Pleasure to work with

Easy company to work with! I have brought about six distressed stores to them and they turned them upside down with their funnels. Some took longer than others, but I am very happy with the overall result.

I made about $30K profit on all my stores and spent about $8K in advertising and other costs. But, this was because my product research was A-1.

I was invited to test out their PLUS plan with their products and systems about six months ago and that went really well too. It's a whole different concept being able to sell retail products and it took me some time to wrap my head around it all, but it's a money maker for sure. It really opened my eyes with how much money these big retailers and brands are making.

Everything overall is great about this company. Some things that could improve would be making an app for my dashboard with push notifications so that I don't have to constantly check it on mobile.

Sales the first week were disappointing. My 'account manager' was slow to respond and sent me a bunch of articles to read. I feel like Im in school all over again lol but after a few weeks sales started picking up and things are doing good now. I just diddn't like to read and learn all of this stuff since I want to make money with no involvement.

MAJOR SCAM ALERT

This company is a scam. The positive reviews on here are fake. Search Facebook and Reddit, you'll find hundreds of people who have lost their entire savings. The CEO * is being investigated by the Pinellas County Florida District Attorney's office. I've spoken with three attorneys about a class action lawsuit, but all determined the company had no funds for a settlement. They are broke. Not to mention Dropshipping on Amazon is against Amazon's terms of service. When Amazon finds out WhyUnified is running your account, they will permanently ban your account from Amazon. They will add a few listings to your account, but will price your items so high you'll never sell them. They will threaten you with lawsuits if you leave bad reviews. The advertisements you see from Kevin O'Leary from Shark Tank were paid for through Cameo and weren't supposed to be used for marketing. Cameo has sent countless cease and desist letters to stop running these ads with Kevin O'Leary and they continue to. The fancy cars you see the CEO * drive are rented. The private jet you see him in, never leaves the tarmac when he's in it. He just pays to use it on the ground for photo shoots. The news interviews you see are fake news channels with paid actors for "journalists". There are accusations the products he does sell are counterfeit. There are zero photos online of any warehouses storing products. That is red flag number one, they don't have a warehouse and claim to be #1 in drop shipping. They will tell you to wait out your annual term, and when you request for a refund at the end, they won't pay you. * is as corrupt as they come. This is his third failed Amazon business after his first two got shut down. Preying on innocent working class people. Search "WhyUnified Scam" on Facebook and you'll find groups with all the victims.

I've been on the dropship plus plan for over three months now, I've spent over $3k in facebook ads for only $40 in revenue! They continue to make claims but rarely follow through and I often wait several days in between emails. The site has been full of bugs and the facebook ads are subpar and haven't changed since launch. I had really high hopes for this company but it's been a huge flop so far. They gave me one product to sell on Amazon and I got a few sales then they sent out the wrong product and I got a 1 star review on my profile so now my account is at risk of being deactivated. I'm still a customer and I hope they can turn things around soon. If I have a better experience, I will update my review.

Ok scammers it's time

'Whyunited' stealing from small businesses especially woman Owned businesses they promised to you increase sales but once you signed up paying $2000 then they will start screwing up never respond never answer keep charging your account tilll they emptied your account.

I would rate this experience with negative stars if possible. There has been a complete lack of fulfillment on the promises made, resulting in no earnings. Furthermore, obtaining any form of response from anyone involved has proven to be extremely challenging.

Being honest they have the best competitive price for what you get, take it from someone that was paying $2,000 a month to a marketing agency and not getting results.

With we pay a lot less and it's one team taking care of all parts of our marketing

Everything is automated and canned. Customer service is just a bot. Their marketing plan is 52 pages of useless charts and generic statements that most likely is the same for everyone and not tailor made just for you, and they still need a week to create it. It's actually all believable at this point, but you can tell the whole process is automated and nothing personalized. I worked with a guy named "Michael" who never responded like a human in chat. There's no phone number to call and nobody live to talk to. "Michael" even made a video of their generic sales plan which he managed to read his script nervously as if he didn't know what he was talking about. The plan seems good TBH until they ask for your banking info so that you can buy ad credits for social media. This is where the major red flag is. They sold us on Amazon which they said requires no advertising budget yet it's required for you to buy ads. You pay all this upfront money then get hit with extra money because you feel invested too far into it to turn back. This is a scam and the only positive reviews here are fabricated. Ad costs are minimally 300 dollars a month per platform, and you can't verify or have any control on how they spend this balance. You can't confirm they even made or posted ads. This is how they make money, and your monthly subscription. Don't give your banking info.

If you must give them a try, use a credit card and don't give them any bank info. Credit card disputes are your friend.

Platform works wonders for our business and we get the best of both worlds with the software and marketing. Getting the website up took a bit longer than expected but it was worthwhile with the great about of work that was put into it. Working with the team is pleasant and everyone is there to help. It's a bit too early to talk about results because it will need another couple of months but it looks on track. I would recommend them and I am happy to speak with anyone that wants to chat just please don't solicit me with other services as my time is valuable.

I had a call with the sales team today and I must say that the offer is quite intriguing. I have shopped around many other companies and have not found a better offer. I am not a customer yet, but I plan on signing up sometime next week. Rick was very pleasant on the phone, and explained everything to me in a very cohesive way. He was professional, knowledgeable and patient with my questions. So far, a very good start. I will be updating this review as I try this company for managing the marketing for my online store. For now, 4 stars since I have not tried the service.

Nothing short of a pleasure working with this team. They were very prompt with answering all of my questions, explaining how the plan would work, and launching everything quickly.

We're about a week in, and we're seeing a great cost per click, and really good engagement from shoppers. We've gotten a few purchases along the way, but I know that it will take some time to kick in.

Given the experience I've had so far with their team, I am nothing short of confident in the results that they'll produce.

What brought me to Why Unified was a large number of features included with their plans. Not only was having all of my marketing tools in one place convenient, but it also saved me money. The implementation team was great and exceeded my expectations by getting my funnel built faster than they said it would. I have done business with several marketing companies over my several years in business, and I will say that my ads with Why Unified have been the most successful. My representative is always working to optimize my marketing and has had my PPC campaign convert higher than previous representatives I have had in the past. Last week, my PPC conversion rate was at 42%! I would highly recommend Why Unified to anyone.

I've never had more of a hard time reaching my account manager during the holidays which is pretty important to our company. He mentioned that it can take 2-3 days to get a response during the Christmas holiday season...

Megan at Unified did a great job with our social media marketing program. Having access to such smart and detail oriented individual is beyond what I expected when I registered. I've worked with many other social media marketing companies which just threw me in the batch and share an update once a month. Megan worked with me 1-on-1 to create the social media marketing strategy, explain how and why things were being done and performed all of the work. Our social media gained about a few hundred unique followers per week with several converting into customers and our social media posts were fruitful, purposeful and worked to not just post something but to ensure that they end up taking action with them. Unified has worked wonders for my social media marketing strategy and I look forward to using them for many other marketing elements we will be soon incorporating into our business plan.

When working with the program, I get real pleasure, because this software is created by real professionals, it allows you to analyze all channels of information and draw conclusions that will later help to advance the project, increase conversion and get new visitors.

Not happy with the fact I paid $1,500 and took them a week to send me a "marketing plan" that is generic and used for everyone. I just don't get why it took a week to send me that, then they said another two weeks to build my store before I got to sell the products on Amazon. Considering it took them a week to send me a generic marketing plan I knew it would take another two weeks to make the store which means after week 3 I will be able to try to make a sale and in another week I would be charged another 1,500$. Also they would not talk to me over the phone only via email which can take up to two days to get a response. The gentleman that sold me on it was very responsive and answered all questions via phone so the fact they do not have phone support when I was willing to spend $1,500 a month for their service is a joke. The sales pitch is very convincing. If they worked faster I would have definitely proceeded. Waste of time and money. I told them I do not want to move forward and to refund me and I just got chargers another $1,500 so I'm $3000 in with nothing. Total joke. My suggestion is get an LLC, business email and contact brands you want to sell this seems like a scam if you ask me. Why do they need us if they have such cheap prices. Don't do it waste of time and money.

Had a good experience with Unified.

They created our email marketing funnel and I'm surprised with the quality of work as it has surpassed our expectations.

It did take some time to create all of the emails with some back and forth after we signed off on the plan, but it was all accomplished in less than a month. So there is room for improvement there.

I would recommend them for cost effective and innovative email marketing. Great job.

Giving 4/5 stars because I feel like there are things that could use improvement which i let the company know about but the most important things i wanted done were finished the way i expected and the level of service that was provided was good and i learned a lot along the way.

I will continue using this company for my wig shop cause they get what my store is and how my customers are n not many other people i have tried got that part.

Whoever reads this just make sure you choose a company that shows interest in your products this is what made the difference between making it and not for me and i have failed many times

I have been a customer for a few weeks and the results have been really good in comparison to what we were getting prior. Return on investment is fair considering it has only been a few weeks and we look forward to seeing that improve.

Customer service is great from the team and I got my own point of contact with the company that pretty much runs all my advertising campaigns for me.

We are going to be upgrading to the sales funnels plan soon and we hope that helps with winning more sales. Thus far, I would give you guys a 10/10.
