Customer with Why Unified from the dropshipping days. I must say, if you have not tried them in a few years, now is the time. DO NOT do dropshipping anywhere else. It is not worth it. I sold airpods years ago, spent money on ads just to sell them, now i just list brands on amazon like downy wipes and make money.
People complaining about spending $10k or $12k and not seeing results clearly didn't take this seriously. I spent around that in my first month, kept reinvesting, and watched my store actually grow. Sitting back and doing nothing isn't a strategy. I've seen the team in person, visited the office, and I know this company is legit. The results don't lie. If it didn't work for you, maybe you didn't treat it like a real business. The negative reviews don't scare me off, they just leave more room for people like me who are actually in it to build something.
I've been selling on Walmart for a few years and doing alright on my own. I wasn't looking for a fix, but more for a way to improve what I already had going. That's when I started hearing about Why Unified. What got my attention was the talk around their higher product margins. I was used to working with around 15% profit, which is pretty standard, but I kept hearing they were offering a lot higher through their setup. I figured it was worth looking into. From what I can tell so far, the margins are better, especially on certain products. Not all of them hit the high numbers people throw around, but it's definitely higher than what I was used to. I think a lot of that comes down to their supplier connections, which I don't have access to on my own. One thing I'll say is it's saved me a decent amount of time. Before, I'd be putting in maybe 15 to 20 hours a week just staying on top of everything. Since switching over, that's dropped quite a bit because some of the manual work is handled for you.
When I first started, I really didn't know what to expect and honestly, I was skeptical. I've seen a lot of overpromised stuff online. But after sticking with it for a few months, I started to realize that most of the learning curve wasn't on their end, it was on mine. My account was brand new, and I didn't know the ins and outs of how things work on Amazon or Walmart. I had to put in time, stack up inventory, and actually understand the space.
Yes, I can recommend Why Unified. I started this online business with my wife and it has been how the sales man described it. I am unclear sometimes about what support is trying to say and I do not know if it is because I am a newbie or because it is a language barrier. My online account shows me everything and they do it all for me. 5 stars for Why Unified. Thank you Kevin for helping us get started with our business.
Started out with Amazon and honestly, things were moving pretty good. I got my personal care store goin', mainly soaps and floss, and within about three months I broke even. Wasn't anything crazy, but it felt solid. Steady progress, you know? Then outta nowhere Amazon hits me up saying I need to update my credit card. So I check with Amex and they're like, "nah, your card's fine." I figured it was just a bug or something small. But a few weeks later, Amazon straight up deactivated my account. No warning, no chance to fix it. Just gone. Over a credit card that wasn't even the problem. I hit up Why Unified and told them what happened. They said I could switch over to Walmart, so I did. It took a little time, not gonna lie—around four months to really get back to where I was with sales. But now that I'm back in the groove, I'm actually glad I made the move. Walmart don't give me the same drama. I ain't had to mess with updating cards or fighting to keep my store live. Things just run smoother. Less stress.
I just launched a coffee store too, now selling Twix coffee on Walmart. It's doing alright, pretty consistent sales. Got two stores going now and I'm cool with that. Looking back, losing that Amazon store sucked, but it might've been a blessing. Walmart's feelin' way better these days.
I have an amazon store with your company which has been going good. I am interested in the franchising option that your company released. All together, Why Unified has done great things with managing my store and I have made about $30,000 for the time I have been with them.
Just getting started so I do not have much to report good or bad. Nothing constructive either. Ask me for a review in a few months. I will give 5 stars because everything is going as planned. Thanks
You guys are doing a good job with running my store thank you. I dont really have anything more to say.
Alright so i wasn't even planning to post anything about this but figured maybe it'd help someone who's in the same boat i was in. I've tried 4 different ecommerce platforms over the last couple years. All of them pretty much led to me wasting time, money, and a ridiculous amount of energy. So when i came across this one (why unified), i kinda laughed it off at first. Figured it was just another slick sales page and a bunch of fluff. But ngl, the convo i had with the rep was actually pretty chill. Like... for once it didn't feel like someone reading a script. They weren't throwing numbers in my face or telling me i'd be rich in 30 days. They just asked about my background and gave it to me straight. I chose amazon to start because i had a bit of experience there—not a pro or anything, but i at least knew the basics. First month went surprisingly well, like ~$4k in sales, which is wild considering how burnt out i was. Next couple months started doubling up slowly. It's not perfect, and i'm not gonna act like it's magic. But compared to the BS i dealt with before, this feels... real? Like there's actually something solid behind it.
I would never go back to selling anything but big name products. Very happy that I was introduced to this business model by you guys. Thank you
Rating: 1 Star I paid $13,000 to WhyUnified on November 7,2023 for their Amazon Prime Sales Channel program, which came with a money-back guarantee. I also sent an additional $5,000 for inventory, totaling $18,000 invested in their service. I was told that my store would generate $2,000–$3,000 in sales between months 6–8. After a full 12 months, my total sales were only $1,842—barely a fraction of what was promised. Their "automated system" was nothing more than empty hype. Their marketing was slick, but their execution was severely lacking. The contract officially ended on November 7,2024, and I have been requesting a refund ever since—it is now April 2025, and I have been ignored for 5 months. Not only have I not received the promised refund, but they have also failed to return the unused portion of the $5,000 inventory money. What's worse: CEO Robert Nikic and the WhyUnified team refuse to respond to multiple emails or take any responsibility. The guarantees they use to lure small business owners like myself into this program are completely dishonest and manipulative. WhyUnified may look professional on the surface, but once you're in, they under-deliver, stop responding, and keep your money. I will be filing official complaints with: FTC BBB Arizona State Attorney General Amazon, Walmart, eBay As well as sending letters to major media outlets including The Wall Street Journal, NYT, USA Today, LA Times, Entrepreneur, and The Washington Post WhyUnified is not a business partner. It's a calculated trap.
Avoid them at all costs.
Impressed with how things are going. You guys made it really easy to start a store. I remember how much work I had to put in when I had my Etsy store and looking back now, it makes this sound unrealistic. For those reading, it is worth the money and yes, it does work. I was skeptical but weighed the good and the bad out and signed on. I started my beauty store in December and three months later it is making me $5,800 a month approximately. I want to get a loan based off that and reinvest with the banks money, and I like this it allows me to do that since everything is official and documented through my bank and amazon store.
Five stars. As an Enterprise customer, I am treated exceptionally well. I was recently invited to their office with all expenses paid to meet with the CEO of the company and talk about my account and the future. I honestly did not expect this as its not common these days. I started as a regular customer of theirs and upgraded to Enterprise after a few months and I am glad that I did. The level of service is night and day. It's very hands on, I have a point of contact I can text/call and the profitability is much higher too. I look forward to meeting the CEO and growing this business. I got this invite and wanted to give you guys a huge shout out because it is well deserved.
I did not see any results with Amazon in my first month but credit to Why Unified, after I added Prime and Buy Box, it got much better. Advice for everyone is to add Amazon + Buy Box. It gives you your own listings for all products they assign to you. They offer it at the start but I thought it was a up-sell.
Crediting Why Unified for my store's success. It's more than a store, it's a business. It works, it really does. They do hype it up, and I feel like it hurts them more than it helps. But I paid $14k for the store plan and made $29k to this day. Got the review request and wanted to give credit where it is deserved. Kevin was my sales rep, fast talking guy but cool guy that pulled though on what he said.
My time with WhyUnified has has its ups and downs. I started in Jan. Of 2024 with an Amazon store. Last year, for the most part, my average sales were $3,500 a month. I added Prime which helped bring up the average sales to $7,900 and last month, I added the add-ons that they recommend (buy box and amazon ads). I did not think I would have to spend money on advertising, but it has helped very much. My growth has been slower than I expected. I did not hit the target last year but decided to renew since it was profitable and I did not loose money. In Feb. I am making about $12,400 a month but it has been going up and down. I will update this review in a few months. I have mixed feelings but it has been getting better.
Why Unified has some of the best shipping rates I have ever seen. It's literally what makes it profitable. Everyone is searching for the "best supplier" when yes, that is important, but the cost of shipping is 2nd most important because it eats your margins. This is really where I get my value from Why Unified is the products (brands), the low cost of them, and the shipping. I hope this is available for decades ahead.
I spent years looking for a good side hustle. I tried affiliate marketing, flipping stuff on Facebook Marketplace, even crypto but none of it gave me the consistent, real income I wanted. Then I found Why Unified. One of the best parts is that it's all laid out. That's really why I chose them. Brand names products sell themselves. If this was any other product, I would not have done it. Customer service is alright, not incredible. Don't really need them anyways. I made $10k and $4k gross, not bad, but also not great for a month or two.
I have an Amazon, Walmart and Amazon Prime store with Why Unified and the results have been slow and steady and I am satisfied with that. They are very patient and gave me the steps to get everything setup which was quite easy. I only earned $19,4300 with about $8,500 being profit which means that I already paid off Amazon. I am good with that.
Answer: They are a legitimate company but the results are extremely poor. We've spent around $8,500 total including ad spend and their drop-shipping service. We've only generated $500 worth of profit. I would stay away
Answer: They're really quick. My account manager was always there via live chat and email anytime I needed him.
Answer: They are extremely quick to reply but you will always get canned automated marketing answers. Nothing will be unique to your account
