for your banking info so that you can buy ad credits for social media. This is where the major red flag is. They sold us on Amazon which they said requires no advertising budget yet it's required for you to buy ads. You pay all this upfront money then get hit with extra money because you feel invested too far into it to turn back. This is a scam and the only positive reviews here are fabricated. Ad costs are minimally 300 dollars a month per platform, and you can't verify or have any control on how they spend this balance. You can't confirm they even made or posted ads. This is how they make money, and your monthly subscription. Don't give your banking info.

If you must give them a try, use a credit card and don't give them any bank info. Credit card disputes are your friend.

If it sounds too good to be true, it is. Don’t fall for this and do your own work.

***I will lead by saying simply do your research on this company and its owner. Magnify the importance of ANY scam related reviews, because they are accurate. Do not trust nor believe 5 star ratings. ***

I hired Why Unified with ONE objective of growing my social media presence. After a great initial sales pitch making glowing promises (beware of this!), and after paying over $3K+ for their services, ZERO milestones were reached. In fact, after wasting 10 months of time, with promises of improvement throughout, I had LESS of a social presence than when the engagement started. When I asked for an explanation around the lack of performance, and what my $3K+ investment had yielded, the question was escalated to senior management - names of people who you'll see responding to these reviews. In spite of numerous email and phone follow-ups over MONTHS of time with senior management, not a single email or phone call was returned, offering any insight into the problem. They simply washed their hands of the problem. This is an absolute breach of contract.

If you have begun an engagement with them, at the first sign of trouble, I STRONGLY advise you walk away. They will charm you with promises of partnership and improvements, which they simply WILL NOT deliver on.

*** Why Unified is NOT accredited by the Better Business Bureau. And, there are numerous online groups petitioning to report this company. Do not be a victim.***

We have had reporting discrepancies when running daily reports for a given month and comparing the performance across multiple marketing channels. We get an "internal server error" when generating the reports. But, when comparing daily reports for multiple months over a period of time, there is no problem. We have addressed this issue time over time to our account manager but it hasen't been fixed yet and it's not the guys fault because he told us it's in the queue for the next release. We find this to be really important because we use it to determine cross-channel ROI. I am requesting your assistance with this matter and I am hoping this review turns it into a quick fix because don't get me wrong the marketing is working fine. Ticket #*******, #*******
